About this villa rental
The holiday home is located in the tourist area of Sa Coma in the Comarca del Levante de Mallorca in Sant LLorenç Des Cardessar, in a residential development just five minutes walk from the Sa Coma Beach and the great shopping avenue , supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, car and bicycle rental, medical consultations, hairdresser, equestrian ranch, tennis courts, gym, etc.

The house is on a private plot of about 1.000m2 fully fenced, has indoor parking for several cars. It has a private outdoor pool of 10x5 m, with outdoor shower. It has a wood-burning barbecue and eating area next to the pool.
In the garden there is at your disposal a pin-pong table, a minifutbolin and various play utensils for the pool.
The house has a total of 400m2 built, distributed on two floors and basement with restricted access, with 6 double rooms with air conditioning (hot and cold), 5 bathrooms with electric radiator and 1 toilet.
Capacity for 12 adults and four babies (with up to four travel cots, four high chairs for eating and four strollers for children up to 4 years old).
Its comfortable living room has several sofas and a TV with satellite dish, Wi-Fi, books, DVDs and several table games.
Its large and bright kitchen with capacity for 12 people is equipped with microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers, sandwich maker, toaster, water heater, tea machine etc.
The bedrooms are distributed, two on the lower floor and four on the upper floor. Those on the upper floor have two of a large open common terrace and two of individual balconies. Each room has a hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, bath towels, towels for the pool / beach and replacement of sheets and towels.
Five rooms each have an en suite bathroom (4 with large showers and 1 with a bathtub on the upper floor)
The house has a safe.
It has next to the pool a covered terrace of about 50 m2 with area to eat and rest.
They have several sunbeds for sunbathing and resting by the pool.
The beach of Sa Coma, with blue flag quality is only five minutes walk from this house, it is a beach of more than 800 meters in length, it is characterized by being of fine white sand, clear waters and tourist services of quality. It is also close to Sa Punta de N, Amer (Natural Area of Special Interest) and other beaches in the area.
The Rafa Nadal Academy and Museum is only 18 minutes away by car.
The house is perfect for holidays throughout the year for its wide variety of activities and the tranquility of the area.
For stays longer than 10 days a change of sheets and towels is included in the price of your stay.
The time of entry to the house is from 1 pm to 8 pm
Outside these hours and for entry after 20h must be hired in advance and subject to availability, with an additional supplement to be paid by check-in at night, to be confirmed in each case with the property when you have the schedules of your flights and always before arrival.
If for reasons of your arrival flight you want to enter the house before 1pm you can request in advance of your arrival and subject to availability the entrance to the apartment from 9am paying a supplement for additional hour of early occupancy of the house to consult with the property.
The departure time of the house is from 8 am to 1 pm.
Outside these hours you must hire in advance and subject to availability the departure of the house before 9 am with an additional fee to be paid by late night check-out and to confirm in each case with the property when you have the schedules of your flights and always in advance of your arrival ..
If for reasons of your departure flight you want to leave the house after 1pm and BEFORE 6pm you can request in advance of your arrival and subject to availability the departure to the apartment until 6pm as a deadline, paying a Supplement for additional hour of prolonged occupation of the house to consult with the property.

This is the best villa we have stayed in. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is fantastic and everything has been thought of to make your stay as good as possible. We would highly recommend this villa and are already talking about returning- we were a group of ten ranging from 4 to 60 and everyone loved it 👍

Our family, 8 adults and 3 children under 4 had a great holiday in this large extremely well equipped villa with a large pool. Contact with the property manager was excellent. Our questions were answered very promptly and we were provided with accurate details. The villa is in an excellent location being a short walk from the shops, restaurants and the beach. There were toys for the children to use in the villa and for the beach. The property manager arranged for a chef to come to the villa and cook us an evening meal which was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful villa with every amenity you could wish for and more. At most a 15 minute walk from shops, supermarkets and restaurants, definitely no need for a car. Patricia was a wonderful host, taking such care to provide everything we needed, particularly for the children in our party. We had seven adults and two children in our group and there was ample space for all. The bedrooms are huge and the kitchen extremely well equipped. I would recommend the villa without hesitation.

Patricia went above and beyond communicating with us both prior,during and after our stay. The villa was brilliantly equipped with loads of added extras and a generous welcome pack which was greatly appreciated. The pool was perfectly sized and all 10 of us could enjoy it at the same time. Everything was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed a fantastic 10 days and hope to return again in the future. Could not fault it.

The villa is fantastic for a family holiday. Located in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the beach and lots of seafront shops and restaurants. The villa is superb - very spacious, modern and clean. Fully equipped with everything you might need and a lovely welcome pack was provided - wine, beer, fruit, water etc. The pool was great and the three children we had with us had a whale of a time in it! The host, Patricia, has been extremely helpful from the moment the holiday was booked and was on hand via Whatsapp for any further information or help need. We couldn't of wished for a better host!

Amazing holiday villa
The villa was amazing and had everything you could possibly want and more for all ages.

Perfect Villa
The villa was perfect. There was everything you could want- coffee makers with pods , blenders, bbq, charcoal , toiletries in every bathroom and a wide range of games and pool toys. We were left provisions including 12 bottles of water, dishwasher tablets, wine, beer, shampoo, oil, toilet paper, sauces and mosquito repellents. Every bedroom is large and the en-suites were spotless and well maintained. Patricia was amazing- always on hand if we had any problems and always sorted them immediately. She also helped us with all our transport problems. The villa is perfectly located only a short walk from several bars and restaurants and shops for groceries yet it is quietly located. It is only a 10 minute walk from S’Illiot and all the beach front restaurants and bars. The beach is 5 minutes away.

Fantastisk ferie og oplevelse - stor anbefaling
Både hus, område, udlejer og Homeaway medvirkede til at vi havde en virkelig fantastisk ferie.
Jeg kan virkelig anbefale både dette hus og Homeaway.
Det hele fungerede, og depositum er returneret som aftalt
Vi var 11 personer (små og store børn, samt voksne) fra Danmark, der skulle fejre guldbryllup.
Jeg stod for at leje huset og havde den løbende kontakt.
Homeaway har både før, under og efter ferien, løbende informeret os og svaret på spørgsmål - pr. mail.
En repræsentant fra Homeaway og udlejers datter tog i mod os, da vi ankom, og viste os rundt, samt gav de nødvendige informationer. Det var en god modtagelse, og vi fik lidt fif i forhold til området. Der stod vand, hvidvin og øl på køl, rødvin og et flot anrettet frugtfad samt lidt slik til børnene på et bord til os da vi kom - virkelig skønt.
Billederne af huset taler jo for sig selv, det er et skønt hus, og optimalt til flere familier. Udeområdet herunder poolområdet er virkelig skønt, og der er mange badedyr/baderinge m.v.. Vi satte stor pris på at kunne få alle 3 biler med ind på grunden, der i øvrigt er lukket helt af.
Udlejers datter og en repræsentant kom som aftalt da vi skulle rejse, og aflevering gik nemt og hurtigt.
Begge er virkelig behagelig personer.

Perfect location, perfect villa
We have just returned from a great 2 weeks in this gorgeous villa, we are a family of 10 ranging age wise from 4 years old up to 73 years old and it worked perfectly for us all! From the table football and table tennis through to the barbecue area and the bedrooms, everything has been thought about thoroughly. Everything is of top quality and like people have said before, the photos do not do this villa justice!
The location is perfect, literally a few minutes walk to the beach and a huge variety of bars, restaurants and shops! There is so much to do from boat trips to parasailing, open top buses, bike hire, markets, the list goes on! We found that the local spar shops were quite expensive but managed to find a big supermarket, carrefour, about a 10/15 min walk away and as the villa supplies shopping trollies we were able to stock up on every visit! Opposite carrefour is a fab little restaurant called Casa de la mar, the food is lovely especially the kebabs, we would definitely recommend it. Plus just round the corner is a lovely little market open on a Wednesday evening from 7-10, selling little trinkets and bags etc.
Thank you so much to Loura and Patricia for your warm welcome, it was so so lovely to meet you and to Petra and everyone else for your efficiency and promptness with everything. We are missing the place already and cannot wait to return.

Sa Coma villa 2019
The villa was fabulous and we had an amazing time even better than imagined from the photos!!! Couldn’t have wished for anything more, from the fruit selection in the welcome pack to juicer everything was provided and the location perfect- just a short walk to shops and restaurants and a beautiful beach. We were two families of 5 with 3 teenage children each who loved the pool and table tennis and just lazing around it on the numerous sun beds and sofas. This luxury villa made it one of our best holidays ever. Thank-you Petra & Patricia for the organisation and stay at this wonderful villa

Wonderful
My family and I had a wonderful holiday celebrating my 50th birthday. The villa exceeded all our expectations, there is nothing I would change. Patricia and Laura were attentive in our welcome and our departure of the villa, excellent service and a lovely welcome pack of water, massive fruit bowl, ice, condiments, tea, coffee etc...... And the wine and beer of course!
The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It is an easy flat stroll to the supermarkets and seafront, with lots of restaurants (our favourite was Antic, friendly waiters and lovely food)

Everything we wished for
Our party consisted of 11, including 4 children and 1 teenager.
The Villa had everything to entertain us for two weeks. When the children tired of the pool there was TV, Wi-Fi, table tennis or board games.
We would endorse the previous reviews about the villa from the welcome pack to the overall facilities and excellent cleanliness.
Our every need was anticipated and catered for from pushchairs for the children to dishwasher tablets, shower gel to pool towels.
The only thing we felt lacking prior to our visit was a sandwich toaster but when we enquired about it, the owners provided one!
All the necessary cooking and dining utensils that were provided more than catered for our needs. All the barbecue equipment was provided – even a box of matches!
The pool for us was the main draw being shallow at one end and deep enough to dive in at the other.
Car parking is often a problem but here it would be possible to securely park 5 or 6 cars.
One of the things we valued most was the way in which any issues were resolved.
We have been in villas where owners or their representatives were difficult if not impossible to contact. Here, when we had a couple of minor issues (one our own fault and the other when a storm took out the perimeter lights) we contacted Petra and the owner (charming chap!) was with us within the hour to resolve the problem. This was very reassuring as we knew we would have support should there be any real issues.
So just to say that I have been on eight villa holidays in Spain and France and this is definitely the best

Beautiful villa in excellent location and perfect for families or groups of friends.
We have just returned from a group holiday at this wonderful place, 13 of us ranging from children to adults. We had an amazing time, thoroughly relaxing and superb location for the beach, shops bars and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone wanting a perfect villa holiday in Majorca. Excellent place for a family reunion - Very well equipped and maintained villa
We were a party of 8 adults and 4 children from the same family and the villa was just perfect for our holiday get together. On arrival we were met by the agent and her team who helped us inside with our luggage, we were then given a thorough check in and walk through the villa,where everything we needed to know was fully explained. The welcome pack was a very nice unexpected touch with water, beer, fresh fruit and sweets for the four children. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could think of, even down to cling film, foil , herbs and spices, sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and pods for the coffee machine. The villa was well maintained, immaculately clean, with plenty of indoor towels and beach towels for the family. Each bathroom had hand soap and shower gel in the showers. There was plenty of space for everyone both inside and out of the villa and the pool and outside terrace areas were very nice, the roll out sun blinds were very welcome, we used the BBQ a few times and wood and charcoal was provided for this. We spent most of the daytime and evening on the outside terrace. A gardener came twice during our stay to sweep around and empty the rubbish. The garden was very safe and secure and there was a gated entry to the garden with a video link to the gate to check who was calling. There was lots of pool toys and beach equipment for the children to play with. The beach, bars and shops were just a short stroll away but we actually preferred to stay and eat at the villa most days, the beach was busy, clean and you could rent loungers and parasols if required.

All staff were waiting on arrival and were very kind and helpful, the pool gentleman was also very sweet as he cleaned around outside, watering the planets and even took our rubbish away.
The villa is a great size for two families as is the pool.
The beach is only a short walk away and the large supermarket is a 2 minute drive away, although there are plenty of little shops just around the corner.
There was plenty of everything including towels, cleaning equipment even toys, pool toys and board games for the kids.
Wifi/ internet/ phone reception is very good which was very important for us as we still needed to run our business while away.
There is a large parking area at the back if you hire a car/s which we did. The drive from the airport is just over 1 hour and is a straightforward route to follow.
The garden/pool etc is very private and secure.
If there was anything to moan about I can only think that there wasn't a fitted safe to put our belongings in but we managed.
I stupidly hide some of my items and forgot to pack them again when I left. The staff jumped in their car and brought them to the airport for me so I wouldn't miss my flight. They wouldn't even take the money for the fuel! They were so kind and lovely!

Superb villa, conveniently located close to beach, shops and restaurants.
We arrived to find a spotlessly clean villa and pool, all superbly equipped with a vast array of equipment and utensils, even including inflatable toys and games for the children. Wine and beer was included in the welcome pack, together with basic items. We even received an apology because one of the side lamps was not working.
We have booked a number of large villas for family holidays in the past, but none have come up to this standard.

Helt unik. Perfekt beliggenhed.
Dette hus er mageløst. Der var tænkt på alt. Køkkenet er top moderne. Der er alt hvad der kan forventes af inventar og mere til. Kold vin i køleskabet ved ankomsten, frugt og en pose slik til børnene.
Værtinden tog imod os og gennemgik huset og dets installationer med os. Vi fik også udleveret en bog med husets regler.
Poolen var fantastisk. Der var indkøbt en masse børnelegetøj både til poolen og til almindelig hyggelege.
Derudover var der 2 klapvogne, 2 høje stole, 2 børnesenge og et børnebord
med 4 små børnestole.
Der var virkelig tænkt på ALT.
5 min. til den lokale SPAR købmand som havde varme flutes. Også den dejlige strand lå meget tæt på .
Vi var 8 voksne og 4 børn (8-1år) og der var rigeligt med plads til alle i huset.
Jeg kan varmt anbefale denne feriebolig til alle og vil helt bestemt leje den igen næste gang familien skal til Mallorca.
