A cosy midwinter break in cornwall
This property is much more spacious than it seems from the photographs. It has everything you could need for a cosy break. Being only a short walk to the shops, cafes and hotel in the village, and to the beach and clifftop paths, it is perfectly positioned to make the most of your stay in St Agnes. The cottage is well-equipped, and we loved the thoughtful welcome pack - especially the fudge! There is even a handy desk on the quiet landing where I could make a couple of Zoom calls for work in peace.

Home from Home
We were delighted with the Old School House. It was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent, very convenient for walking into the village. Having dedicated parking was a real bonus too. The welcome pack was a nice touch, including a starter cleaning kit, as was the milk in the fridge which meant we were able to enjoy a cup of tea and some delicious shortbread when we arrived. The instructions for the appliances and taking out the rubbish were very clear and easy to follow. There was also a welcome supply of books, dvds, puzzles and other games to keep families entertained. I cannot fault the facilities and it was a real home from home. We had a lovely time.

Lovely week in St Agnes
I stayed here with my eldest daughter and son and his girlfriend for a week. The house had everything we needed and was well located within a 10 - 15 minute walk of the beach and 5 minutes from several pubs, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed having our breakfast and dinner in the garden or patio outside the back of the house, although the patio table was a little small for 4 people. The bedrooms are spacious and were lovely and cool in the hot weather. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed. St Agnes is a real gem and the local beach, Trevaunance Cove is great. We would recommend the walk to Porth Chapel beach and Perranporth in the other direction. We'd also recommend a kayak tour with Koru Kayaking. All in all, a really great holiday!

Great stay at 3 The Old School House
We had a wonderful week at 3 The Old School House. It’s in a fabulous location in the heart of St Agnes with all the amenities you need including a delicious bakery, four really good pubs all offering something different and a lovely beach.
The property is quirky with its upside down living and is fully equipped. You can certainly feel you are staying in a 1800 grade 2 listed building.
We enjoy walking and love a good hill as these give you the best views, however, this is not the place for you if you have even the slightest mobility issues.
All in all the property was in good repair there were some places that could do with some finishing touches but certainly nothing that would put me off rebooking and staying there again.
It’s a lovely property in a lovely village if you like walking and beaches.
