The property in general is great!. The location is also great.
Our main concern was the lack of cleaning supplies
Our dishwasher did not work...Maintenance people came
but the problem never got resolved! Brian set it up, but when we ran it it did not work. We washed all dishes plus.
The beds were very comfortable!
We will return! Loved how bright all rooms were. Bathrooms were great as well.

Great location. Parking was convenient. Please was very clean. Bring extra blankets or if you want to use the pull out couch. Very well kept and updated bathrooms were great.

Overall a fantastic stay. Location was fantastic. It would have been great to have at least a second fob, as accessing the door was a bit complicated. Also, due to the warmer weather, the grass around the property was extremely wet an muddy. Would stay again. Thanks

The house was in perfect conditions, very clean and organized. The location was perfect also (walking distance to the ski area even with little children and equipment). Loved the place, definitely i would definitely book this place again.

Very difficult start - Vacasa sends an email stating they will send you an email 24 hours prior to arrival with lockbox/check-in. That did not happen. Took 90 minutes on the phone with them after what should have been the check in time to get it sorted out. Rooms were clean with the exception of no garbage was removed and the toilet was not flushed after the last person used it before our arrival. Reached out to Vacasa and they refunded the cleaning fee. After that hurdle - the property is exactly as shown in the photos. It is directly across the street from the parking lot and a 2 minute walk to the main attractions (roller coaster, mini-putt, gondola). I would definitely stay at the property again - Giving it a 5 star rating as I think the mistakes were a 1 off and probably not something future guests have to worry about and the property was a great price for the location.

Amazing condo, just as pictured. Double bed room.. beds were horrible, kids had a hard time sleeping on them.. very uncomfortable. No hot water in master suite shower. Check in & out process so streamlined. Overall great space, just needs new beds & check on the hot water supply to the master.

The mountain walk unit we stayed in was OK overall. It had a good sized living space, kitchen and sleeping spaces. The beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were updated, but the furniture and living spaces desperately need to be updated. The unit needed some TLC as when we arrived the back sliding door did not lock (and stayed like that overnight, which was very concerning), and many areas of the carpet had little nails sticking up.
I reached out to the customer service team, and received quick responses. However, a maintenance person did not come until the following afternoon to address our issues.
The location was great, right across the street from the village, and our issues were addressed at the end. Unfortunately, based on my experience I would not recommend staying at this unit.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior of the building. The space is great. Newly renovated, super clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen fully stocked. 2 min walk through the parking lot to the village. Would definitely stay again.

The downstairs queen bed is not useable and should have been replaced long ago. Each adult took turns sleeping (trying) on the bed and I ended up having to sleep on the couch. vacasa, the management company, was not concerned about our issue and slow to respond. Also the upstairs bedroom was infested with honey bees and the windows were never opened. I am allergic to bees. A can of bee killer was left in the bedroom which leads me to believe that vacasa's idea of pest control is do it yourself. It is priced as a three bedroom but only has 2 useable bedrooms and overpriced. I would not recommend staying here or any other vacasa managed property. John

Overall quite satisfied with our experience, rooms were spacious and bedding comfortable; iving, dining kitchen nicely furnished, equipped and up-to-date, one closet was surprisingly full of card and board games... location is perfect, not within the market but only a few minutes walk from it, lots of windows bring in a lot of natural light and a mesmerizing view of the mountain. Some minor issues I must mention: the toiletries, they only had one small container of shower gel and body cream in each bathroom which together is only good for one day for two, no shampoo/conditioner etc., main level bathroom shelf had some rust, some blinds were damages and missing blades which is not a big deal but should be looked after/maintained. But nonetheless great experience.

Amazing - exactly as described
This condo was perfect. We had 7 people (4 adults, 2 kids and a baby) and there was more than enough room. The location was great - we used the valet for our skis and walked over in our boots.
It got a little loud when a louder group checked in next door but prior to their arrival we didn’t hear a peep.
I would highyl recommend this condo.

Amazing location and stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience staying at the Vacasa condo. The location is super close to the village - just a few minute walk! The condo was very clean and organized. Kitchen came with small appliances and dishes and utensils. The rooms and living area is open and spacious. This particular unit is on the first floor and very easy to get in and out. Thanks and we will definitely be booking again in the future!

Fall getaway
Condo was very clean & updated. Bonus was the 2 minute walk to the village for restaurants & shops. Easy checkin/checkout. Being on the ground floor we had access to the bbq & picnic table & chairs which was a bonus. Only downside was the Wifi was not the greatest.

So comfortable!
Loved, loved the layout of the space and the homey feel of the house. So clean and fresh with a well appointed kitchen. Proximity to the Village was a hop and a skip. Vacasa customer service was amazing. So helpful and friendly. 4 stars bc it’s a ground floor unit with a bit of foot traffic around the unit. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Almost spotless
The space, overall cleanliness and well equipped kitchen were great. The jetted tub wasn't something I would use. The jets were black and I assume it was mold or mildew. A television in the upstairs bedroom would be nice.

Excellent location. Close proximity to Blue Mountain Village. Perfect getaway for a group of six.
The property was very clean and perfect for a short stay. The only downside is the prices charged in this area. They're even charging for walking up the mountain. Overall I'd recommend this accommodation.

Amazing weekend getaway!
I don't know where to start the stay was amazing from the getgo. Check in was very easy and we all said the photos did not do the place justice it was beautiful. (Although the photos are already beautiful as it is). The propane was empty and we called vacasa and they helped called maintenance for us and it was rectified within half an hour-given that they said it may take a few hours it was super fast! They really aim to please and we left extremely grateful to stay and definitely will stay again.

Wonderful ski condo
We shared this condo for two nights with another couple. We found the rental extremely clean and comfortable. As both ourselves and friends are foodies who love to cook we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The open floor plan was perfect for entertaining.
