Our place is perfectly located near Downtown. Walking distance to Shoreline Village, a great area to walk outdoors with shops and restaurants.
A nice 1 mile walk or drive to the Convention Center, 2 miles to the Queen Mary and one minute to all freeways to Downtown L.A., Disneyland and all the beaches up and down the coast! Walk to Ocean ave or Pine ave to the local shopping and night life!
5 bedrooms 4 full baths!! 3 of the bedrooms are masters with walk in closets and in suite bathrooms!!!!
Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for perfect meal, drinks or entertaining!!
Smart TV’s in all rooms and a small side yard with seating.

Great location. Each bedroom had a TV, which is a perk for us when we travel. Cute, spacious and comfortable space cleverly designed in three stories.

We had family come into town for a bridal shower from 5 different states! This was a perfect house for us. There was a large gathering area on the first floor! We walked around the park that is across the street one morning!

I stayed with a few coworkers for a conference and this was the perfect spot. Close to everything, private space for all of us and all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Our family traveled from the east coast for a wedding in Long Beach. Our VRBO was very convenient to the wedding venue and Disneyland. We took the boys fishing off the Seal Beach and Santa Monica piers.

A great house where almost everyone can have their own bathroom. We were here for a family wedding it it was great! The property managers were also super responsive.

This is a gem of a property. Every detail was taken care of. All the beds were very comfortable, ceiling fans made it comfortable and there are 4 bathrooms. Washer/drier worked well and the kitchen had everything you will need. The art is great in each room. Tiffany was spectacular! Parking was easy and all the instructions for the place complete. We LOVED staying here!

From the communications with Tiffany the host to the amazing location I don’t think only 5 stars is enough. My family complimented me on picking out this amazing home. I used the word “home” because that’s truly how it felt to us. It is 3 stories so take that into consideration if you have older or special needs travelers. The first floor does have a trundle bed and bath. This will be our forever Long Beach home when traveling anywhere near. Lastly downtown Long Beach is more than we expected, tons of amazing restaurants and bars.

The property was clean, convenient and everything was provided; it was great for our large family group of 10 to stay while celebrating our son’s wedding! Communication was very good, Tiffany provided quick responses which were appreciated! We definitely would stay there again!

This property was very clean and convenient. We found the owner very good to work with. The decor was simple but great for a rental space. The bedroom on the second floor has to go into the other bedroom to access the bathroom. We would highly recommend this property. We were 5 couples in town for 4 days before getting onto a cruise ship.

A group of us met for a reunion, and the condo was beautiful, clean, and close to everything downtown in Long Beach. I would absolutely stay there again!

To begin with; Tiffany is great! So helpful, friendly and she was available with answers to questions or anything needed.
The place is amazing! 3 levels of quirky, fresh and fun decor. It is also very clean.
Everything was provided! Plenty of towels, toiletries, blankets to help make our stay enjoyable.
Parking wasn’t bad either. Because we had 4 vehicles, we didn’t end up using the designated space but the parking across from the place.
We were worried with all the times we left that there’d be an issue finding a spot but there wasn’t. That was a huge plus!
We will definitely be back!

I was so impressed not only with the comfort and cleanliness of the property, but also the genuine friendliness of the on site host & the co-host Tiffany. My family was in Long Beach for my daughters wedding. The Hosts left a beautiful card and lovely bottle of wine to greet us. The property was large enough that we were all able to get ready in the multiple bathrooms and even enjoy a nice family meal together before departing. My grandkids also enjoyed the playing at the park which was right across the street. Thank you again for making my family feel so welcome.

Very Welcoming
Tiffany was great!! We were there for my mom’s memorial and she was very accommodating even with some last minute changes we needed to make. There were even flowers and a sweet hand written note on the table when we arrived. The house was clean and looked exactly as it does in the pictures. I only have wish the house was a little more centrally located for our purposes.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect!!! Host was so friendly and helpful, place was well taken care of and extremely clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, not one negative thing to say and I would highly recommend.

Great house in Long Beach
We loved our stay in this home in Long Beach. The bedrooms are good sized. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone! The home was very clean. We brought two vehicles and had no problem finding on-street parking close to the home. The kitchen is well stocked and the ice maker works! Nice quiet neighborhood across from a community park. Easy access to the freeway for beach visits along the coast. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I were in town for a wedding and needed a comfortable large space to relax in. This house was absolutely perfect. Next to a gorgeous park and close to the city. Couldn’t have enjoyed it more!

Awesome property !!
The host and co-host were so helpful all along. The place was spacious and clean and conveniently located for visiting LA , Hollywood and Disney. Kitchen had coffee, tea and basic spices for cooking. Plenty of bathrooms was a great advantage. We definitely will come back. Recommend this property without any hesitation to everyone.

This is THE BEST rental in Long Beach for larger groups. After a lot of research scouring every online rental site for a place to stay for our group it was clear the location, cleanliness, and size of this rental could not be beat.
