Welcome to our oceanfront/beachfront home located at 1834A S Shore Dr, Surf City, NC 28445.

This newest edition is a three story single family oceanfront private escape. The views are SPECTACULAR. We offer 3 levels of private oceanfront decking, two outdoor showers and an oceanfront outdoor entertaining area with a charcoal grill and also includes a new 6.75’ x 6.75’ Nordic Hot Tub that seats 7.

Our location is IDEAL in Surf City on Topsail Island. We are on a quiet stretch of the beach surrounded by other homes but are still only 2 miles south of the pier and all of the shops and restaurants.

We have installed new LVP flooring ( No CARPET in this HOME) and purchased new smart TVs - one for every bedroom and one in the living room.

The home interior has been freshly painted and has new decor, new linens, new mattresses, new furniture, new sheets and towels and completely refreshed amenities.
The oceanfront balcony offers captains chairs so you can see over the railings for unobstructed ocean views.

The driveway can accommodate at least 5 cars.

We provide 10 brand new beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach toys.
We offer laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen including spices and pantry items, keurig and K-cups,hand soap, hair dryer in every bathroom / shampoo/conditioner, body wash and toilet paper and paper towels to get you started.

We will consider your 4 legged family members on a case by case basis and a $100 refundable pet fee. Please tell us about your pup. We will consider up to 2 dogs and kindly ask that no dogs be allowed in or on any of the beds. We are sorry but we do not allow cats.

Two comfortable portable beds with memory mattresses are available to sleep two extra people. We have determined these are much more comfortable and more flexible than a sleeper sofa as they can be used in any room in the home - even outside for the adventurous type.

We do not offer discounts of any kind. We offer an extremely high level of service, flexibility and a ton of amenities not found in most beach rentals.
If you have a specific request, we will do what we can to accommodate you.

We’ve been to the Topsail area a few times, but this place was by far the best one we’ve been on our travels! Well-stocked with everything you could need for the beach and the kitchen, and Christine and our host were so attentive to our needs during our stay. Would come back to this place in a heartbeat!

This home has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The linens are so soft and the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is perfect for the cool evenings. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

This house is absolutely lovely. It is extremely clean, well-stocked, and in the perfect location. You can walk right out onto the beach and grab tons of beach chairs and toys along the way. The beds are all very comfortable and the bedding is super soft. We loved everything about this house and can't wait to return. We highly recommend this listing to everyone!

We stay in VRBO’s often and this rental has been by far the best stay in any location so far. The house is beautiful, comfortable and stocked with more than you could ever need for a vacation. The kitchen had EVERYTHING! Plenty of pots and pans, bakeware, serving ware, crock pot, blenders, toaster, three different types of coffee makers, electric tea kettle; I even saw a quesadilla and waffle maker! The beds and living area are comfortable, and really made for a perfectly relaxing long weekend to catch up and enjoy the view. The customer service was amazing and I can’t say enough nice things about this trip. This house now sets the bar for any 5star rating I give in the future. We will definitely book again! If you stay, definitely make a trip to Day Break Donuts. I don’t even like donuts and went twice. 😂

The property was perfect for our family and a few friends. It was nicely decorated and well taken care of . I appreciated all the supplies that were in the house such as sugar for my coffee and plenty of trash bags and paper towels. There were plenty of towels for showers and hot tub use . The views are absolutely amazing in this property. Even though there was a polar blast the weekend we were there , I still enjoyed walking out on the deck and looking at the beautiful ocean. Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were and how well they slept . The property manager responded immediately when I had a question about the entry . I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay there again. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home.

Matches expectations based on everyone else's great reviews. Clean and felt new, great oceanfront location with sunrise view from the deck, bright colors and big windows made it bright, but the magic was how well stocked it was. If I came back again, I'd bring some clothes and that's it. Kitchen had everything we'd want (and we cooked every meal), plenty of bathroom and beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, a nice TV with Roku streaming in every room, and impressively fast dependable internet throughout the entire house. So many features that felt like the owners paid a bit more to put something nice in here that they won't have to replace quickly... which means renters can have the same nice things we might have at home. We had a boys room, girls room, and two sets of parents each with their own nice bedroom. The layout is great, and it was pet-friendly as well with multiple gates on the walkways that would be helpful for dogs or kids. Don't second-guess, you'd be happy with this choice.

This is the second time staying at this property. You could not ask for anything better. The house is well stocked. It’s so nice not having to bring your own towels/bedding. Everything is already there and waiting for you to walk in and start your vacation. Christine is very responsive and such a huge help with anything needed. We will be back!!
