Completely taken down to the studs and rebuilt in 2018, everything is new! Bright, open floor plan was re-imagined and designed for maximum comfort and relaxation. Central heat/air, ceiling fans in every room, 3 private bedrooms w/all new queen-sized top-rated mattresses, high thread-count luxury sheet sets, and blackout curtains. Come retreat to luxury!
The space:
The front entrance of this suburban home opens directly onto a spacious open-plan area for relaxing, dining, working and cooking. A wide leather sofa and armchair centered around a natural wood coffee table form the corner for relaxing. A narrow dining table runs the length of the wide front windows, creating a pleasant and well lit eating or working area. A generous kitchen island / breakfast bar divides the remaining area from the fully equipped kitchen and ensures that cooking and eating are sociable and fun for all. There is even a tall corner table and stools by the window for those who want to catch up on some work, or just enjoy a coffee and the view.
The three bedrooms feature queen size beds as well as luxury bed linens, drapes and ample closet space. Quality fittings are also found in the hall bathroom and an en-suite shower , while the comfortable outdoor furniture on the shady patio invites you to enjoy the fine California weather by day or night. The warm natural materials, stylish modern furnishings and abundant natural lighting in this home are complemented by all new appliances and amenities, including central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans and dimmer switches in every room to ensure a perfect stay.

My place is located in Redding, California, United States.
Starlight is a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. It is also ideally located close to Redding and right next to Whiskeytown Lake. For groceries Holiday Market and Safeway are only a minute away. If you want to grab something to eat, we recommend Burrito Bandito, Pop's 50's Place or Shasta Pizza. The closest cafe is Sweetie's Cafe & Catering.
Getting around
Best way to get around is by car. Downtown Redding is about 2.5 miles by car and Redding Civic Auditorium about 3 miles away. Close by, you can also find several other points of interest like Cascade Theatre and Bethel Main or Whiskeytown Lake and Mount Shasta, which offer a unique experience for nature enthusiasts.
