This was my first experience with a VRBO and I wasn’t disappointed. As Goldilocks would say, the house was “just right” for our family. In total, there were 15 of us ranging from 2 months to 66 years old. It was the perfect setup. Each bedroom had their own completely stocked bathroom. I was also impressed with how stocked the kitchen was. The location was great and helped us make some wonderful memories

This house was honestly the best part of our extended family trip to Branson! We had 5 households come together, 17 total age ranges from 1-63, and everyone had their own space and enjoyed the setup. The property has a packnplay, booster seat, and baby gate on site. We brought a netted canopy tent to use on the back patio. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking and eating ware you could need. There’s an electric griddle and crockpots as well. We greatly enjoyed this house and would book it again. Thank you!

Bathroom in each bedroom made traveling with other couples very comfortable. We had a big group and 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators accommodated all the yummy food we brought and made cleanup a breeze. This house is very close to all of the venues and downtown Branson. Highly recommend this spot!

We stayed at this property with family from several different states for Thanksgiving. The house was beautifully equipped and in excellent condition. Best was the location - literally less than 5 minutes from the best attractions in Branson! Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated - Brad and Pam even had Christmas decorations up!!! Highly recommend the property and hosts!!!

Everything was great. It's hard to please a big group of adults, but everyone enjoyed the accommodations. We did initially have an issue with the entry lock. It worked, but was tricky, but someone came immediately and fixed it. Nothing is perfect and you gauge the quality of a stay by the responsiveness the property manager. Brad was AWESOME! No complaints.

We had a house full of people from infant to adults. The location was ideal for us as we had multiple cars and would split up. We were within driving distance to shopping, tourist attractions and restaurants. This allowed us to come back and rest or regroup as needed. Teens and young adults loved the pool table, hot tub and making s’mores on the fire pit. Bonus for us was the pack n play and highchair for baby. I ordered groceries online for pickup before we even arrived and figured I would pick up whatever kitchen items I needed for cooking later on- but the kitchen was so well stocked I didn’t need to. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and laundry detergent were also available for the people who didn’t pack theirs (or just forgot). There is construction in the area but didn’t interfere at all, even with an infant sleeping. Overall great experience and look forward to visiting again! 😊

The property was just what we were looking for for our family gathering. We had 4 families with 3 children. We really liked that the house had a bathroom/shower per bedroom. This was great to not have to wait for others when getting ready and had the comfort of it being in each of the bedrooms.
The property is close to everything. The most we traveled was 15 min to the showboat Branson belle. We were just 1.5 miles away from the sight and sound theatre. We were close to everything, but not in the mix of hotels, shops, or anything that would make the place not feel like home.
The owners were very responsive and helpful. There was only 1 issue where the construction crew working on a nearby property blew out a transformer and we were without power for a couple of hours.
Great stay and would recommend to anyone with multiple families with great accommodations.

We had an amazing time and the house was perfect for our group of 17 ladies age 16-75. The house was clean, well equipped and in a great location! Could not have asked for a better set-up for our annual family girls weekend!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Branson and this house was perfect for us. The location is ideal. We especially liked that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The rooms are all very spacious too. Many of us enjoyed the hot tub. The next time we return to Branson, I will definitely want to book this house again. Thank you!

We all loved our stay here! There was plenty of space and we each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids and grandkids enjoyed the hot tub. It was the only outdoor activity they could do since it was so cold and windy. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and we all appreciated the parking space for all of our vehicles. We would love to stay here again!

Our large group has stayed in several areas in and around Branson and this location can’t be beat for central activities. Close to everything but maintains that remote feel. The home was a departure from our previous cabin experiences, but has its own charm. Super comfortable temperatures. Fabulous layout. Hot tub was a hit! Large dining table in the first floor great room was everything we were looking for. Cherry on top was definitely the double ovens and two dish washers. Consider us spoiled as short term renters. Had no need to contact the hosts as everything went perfect! Would definitely stay again.
