About this house rental

Beautiful and NEW cottage located at the Cottages at Getaway Cove in beautiful Smithville, TN and near Center Hill Lake. Sitting on a sprawling 13 acres of land full of wildlife. There is plenty of room for boat trailer parking if you need it. The cottage is less than 1/2 mile to Four Seasons marina and boat dock, which is located in the subdivision. The cottage is a perfect getaway for families and kids love the bunk room. The home is perfect to rent alone, but we have another cottage next door that family and friends can rent as well. There is a grilling pavilion for fun cookouts and get togethers that’s covered with gas grill. The pavilion is shared with one cottage located next door. There is a three night minimum booking for Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day and Wake Fest.

We enjoyed celebrating my daughter’s sweet 16 at the cottage. The cottage was well appointed & as expected per the pictures. We loved our day on Center Hill Lake tubing & sliding. It was a great stay!

My family and I stayed here during the new year holiday and had an outstanding time! The owner was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating to us. The house was very clean, quiet and setup with everything we needed. Definitely hope to come back in the summer because the nearby lake/river areas looked amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We have family in town that we visit every year. We have young children & needed our own space this visit. There’s usually not a lot of options for places to stay. We were really pleased to find something especially for a Thanksgiving booking. This place accommodated all of our needs. Nicole was super prompt to respond to us & check on was a breeze. Thanks for a great stay!

We came in for a wedding. The cabin served us perfectly! It’s a quiet location, very peaceful. My husband and I were able to sleep downstairs and the loft was perfect for 2 teenage cousins to crash. The kitchen is a perfect size for anyone that wants to cook. The owner was great at communication and easy to contact if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend it and the cabin next to it for families needing to stay in the area.

We rented the cottage for a long weekend to getaway to a wedding and visit with friends. We had a lovely stay and the immaculate property and have a new found love for country-living. The road to get to the property is curvy and we had to take it slowly since we arrived late the first night, but you won't be sorry staying in this gem.

We traveled from NW Indiana to visit family in TN and booked this little gem for the weekend. It was super clean, brand new and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and hospitable. We traveled with small children who also loved staying in the cottage. We will definitely stay again next time we travel down!

Since my husband & I decided to book a last minute lake trip, we couldn't believe we stumbled upon this gem. Photos do not do this cottage justice! GORGEOUS! Definitely off the beaten path for sure, but definitely what we were looking for... a getaway from big city living. Communication with the owner was stellar from the start! She is very warm & friendly like speaking with a friend. The nearest store and main road is about 10 minutes away from the cottage. We spent days 2 & 3 at the lake. We couldn't have asked for better weather. And the end of the lake days, it was nice to come back and lounge on the porch & grill out at this cottage. The neighbors are friendly. There are deer all over the property. It's peaceful! We will definitely book again for sure! One con: No dish towels. That's it. It doesn't take away from the 5 star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great time! The house is a couple of minutes to Four Seasons. We rented both homes. The houses are decorated very nicely and are very clean. Nicole was very helpful when my Mom left a favorite night light she offered to mail back to us. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again next year!

Beautiful cottage with all the amenities inside! Our family was looking for a nice getaway and this was it. The cottage had wifi and plenty of movie channels. Everything was so clean and stocked. Beautiful area with the marina located only a few minutes away.

This beautiful cabin was the perfect home base for our yearly mother-daughter trip. The cabin was perfectly clean with everything we needed for our stay. From sitting on the front porch enjoying the evening to playing games at the pavilion tables, then enjoying the comfortable beds, it was wonderful. We will definitely stay again!
