My boyfriend and I had a great stay at the tiny house! The location is unbeatable and the host provided fans to accommodate the lack of AC, 5/5!

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect. Town was crowded so it was wonderful to be able to walk to dinner, the grocery store, shopping, and the lake, and not have to worry about parking. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location, walking distance from down own Tahoe city, walking distance to the lake. Quiet even though we were on the corner of a street
Cabin was prefect size, tiny house

Had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the neighborhood dock for swimming, sunset and sunrise views! Great location just a short walk or bike to Tahoe City - super cute little town.
Very much enjoyed exploring the north / west areas of the lake for the first time!

The house was nice but not very clean. I didn’t think much of it until weeks later we got bedbugs. The exterminator said it was likely our last vacation stay here (while you can get them a variety of other places). It’s apparently very common with rentals and hotels, just read up on how to avoid taking them home and beware.

Spent a couple nights here at the end of a summer trip visiting family. Really convenient for walking into town, and despite the small size of the cabin, it is very nicely built, well equipped and comfortable. The highway noise is ever-present during the day, but it is blissfully peaceful at night and in the wee hours of the morning. Definitely a nice place to loiter for a couple days to wind down our trip. Thank you!

This unit had everything we needed for a quick weekend in Tahoe! We absolutely loved it!

This was a lovely tiny home, perfect for a get away for two! There is a short 3-5 minute easy walk to get to the lake but the view is lovely. If its really warm out, there’s no A/C which was definitely different for us being from the south but the fans and windows open made it comfortable! Walking distance to many shops/restaurants. Would absolutely recommend and would personally book again.

My wife and I stayed for a few days in this place and it was great for us. Walking distance to downtown Tahoe City and to the lake. Very convenient to drive to other places around the lake. We will definitely going back.

The cabin is located with in walking distance to store and restaurants. Has a peekaboo view of the lake. 5 min walk to the public dock. It is close to the road. But in the comfortable bed we did even hear the cars. Could use an up grade on the table and coach. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Great Location and cozy cabin
=> Had to cut our visit short due to the smoke (no fault of the owner)
=> Cabin is very cozy and perfect for a couple
=> Two issues should be addressed:
1. No where to put or hang clothes for visitors. Had to live out of our suitcases for 5 days
2. Definite gap under the front door that allows daylight and air into the cabin.
5-star location for sure. So convenient to all Tahoe City attractions.

Beautiful and convenient
The "Tiny House" is brand new and built with high-end workmanship. It is perfect for 2 people. There is a waterfront park with a dock just steps away and the walk into town on the bike trail is 5 minutes. The owner is very considerate and responsive...we loved everything about our stay! The proximity to the road is such that closing the windows at night eliminated any noise. We will be back!

This property was a great addition to our trip. We were well located and the house leads to a private pier right in the lake. The house is a bit small, but it’s so cute and cozy that you forget about the size. It is close to the highway, so you can hear cars in the morning, but it’s nothing uncomfortable that you’d wake up with. :) Also, if you’re going in the summer, make sure you leave super early to get to your beach destination - Everywhere is packed!Otherwise, Lake Tahoe and this little house has a special place in my heart and I can’t wait to go back!

Very well built, very small!
Our family of 4 stayed at this home, and will likely be back. The price was great, but do be aware that space is limited. The place itself was very well-built. The location is excellent. Kitchen could be better equipped for actual cooking - it could use a few more accessories in the kitchen to make it truly useable for cooking (salad bowl?), bigger eating bowls? We had an issue with the stove, and the property manager never called us back to help us resolve it.
