About this house rental

We just completed our 2021 refresh on Wanderlust. Huge paver area in the back yard. Freshly painted interior, pool deck and covered patio, upgraded internet, luxurious 1000 count lines and more.

As a preventative measure to protect our guests, we are using an ozone before our guests arrive. This additional disinfection and sanitation measure produces a highly effective oxidation agent which in known for its bacteria, fungi, virus and mold killing properties.

Wanderlust is cleaned and sanitized by professionals before each of our guests arrive. Our sheets, spreads and linens are washed sanitized as recommended by CDC Covid practices. Countertops, surface areas and floors are cleaned with a sanitizing disinfectant as well. We do not have carpet in Wanderlust so you do not have to worry about bacteria and other germs, lingering in carpet.

If you are sick, please let us know and we can reschedule your visit. We ask that you please wash your hands frequently and use the provided hand sanitizer so we can all work together to knock this virus down.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private pool home with an option to heat the pool for $25 a day. Wanderlust has extremely comfortable furnishings, including new mattresses and 1000 count linens and pillows for the beds. Large leather sectional couch with electric loungers on the end. WiFi throughout the house with smart TV’s in the living room and master bedroom with Netflix, local cable app (spectrum) and many other apps. Fully stocked kitchen with traditional coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker coffee grinder, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, brand new microwave and more. Beach Towels, bathroom towels and pool towels for 6 guest. Washer and dryer in the garage with detergent. Seating for 6 at the dinner table. 6 Pool side loungers with large umbrella, brand new stainless gas grill and gas fire pit surrounded by an outdoor couch. A couple fishing poles and portable beach chairs are provided in garage. Also a cornhole game in the garage that can be setup out back. Indoor game room with foosball table and dart board also plenty of books and board games. 3 Bikes with new helmets in the garage for your use as well. Family friendly and pet friendly with $150 non refundable pet deposit.

Enjoy the whole house in a Quite and safe neighborhood with a lot of local charm right in the heart of Historic DownTown Melbourne. Numerous beautiful beaches are less then 10 minutes from the house. Walking distance to FIT (Florida Institute of Technology)the local private college, which has an amazing tropical, botanical garden you can walk through anytime and events on property almost every weekend. Historic Downtown Melbourne is a hop and a skip away with fabulous restaurants and bars even the Melbourne Municipal Golf Course is right around the corner (public course). There is a Skate park and sports complex about 10 minutes from the house called West Melbourne Skate Park, baseball fields, jungle gyms and more for the kiddos. The house is a 5 min drive from the Orlando Melbourne Airport and an easy hour drive from Orlando International Airport. Also an easy hour drive to Orlando’s theme parks, Disney World, Universal Studios and other tourist attractions including the exciting and educational NASA Kennedy Space Center.

We had a great stay and my boys loved the pool and backyard area! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of space and everything we needed including plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. The house was located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a baseball tournament at the Space Coast Complex and it was an easy 25 min drive there. I would definitely recommend this house!

Our grandkids live in Melbourne, and this is our go to home for our visits. The neighborhood is quiet and when we walk our dogs, everyone is always friendly. The house is always clean and ready for guests and the pool is always inviting. Brock is easy to get in touch with and always helpful. We don't forsee staying anywhere else- three years here and counting!

My family really enjoyed this home! It was in a great location really close to the beaches and shopping district. We also loved the pool and the outdoor space. It was great for the kids to jump in the nice and clean pool after our baseball games. Thank you so much for the great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this property was perfect for our Thanksgiving visit with our granddaughter, a student at Florida Tech. The location was perfect, a block away from the campus, very quiet and safe. The moment we entered the property we knew it was perfect for our needs. It was immaculately clean, fully equipped, and tastefully decorated. No complaints! The host has thought of everything. All we needed to bring was our clothing and personal items. Everything else was provided. The pool and patio area is a wonderful outdoor retreat. Thank you Brock for a great vacation!

We stayed here during my son's travel ball tournament at the Space Coast Complex. It was a 25 minute drive and only 10-15 minutes away from the beach. It was centrally located. Brock was very attentive and responded quickly with any questions. The house was clean and had more amenities than I am use to in a rental. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool so much! The only complaint I have is the internet went out for an extended period of time a few times during our stay, which knocked out use of the television since it is a smart tv. It was a great place to stay and we enjoyed being close to a lot of places within a few minutes drive.

The house is perfect to visit our daughter and grandchildren and both house and pool are always sparkling. The pool was definitely much used during the hotter than usual temperatures in June. We appreciate a host who's willing to accept 3 dogs and communicating with Brock is always quick and easy. We love staying in your home!

Very clean. Nice street. Nice neighbors. The pictures don't do it justice. Quiet and quant street tucked a few street behind the college. The house and property itself is bigger than the photos make it look. The pool is excellent. Owner is very friendly and answers all messages. Would definitely recommend!

The house is very comfortable and the backyard and pool an oasis. We were in town to celebrate my niece's graduation and it was perfect. We were close to downtown and shops. The only complaint I have is the internet kept going down so watching any TV at night was a bust, but a 5 star experience over all.

The home was stunning, very clean and well maintained. The patio was our favorite part and where we spent the duration of our stay….it looked like a backyard I’ve only ever seen on HGTV & you can tell no expense was spared to make this a comfortable and beautiful outdoor space. The owners were super friendly & promptly replied to any questions we had while there. I would HIGHLY recommend this property & will absolutely stay again if we return to Melbourne in the future!

We were visiting family in Melbourne and the house was convenient and comfortable, the pool was clean and refreshing, and got a lot of use by my grandsons! There was some utility work down the street during the day, but the neighborhood was quiet at night and safe for walking. The owner was quick to answer my questions. We'd love to book again!

Great space! Wonderful heated pool! Private fenced in backyard with covered porch and grill. New refrigerator in kitchen. Comfortable leather furniture with 2 electric recliners! 2 Big screen tvs one with soundbar! Games include corn hole, video, dart board and foosball. Shopping, mall, grocery and beach all under 10 min drive. Golf course in walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood. Foosball. Owner is great and easy to reach.

We had a soccer tournament and booked something last minute. This house and Brock were great. Plenty of room and a great pool and covered back porch area to relax. Wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed both, but Mother Nature had other plans. Great location and very clean house. Great for families or small groups. Also it was dog friendly.

Good location!

The house was big enough for us and our five grandchildren who loved having the pool and game room. We were able to see a rocket launch, enjoy the beach, and even saw baby sea turtles hatching and making their way to the ocean safely. We also enjoyed the botanical garden at FIT. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to change our dates when the first launch we planned to see was cancelled. I would say all in all it was a great trip!

We came down on short notice to watch the rocket launch! It was a go! The house was clean and just as pictured and described online. The neighborhood is quiet, beds comfortable and Brock was easy to communicate with. The kids enjoyed the pool. We didn’t utilize the kitchen, so I can’t say how well stocked it is, but it appeared to have everything needed. We would definitely recommend this house.
