About this apartment rental
Welcome to this beautiful apartment with its captivating textures and vibrant colors. The stunning views of lush greenery are perfectly complemented by a variety of unique furniture pieces and captivating handmade art, creating an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. Take a moment to unwind on the swing by the window, enjoying the serenity and losing yourself in your favorite novel with a hot cup of coffee. It is 1 mile from the boardwalk. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, there is plenty of space to get cozy. With fast WiFi, you can work comfortably while savoring the refreshing chill of the AC. You're all set with a full fridge, electric cooktop, pots, pans, utensils, cups, wine glasses, coffee maker, microwave, sheets, towels, and more!
When we first started construction on this condo, we knew it needed to be taken down to the studs. Many people on and off the island thought the idea was crazy, as resources were very limited. They were right. The condo we planned to remodel and furnish in 2 months actually took 6 months. Many people, both local and from our hometown in Texas, came to work on it. It took a lot of effort to create, but when you see it, you will understand why.
It was important to us that we create a one-of-a-kind space. We worked on the design extensively; every small detail mattered. Sometimes, this meant waiting an extra 3 weeks for the materials to arrive; sometimes, it meant improvising. We made most of the art while waiting for the windows to arrive and be installed. We took the photos that hung in the bedrooms while exploring the island for the first time. There were so many days that we feared it might not make it to this point and we feel so blessed to be here. It has been an incredible experience to see this through from start to finish.

I stayed with my husband & 2 kids. It was perfect & felt like our home away from away. The apartment is beautiful & has all the amenities one would need. Communication was great & minor issues were addressed promptly. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was very clean and exactly as pictured. It came stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay in St Croix except beach towels/chairs. Neighbors were quiet and the views of the ocean from the living room and kitchen are great; especially with a coffee in the mornings. The location is very close to Christiansted—just a short drive away. We appreciated Marianne’s guidebook and her suggestions. Definitely recommend!

It was an amazing stay. Would definitely reccomend to anybody staying who’s needs something clean and tidy. The ac in every room was really nice and the fan. Also the parking was a good plus.

Wasnt too sure as we drove in during the dark. But all i can say is i was so pleased with the rental, the cleanliness, view, neighborhood, Mariannes prompt and most considerate communication. I hope she never loses her desire for the details. We wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the opportunity was gone. I hope the future renters will take good care. I hope to come back next year. No temptation to book elswhere.

Beautifully decorated and quiet property. Just wish the beds were bigger and a bit comfier, but other than that, lovely stay. Host was extremely communicative and really went the extra mile with added touches.

Awesome condo that was very comfortable and is
beautifully decorated. This a perfect little place if you want to be outside of the downtown area but only a mile away from shops, eateries and Christiansted boardwalk. The location is also off a main road which gives you easy access to go explore the island. I would definitely book this place again, as the host is very sweet and responds quickly.
