Almost perfect but not quite…

Location was excellent, right near the main beach in Port D’Alcudia and a short walk into town. The property was fully equipped for a week-long stay and was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Tidy building and outside car park with electric gates for added security.

The pillows were not very comfortable and there weren’t enough of them per person. The biggest issue we had was with the water supply. The first day we arrived, there was no hot water so had to have cold water showers (boiled water for the children’s bath as it was too cold). The host did replace the boiler the next morning which we appreciated. Then, a few days later, the water supply went off completely for a whole day as there were some pre-planned repair works going on in the apartment complex which we had not been made aware of. We were unable to go to the toilet, shower, wash hands etc for approx 12 hours which was unacceptable with young infant children. We had to chase the host for repair updates during the day, he did not feel inclined to apologise for this inconvenience or offer us a goodwill gesture (I.e. money to purchase large bottles of water for the day until it was fixed). This would’ve been much appreciated with two young families and the hot weather. Sadly, this did taint our otherwise positive experience at the apartment.

Very good

Quiet area near beach and correct inside with new furniture. Easy contact with the owner. Beds fine. Own car park. Good WiFi. So we had a pleasant stay.

Nothing serious to complain about, but it was quite a standard tourist appartement. No direct sun (at least winter time) as appartement is to the North. Some hiccups like satellite TV not working. Cover photo with sea is not from the apartment but from the garden of the complex. The apartment has mainly garden view (a bit of sea view from balcony), which is fine, but that photo might create disappointment.

nice relaxing sunny holidays

+ Excellent location right at the beach and close the port Alcudia (one may call it downtown Alcudia) + The property building though it appeared old from outside it but was clean and well maintained + The owners daughter was there when we arrived and explained the operating rules and hints on places to visit etc. + Couple of days later when mask regulations changed she informed us via chat

- small things like shower gel and kitchen rolls were missing and we had to get it the first day on arrival. I guess the owner forgot about it. - though it was excellent property it felt a little expensive for the offseason

Great Apartment in Top Location

Location is perfect - on quiet area and right on the beach. The gardens around the apartment are beautiful. The apartment is nicely furnished and has everything you need. There are some nice small touches such as water / fruits on arrival and beach kit (chairs / umbrella etc) for use. The rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. It was easy to arrange check-in / check-out and hosts were kind and helpful. All around a great stay.
