Clean, spacious and updated

I was pleasantly surprised how large the condo was. There were only 4 of us during our stay, but it could have easily handled more (as the Ad describes). The place had wonderfully large windows allowing beautiful sun in during sunrise and again on the other side during sunset. Of course it has blinds on all windows to tailor to your liking.
I personally loved sitting in the back porch with my morning coffee watching the golfers tee off from one of the holes. Very relaxing and peaceful.
What I noticed upon entry into the condo, there was a strong "cooking" odor from the previous occupants. I know controlling that may be difficult, but maybe some kind of deodorizer can be used between guests.
What I also realized upon entry was there were many stairs within the condo. This should be stated within the Ad (apologize if I missed that note) for those who have issues navigating stairs (elder/disabled) or trying to carry up heavy suitcase or cooler.
We also found a few cleansing issues. Cobwebs, dust, food splatter marks. All of which were reported and hopefully corrected for your next guests.
A previous review mentioned the bed sheets were very nice. Did not understand that at the time, but after staying there I would have to agree. Good quality sheets. Clean and comfortable.
Kitchen had a lot of utensils; however could not find scissors (may have missed that), so could consider adding.
Overall it was a nice place to stay. Friendly neighbors too. Great location.

The property was nicely maintained and had the needed amenities needed for our stay and very close to the blue mountain village. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed here for our boys golf weekend. The proximity to golf course and village were perfect. We could walk across the street to the clubhous, watch people tee off in the morning from our balcony. Unit itself was spacious with comfortable beds for everyone and a well equipped kitchen and bbq. We will stay again for sure.

The house is beautiful and has all the necessities for a wonderful stay. Being the closest unit to the village is a huge bonus as well.

This property was in the perfect location. The village was a 4 min walk away. Super clean and beds were very comfortable. Bring ground coffee, sugar and Kleenex. The condo is quite empty.

This villa is perfectly located near the Village at The Blue Mountains, and just the right size for my family of five to enjoy a luxurious stay. Very neat, clean and well appointed with everything we needed to make our own meals, relax and socialize when the weather wasn’t good, and plenty of personal space for quiet time.

Location is close to the blue mountains village and at the public golf course. The unit was spacious, great internet and bell tv! The linens were fantastic and comfortable beds! Only thing I can say is that the furniture looked tired/used. Also, though the kitchen had everything needed to cook with there was no basics i.e., salt, pepper, oil unless I couldn’t find it? I would return again. Great stay and good sleeps!

Based on the description and the rental fees we paid, we had hoped the place would have been in much better condition. It is old and tired and really just needs a little attention.

Good Place / Poor Service
Property was good, great location close to golf course and the Village. I did not get the codes before arrival as promised. We played golf from 12p - 4p and then waited in the rain for an hour trying to get the codes to enter. I had to go through a ridiculous number of questions to prove it was me calling, surprisingly I was never asked my confirmation number. Eventually we received the code, which did not work. I then received several more codes, which also did not work. Finally someone was sent out to the unit to let us in. After we dried up we fired up the BBQ, half way through cooking our steaks the BBQ ran out of propane! We finished cooking the steaks on the stove and had a great night. Overall we had a great trip, the unit was nice and convenient however the expected level of service when you spend $1000 for two nights was not there. If I was there with my family and not a group of friends my review might have been more strongly worded.

Everything is good.
However, it was on the second and third floor and should be considered for older people.

Everything excellent, just sticky floor
Great location, spacious, clean kitchen and dining table, clean bedding. Everything looks good. Excellent communication (email and text) and Superb internet speed. Should have 5-star on everything.
However, there was a little drawback, we followed the rules to removed our shoes for our stay. The floor was sticky, and it only took 1 hour to have our feet turned black. We have to put on socks all the time. It seems they didn't mop the floor for years. (Advice: wear socks, or bring indoor slippers)

we loved the nice warm feeling when staying at the condo
the distance the to village and hills is just a short walk/distance, which makes it handy for meals, groceries or taking the sites and sounds of the village

Great stay
Large unit with plenty of space for 6 adults to spread out. Large dining table! Very clean unit. Walkable to the village and lifts. Cool views of the ski hill at night! Decent amount of room at the entrance for coats, wet boots. I recommend this place.

Awesome Family Experience
The condo was perfect for our family of six. Everything we needed was available. The location is unbeatable - near cideries, the Blue Mountain Village, beaches, and hiking trails. Would recommend this to everyone looking to get away and have the comforts of home.

Golf/Fishing Trip
Beautiful accommodations next to beautiful Monterra Golf. And close enough to dock the boat for some fishing on the Lake

This unit was beautiful and a very short walk to the resort. I had read previous reviews and brought extra amenities (hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs etc) to be sure we had enough on hand for our stay. Everything was very supplied at the unit except hand soap for the bathrooms so if you will be there a few days you may want to bring some.
It was super quiet while we were there so felt quite cozy. This was an ideal location as there was much to do outside of the village as on nearby hiking trails (Eugenia Falls) and beaches (Peasemarsh).
The only drawback was the twin beds - they are quite firm.

Great experience!
The home is clean. Location is close to Blue mountain village. Price is right. I love the calling in to vacasa’s service. They have very friendly and experienced staff to provide excellent customer service. The only one concern is that the queen bed made a lot of noise. If they replace the bed, the stay would be five stars and perfect. Overall, we had a good vacation and I definitely would love to go back.

Summer stay at Blue
Very convenient location, just across the street from the Blue Mountain Village! Large home with lots of space for a family of 5.

A very nice place to stay. Would give it 5 stars but the cookware (pots and pans) are less than adequate for the amount of persons it can house. We also found dirty bowls/cutlery and used tea bags in the kettle.
Overall though, we would stay here again! Just need to bring our own cookware!

Perfect location. Just right across the village. Roomy for 4 adults and 2 kids.
Unfortunately, there isn’t enough dish wisher detergent, so can’t utilize the dish washer. Has to hand wash dishes. Should bring my own next time.

Blue Mountain
Large open space that was clean, convenient to get to and great views of the mountain. It’s started to look dated in spots -porch screens need replacing, the broom was full of hair and dust and needs replacing. The biggest frustration was the front door. The key pad needs to be replaced, it took us between 3-5 mins to get the door open every time. Move to the digital keypad where there aren’t keys to fuss with. Also be aware the front door locks upon closing - wasn’t given the heads up on this and thankfully we had someone inside to open up. Also no literature on where to empty your garbage or recycling which would have been nice as we stayed for almost a week.

Beautiful, well kept, and reasonable.
Recently stayed here with a group of friends. Everything was in perfect condition. Bed I stayed in was very comfortable. Nice television and common area with a very nice kitchen. Balconies on either side of the property for views of the golf course and the hills. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.
