About this house rental

AWARD WINING HOME!! PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD! A mile north of Breckenridge, Highlands Drive Blvd. angles up the hill to Rounds Road, where the dynamic view of the Ten Mile Range is a backdrop to this custom home. The driveway slips down past a vaulted and angled timbered entry to a three-car garage and a landscaped area to each side of the 15-foot tall entry porch. The view of Peak 8 is revealed with stunning impact when entering the home. The great room expands with an open kitchen/ dining area and oversized waterfall island, while the high- end appliances and the modern cabinetry let you know
it’s 2023. Bordering the great room, the pantry, mud room and garage open to the left, with the spacious master suite on the right to create one-level living. The vaulted master bath has a curbless shower and his/her vanities to each side of the roomy walk-in closet.
The exterior deck wraps from the dining room to the master suite and includes a covered outdoor space, with
a linear firepit and views of the Ten Mile Range and Breckenridge ski area. The open steel stringer stairway leads up to the bonus loft with Queen Sleeper, open on three sides to allow views of the great room. What a wonderful home and vacation experience! The home, the view and cool weather were magnificent! The owners placed such amazing thought into making the guest accommodations so comfortable. We felt like we were at our home with a beautiful Mountain View and cooler temperatures. Jay's communication with us about the details of the home was excellent! Our stay at this beautiful home was the best home rental experience we have ever had!

Girls trip. House was incredible, spotless, beautifully decorated. The view was amazing. Loved how all the essentials were there and not wasted. Had a chef come in one night and cook for the 10 of us, perfect we got to enjoy the home and view and not do any work. I have never stayed at a nicer place with such great communication with property manager the ease of everything, made our trip one to remember!! Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous home with us.

It was one of the best houses we have found for a friends and family mountain get away. The house was clean, well stocked with the little things that make the stay easier, had great views and lots of wonderful space for dinners, kid space, adult hangouts and close to town. Would highly recommend.

I don't rate much, and I'm a pretty seasoned traveler, but this stay was worth a shout out. Fantastic location less than five minutes from the Gondola. House was in immaculate condition, with top-notch decorating and every amenity you could ask for. The owner called with a run down of all the features, which is needed given all of the integrated controls for the house. Was perfect for our two families, 5 adults and 5 kids. Hope to get it again next year.

This is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at! My sisters and I took our families skiing over spring break last March and this house was perfect for all of us and our kids. The home is beautiful with amazing decor, stunning views, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for multiple families. The location can’t be beat, with a short 10 min drive to downtown and the slopes. Jay, the property owner was super helpful and responsive before and during our stay. If you’re looking for a luxury home in Breckenridge, this is it! We will 100% stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality, Jay!

The Host, Jay, is one of the most helpful and incredible hosts out there. My family and I have stayed here twice now and I just got back home. Was here in December and was just here again, this past week and it was just magical! That's exactly the word that comes to my mind, when I think about this home. Your family and friends will feel at home and Jay does everything he can to make you feel welcome, at home and happy. This home has the most gorgeous views. It's just beyond comfortable and there's so much room and it's beyond amazing! Really words do not do the justice until you see it. I WILL definitely be back a third time. Thank you Jay!

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. The location is perfect, the house gorgeous, the view is beyond amazing. One of our favorite places we have stayed in Breckenridge. The hosts are there if you need anything.
