The best breakfast!

The location was great. The breakfast was wonderful.

For a four star hotel, the bathroom needs to be updated. Our bathroom tiles were falling apart.

Locatie en schone kamer en personeel op en top! Heel erg gastvrij !

Bij t inchecken had ik geen airco kreeg wel volgende dag een andere kamer die wel perfect was alleen de doushe viel tegen helaas

Comfortable place to stay with quick access to many things. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good with good variety

Bed was very comfortable and shower worked well. Pleasant reception Breakfast and dinner buffet food with many options

Shower drain was so sluggish that water quickly pooled in bottom

The property was very well taken care off. There is a team of people spraying and cleaning everywhere. The receptionist was very pleasant. We dealt with Youssra. She was very welcoming and helped us all along as it was our first time in Casablanca. The concierge organized a taxi to take us to Rick’s Cafe which shouldn’t be missed. The hotel buffet restaurant had a very good section of food. We are traveling with 2 CELIAC friends and they were really happy with the fresh and unprocessed selection of food. The dining room staff is very attentive. As we were having their nice buffet they were always there to clear our plates.

The room keys are easily demagnified.

Nächstes Mal Casablanca, dann dasselbe Hotel!

Habe mich sehr zu Hause gefühlt und bin drei Tage länger geblieben als ich vorhatte, das sagt, denke ich, sehr viel. Personal supernett und aufmerksam für alle Wünsche. Der warme Innenpool sollte besonders positiv erwähnt werden.

Angenehm und bequem, gute Lage

Nettes Personal, Frühstück ist eher süss ausgerichtet außer man mag das Essen vom buffet am Vorabend zum Frühstück. Gute Lage, Parkplatz stand zur Verfügung direkt vor dem Hotel. Pool war angenehm warm und es war sonst niemand im Pool außer uns.

Es gab leider keinen Balkon.

Lovely hotel with plenty of access to restaurants and tram line.

Very comfortable bed. Fresh clean hotel with lovely pool and spa facilities. Right on the tram line, so easy to get around the city. Lovely bathroom. Used the car service to get to the airport and it was a spacious and clean vehicle.

The hotel didn't have their electronic payments system working, so needed to go to ATM and get cash. When I booked I chose a room that looked like it had big window with a city view, but our room had a small window no view. I should have asked for a different room-but was very tired and just wanted to rest. Not sure if they would have changed it for us.

Pretty average value for the price

Good restaurant buffet and very friendly restaurant staff such as Issan and Hassan.

The pool was advertised as being part of the deal, but cost €50 to use, which is outrageous. The room rate was a bit pricey.

There is no swimming-pool. It is a wellness pool jacuzzi style. And it is expensive 450 dirrhams per day per person

Modern, new and clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows, good air con, elevators. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Abit far from the busy part of town, the pool was at an extra charge (650 MAD or 65 euro for 2 people for 45 minutes) with no option to just use pool without the hydra massage component. No balcony in room, just windows which open up.

Clean bedroom.good location . Friendly staff.

I book this hotel because swimming pool etc but it charges very expensive. I book 3 rooms 2 rooms AC don’t work complain 3 times but nothing happens very disappointing 😢

The staff was great. At the reception Hasnaa provided an exceptional service. At the restaurant Soumia was great too.

The Internet was really bad mainly when travelling for professional reasons

very friendly personnel, the hotel itself is still a bit rough around the edges

the stuff is very very friendly and always looking for solutions. it is not near the center, but near enough that distance to everything doesn’t inhibit trips.

the gym was in a poor state, there were no towels, for example. you could technically get towels from the Spa, but only when the spa was open (at 11:00), I needed up buying some towels. the pool costs extra, and the price is hilariously high.

Really nice Hamman and spa facilities. Staff for Hamman (which was new to us) were very good. Nice dinner buffet and breakfast, with lots of options. Dinner was open to the public, and reasonably priced.

New spotless and centrally located .The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding was clean and crisp.Breakfast was good with lots of options.The staff was very helpfull. I arrived late and the reception staff, Ayoub and Hasna Adil and Hicham were very welcoming and helpful. They did all they could to organise a spa session at the hotel's hammam even though it was almost closing. Oumayma from the spa team was very skilled and gave me a relaxing treatment .It was great to relax after traveling and to be ready for work the day after.

They let me check in much earlier than check in time. Bathroom was superb, large, comfortable, modern.

I got an (expensive) massage in the spa and the girl kept touching me inappropriately. She then asked me if I wanted sex. Really unprofessional for this type of hotel. Some oddities in service which made me very uncomfortable.

i booked this hotel hoping i could swim. it was advertised as new hotel pisicine welness and spa. once I arrived the hotel mentioned that the pool is nor free and you have to pay 450 dh. approximately 45 dollar for one person to swim. what a disappointment!!!

Breakfast was OK so I wouldn't complain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are brand new and fully renewed.

Wifi is slow and it was hard to watch some videos. The bathroom was plugged so obviously there was a drain problem not only in my room but also in my colleague's room. The American Express is not accepted and staff couldn't find a solution for that.

Pleasant stay at New Hotel

The staff was verry friendly, the room was spacious and clean. In frond of the hotel is a tram that can take you to a lot of places in Cassablanca. The breakfastbufet was really good, there was enough choice.
