Beautiful home located in Sandy, Utah. Close to Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, Park City, Deer Valley and Canyon ski resorts.
Easy Access to Salt Lake City Airport and Downtown. Large multi level home that features comfortable size bedrooms, sleeps six to eight people. Home is equipped with full kitchen, laundry room, with areas for entertaining and relaxing. Main floor has open kitchen and dining room that features comfortable seating and a cozy fireplace. Private back yard with large patio with outdoor seating, firepit, hot tub and barbeque. There is parking available for one car in the two car garage and drive way. For your comfort and entertainment we offer free WiFi, RING security & guest access codes. Large screen TVs with Roku streaming. Well accommodated home with all the amenities. 5 minutes from entry to Cottonwood Canyon and another 20 minutes to the best skiing in the USA. Will be looking forward to staying again.

The condo was very comfortable for my family of 5. It was convenient to the Historic Sandy Station, with UTA bus access to the ski resorts. It was also convenient from the airport and visiting Salt Lake City.

Great location and nice home

We were on a ski vacation and this home was perfect for our family. We appreciated the hot tub, but found it a little unusual that the notebook of directions required the renters to treat the hot tub with chemicals. The home had plenty of extra blankets and towels and was nicely laid out and decorated.

Perfect location to hit the slopes. Little and big cottonwood canyons ten minutes away. Being able to cook and hang by the fireplace after a ski day was awesome. Everything you could need from coffee pot to pots/pans and knives was there. Highly recommend will definitely be back.

I would advise strongly against renting this home until the owner learns how to properly represent VRBO. I am extremely disappointed say the least. My family and I stay at vrbo’s multiple times a month and have never once encountered so many issues. The check in process was a complete joke! We tried for 10 hours to contact the person that we were told to contact for check in information with zero response. Finally, that individual informed us that she no longer manages that property for The owner. She gave me the owners contact info. For the next 2 hours we tried to reach him! Finally, when we were 5 min from the property, he called and gave us the check in codes. Zero apologies for the misinformation and lack of communication. We arrived at the property and were immediately hit with the strong odor of dog urine. We were told this was a NO PET home. My kids have extreme pet allergies. This would have been a deal breaker had I known pets had been there. The odor was nauseating. I walked up to the master bathroom and found pubic hairs all over the bathroom counter. The shower had a used, crusty washcloth with a used soap bar and more pubic hairs on it. Then to my horror i found a MASSIVE ball of hair next to the base of the toilet. YUCK!At this point I knew I needed to check everything! Our master bed sheets were dirty and smelled like a stinky man had slept in them. There were no extra blankets in the home or pillows. The pillows on the master bed were so old, smelly and thin, we went and purchased new ones and left them there. The guest bath was not much better. I had asked two months prior if there was an air mattress at this property. The owner confirmed he had a queen air mattress. We discovered after check in that there in fact was NOT. He had a neighbor bring one over that was far from acceptable. It was two very thin small twin mattresses joined by a piece of plastic. To make matters better, one side deflated in the middle of the night. We had to go out and buy one in the morning. The owner told me he would reimburse me for the air mattress and $50 for a partial cleaning. He said he would send that on the 8th, it is now the 20th,it has not arrived. I reached out today and he said he hadn’t sent it but would tomorrow. This experience had been jaw dropping start to finish! On a brighter note,he did respond today, 1/20/21 to the voicemail we left on 12/28 to see if we wanted to check in. Shaking my head. Do better!

The property was beautiful and exactly as pictured!! Very comfortable and in a great location for our ski weekend. We panicked a bit when we arrived as we could not reach anyone to get the access code but it was resolved shortly. The only real bummer was that the coffee pot did not work...and I need my coffee time on the weekend!

The owner allowed us to check in to the property early and the property was very clean and exactly as described. We had 3 couples in our group and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect house. It took a few phone calls when we were checking in to get the access instructions but other than that everything was smooth sailing. The living room, basement, kitchen, and bedrooms were perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The hot tub was perfect for us after our days skiing. It really only fits 4 people at a time. We went to Solitude which was about 25 minutes to 30 minutes from the house which made getting to the mountain extremely easy. Also there are plenty of stores within 5 minutes of the house. Overall I would highly recommend this house for a group of 6!

This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house with nice fireplace living room, fully equipped kitchen, and large playroom. Danielle, the contact person, was excellent. This Sandy, UT location is near two large supermarkets and is a short drive to both Little Cottonwood Canyon and Big Cottonwood Canyon. We stayed 2/17/2020 to 2/24/2020.

Easy access to ski areas at a bargain price

Enjoyed a family holiday with the cozy fireplace, hot tub and plenty of tv options for everyone! The master bedroom was great. Other 2 bedrooms only have full size beds which can only really accommodate one adult. Garage parking was a bonus!
