When we arrived after 4:30pm, the house was still not ready (checkin was at 4pm). The cleaners were rushed out as we arrived, so I'm unsure if the property was completely and properly cleaned.
Overall the house was clean, but there were a ton of spiders everyday and there would be 3-4 flies in the house despite always having the windows and doors shut. There must be a crack somewhere that should really get fixed. The toaster oven was left dirty and oily, and so were some of the pans.

Home unit is on the 2nd floor (not recommended for those with mobility issues due to stairs) and it was very clean. Everything looked fairly new due to the renovations (plush carpet on the 2nd floor). Great location, nice quiet and friendly neighbourhood.
They provided all the towels, bed sheets, pillows and cooking ware you'll need. Just bring your food and drinks if you plan on cooking! They even had a rice cooker!
One large primary suite with king size bed with a large shared bathroom. The other upstairs bedroom had 2 single beds. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed. The sofa bed is new and is queen size, but it is as comfortable as any other typical sofa bed.
Happy that they had free shuttle passes and service to the Blue Mountain Resort area.
No physical keys but you'll have to remember to have the numerical passcode to get in. It can be finicky during the odd times.
There was some confusion about the nunnery of parking passes but at the time of my vacation (August 2024) when I I stepped into the property, there were 2 physical parking passes to place in 2 vehicles (phew!).
Would i stay here again? Big yes!

Condo was well appointed. Very spacious unit. Could have had more bath towels available & blankets for use while watching TV in the evenings and also available if needed in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this home away from home was incredibly tranquil, allowing us to fully appreciate the breathtaking moments of the Blue Mountains. Despite having children with us, the layout of the house facilitated both shared and individual experiences. With the dining area adjacent to the kitchen and the main hall serving as the TV area, everyone could enjoy their preferred activities—children watching TV while adults engaged in leisurely conversations. We were thoroughly impressed with the accommodation and would eagerly consider returning next year for another memorable stay.

Will highly recommend to family and friends and hope to be back.

This place had everything we needed for our family of 2 adults and 3 small kids. Our only suggestion: please have extra trash liners on hand!

The property was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. Close to Blue Mountain and many shops. It was very easy to communicate with the owners and their response was almost immediate. Would definitely recommend!!!

My family had such a wonderful, relaxing time at this beautiful condo. Upgraded finishings and tastefully decorated and very clean. The owner has added some very lovely touches with the personalized decor and gift bags. This is a beautiful and quiet section of Snowbridge, perfect for quieter family groups. The pool was straight across the road and very easy to get to. We also enjoyed the nearby walking trails. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed during our stay, the beds were very comfortable, the bedroom layout worked very well for my family. We stayed for a week and didn’t want to go home!

We stayed here for two nights. House was very clean and had everything you would need.
I just wish they had a pamphlet so you know the wifi password and location of the pool.
This would’ve made things a bit easier.

Not properly cleaned
Great space, great tvs, Netflix was a nice touch, but messy and dirty under the couch, and there was a dirty pot with left over scrambled eggs in it

Very clean when we arrived.
Beds were really comfortable, living room with fire place was so nice to relax in.
Kitchen was very well stocked (lots of dishes, pots, soap, sponges etc)
So close to blue mountain, made it easy to come back mid-day for lunch and go back to the hill later.
(Note- bar stools need to be tightened/fixed, some laundry detergent would have been nice to have.)
Overall we really enjoyed our time there.

An absolutely amazing stay
Everything was great! A nice bright, newly renovated space with lots of room for all to enjoy. Might have been nice to have a working fireplace for the chilly Saturday night but no other concerns to note at all. We look forward to booking here again sometime soon.

Very comfortable
We stayed here for a dress nights to get away, relax, and do some skiing at &blue Mountain. The condo is large with lots of space and all the amenities. The shuttle, which is included, picked us up and dropped us off at Blue Mountain and later brought us home with no issues.

Beautiful Clean Property Close to Everything
When we arrived the condo was spotless and the stairs, there are a lot of them, were very well cleared and salted. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, except a can opener which may have gone missing during another stay. Coffee and tea were provided. My children loved the large bathtub after a long day outdoors.
The large dining area was perfect for our group of 8. The fireplace was cozy in the evenings and there were board games provided to keep the kids entertained.
There is a shuttle to the village which is a convenient option on busy weekend days when parking is difficult. The condo has a ski locker for keeping your skiis secure overnight.
We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation home
This is a lovely, well-equipped unit. Just a short walk to the village. Had a great family weekend!

Great property
Stayed in this property during our recent vacation to blue mountain and it was great. Kitchen- everything you may need and more including wine glasses, beautiful platters for serving and more. Bathrooms- clean and nicely renovated. The second bathroom is very large and was perfect for 2 families to share. Living room- couch could use an update though was comfortable, as a bed not so comfortable though most aren’t. Outdoor patio- nice size for a second floor, BBQ was clean and was able to enjoy some outdoor dining. Would definitely come back to this property again, highly recommended.

Clean, quiet, and resort-like home
We had a good stay in this location and we are hoping to go back again! It was clean and has so many amenities! Great for a family!

Nice place, great location
It looks like they have updated many of the fixtures and decor of this rental. Another reviewer mentioned 'dated' and you could see some of that in one room but most everything else was very new and clean.
Location is great for a family, close enough for kid's to walk over to the village for snacks but also quiet in the place.
Pool tags were included and there's passes for the shuttle into the village of you don't want to walk.
We'd stay again, the family loved it.

Place was dated but nice and comfortable; plenty of space. It really could benefit from a deep clean. At present it is really dusty, with lots of debris under furniture and beds, etc.

We stayed here for a weekend in September and the house was very clean, great location as well. Contactless - they give you a code to the house the morning of your stay. Absolutely loved it here and will book again in the future.

Great and well appointed location near Blue Mountain Village
We were fortunate to get away to this spot for a few days, very close to Blue Mountain village, golf course, hiking trails and loads of amenities. We drove to Thornbury, walked the Georgian Trail and enjoyed meandering along the water. The kitchen was well equipped and the entire property very comfortable and clean. Loved the view of the tall trees and the sunrise from the deck, and our evening BBQs.

Ac didn’t work all week. Pool required reservations which we understand but were never told prior to booking. We could not get a reservation at the pool for 2 out of our 4 day stay. Bbq stopped working while we were making dinner And fridge leaked water all week. Dishwasher also required maintenance

Great place!
Stayed there with 5 friends and the place is great. Very spacious and well taken care of. Would definitely rent it again!

Well appointed Condo
We did have to go to the office 2 times as soon as we checked in as there were no parking passes left and a problem with the furnace which was looked after promptly. Our main problem was that it was difficult to know who we were renting from Blue Mountain? Vacasa?? Home Away? Canada Stays?? Please give them all one name.
