Super Aufenthalt und freue mich auf das nächste mal. In Kenitra buche ich definitiv nur dieses Hotel

Das Personal war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde immer geschaut das alles aufgefüllt ist und wenn man was wollte wurde einem sofort geholfen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern und relativ gut ausgestattet.

Vom Zimmer kann man durch das Fenster ins Badezimmer / WC schauen. Da könnte man vielleicht mal eine Folie auf die Scheibe machen, weil es etwas komisch ist, wenn jemand im Zimmer ist und man auf der Toilette sitzt. Ist aber Nix was großartig stört.

Gut für einen Zwischenstop

Nah an der Auto Bahn gelegen. Gut für eine Nacht. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Mall/Einkaufszentrum direkt gegenüber. Sauberer Pool.

Das Polizeigelände gegenüber hat abends noch mit Pfeifen trainiert. Das Badezimmer stand nach dem Duschen komplett unter Wasser. (Uns wurde ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten.) Frühstück für 100mdh fanden wir etwas teuer, wobei wir es uns ehrlich gesagt auch nicht angesehen haben. Eventuell ist es ja gerechtfertigt.

Very friendly relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay.

We had breakfast every morning and found it very good. The staff were extremely friendly especially Yousra and Doucie, all of them were very good but these are only names we know. From the minute we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed and that feeling continued throughout.thank you to all hotel staff throughout.

The evening restaurant wasn’t in my opinion family friendly as it appeared more to be drink orientated rather than food restaurant. Not the hotels fault but most taxis from town very reluctant to come there. We were two adults and a child and taxis also unwilling to stop to take us, locals advised us we had no chance. We started using our car.

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly everyone smiled when you made eye contact with them. Yousra and Doua are the best they are the reason why i looked forward into having my mourning breakfast. They just know how to make you feel welcomed and special I felt like I was at home. The breakfast was delicious and the room looked modern and clean I wouldn't stay anywhere else in kenitria I am making my second trip there now. Will be booking at relax kentria agian!

The hotel is clean and tidy in good location the big supermarket in Morocco (Marjan) 60 metres from the hotel the front disck staff on the reception was very nice big smile with worm welcome brbreakfast was good buffet breakfast you can eat how much you want the staff in the restaurant was very friendly in the early morning with worm welcome big smile the service was good and very helpful if you need anything thay there for you the room was and bed was clean and kingsise bed for good night sleep only one problem was in the bathroom water was leaking from sink I report to the manager but they didn't fix the issue for this reason I give them 7 from 10 so go there in relax hotel and enjoy your stay

Bathroom and the door between two rooms I have arguments about noise with next door guest and the room price latte bit high the room price should not be moorthen 45 pound per night

Spotless clean . Linen smells freshness .very comfortable bed .had a good sleep .noise free surroundings. Breakfast was very good .bread , viennoiserie taste freshly baked .juice and coffee to a high standard . The atmosphere at the bar was amazing .staff very welcoming.

Kaoutar was very nice at the front desk, she helped us print out our plane tickets made sure we can stay longer in the room and overall was very nice and helpful!! The hotel itself was nice, a bit outside but with the taxis everywhere it was no problem going in and out of town. They even called cabs quite a few times for us. The room itself was nice and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good. Overall recommend 10/10

For us, the location was perfect. We came from the north by car and had an early flight from Rabat. Free parking and good breakfast. Srou d 30min away from the airport directly at the highway. A classic "stop-over" hotel

If you dont have a car, there's just a mall across the street. Norhing else to see.
