The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Colorado Springs, just a stone's throw away from world-renowned attractions like Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Canyon. Our 4-bedroom retreat, able to accommodate up to 9 guests, is a blend of style, comfort, and practicality. Upon entry, a spacious kitchen greets you, designed to keep your culinary needs in mind. The open layout creates a warm ambiance perfect for memorable family dinners or wine-filled soirees. The living room is intimately curated with quality furnishings and a wood-burning fireplace (decorative), promising cozy evenings amidst laughs and stories. The sleeping quarters offer comfort par excellence. Each of the three upper-level bedrooms is adorned with quality linens and professionally laundered bedding. Prepare to dream sweetly in the KING-sized comfort of the first bedroom or the cozy environs of the second bedroom with its comfortable queen bed. The other bedroom is outfitted with a twin bed, providing the perfect sanctuary for young guests. An additional living space is available downstairs, complete with a plush couch and KING-sized bedroom. Our ultra-cleansed bathrooms are as sleek as they are functional. And deeds aren’t the only things washing clean; a full laundry of guest use is at your disposal. The home features keyless entry for ease, and fast Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected. A noteworthy feature is our private, fenced backyard. Ideal for your furry friends, it comes equipped with a propane firepit and ample outdoor seating. Allowing up to three dogs—with a comfy dog bed included—for a small fee, we’ve made sure no family member is left behind!

The Neighborhood:
This home is located between (2) very desirable areas in Colorado Springs—Garden of the Gods Park and Old Colorado City. The rock formations of the Park are world-renowned and nearly as many people travel to its gentle trails and spectacular views as they do to the Grand Canyon—and for good reason. Also close, the local artisan shops and quality dining of Old Colorado City offer additional entertainment just down the road. From a practical perspective, there are grocery stores within just a few blocks of this home and access to major roadways including the Interstate is exceptionally easy. From here travel north to the US Air Force Academy; south to the Broadmoor or Cheyenne Mountain Zoo; east to Downtown or the Airport and perhaps best of all—west toward the Mountains, Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak, "America's Mountain." Functionality, practicality, location—here you're covered!

Getting Around:
Although there are parks, outdoor recreation, shops and restaurants close to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed unless they are certified service animals.
* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;
* Bear proof garbage bins are located in the back alley.

🐶Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Family in from Chicago and northern Colorado. Enjoyed enclosed backyard. House clean but could use a deep cleaning. Beds very comfortable and room for all. Could use more kitchen cloths and towels. Driveway very steep. Bushes need trimmed especially along driveway!

Great stay. Able to visit sites daily. Nearby park within short walk to play and tire out the kids. Would stay again.

The place was nicely laid out. The house was clean , the beds were very comfortable and clean. The landscaping was over grown and this made it difficult to see children on the sidewalk and backing in to driveway. Also vents in house were dusty. Both issues are easy to address for next guests.

The house was very dark, lighting needs to be addressed, example bedside end table with lamp was so low I could not read. The lighting on the the kitchen was terrible. The air conditioning was not working properly, downstairs bedroom and living area was sooo cold, bedrooms up stairs never cooled off. The yard looks nothing like the photos, over grown with tall weeds, weeds growing through the the turf. The outdoor grill was falling apart ,dirty and grilling tools left outside were dirty. The beds we’re comfortable and the sheets clean Overall the house and grounds need much attention .

The pics were taken in winter, so the trees and bushes are missing their leaves. We had trouble seeing the address sign on the house due to this. The driveway is narrow and it wasn’t until after booking that parking is on the street. Small cars can fit in the garage. This place is nice and roomy. There’s tons of towels and the beds and major surfaces were clean. It could use a good deep cleaning though. Overall, we had a great vacation.
