Cozy little place, perfect for a large group & has all of the basic amenities.
Cleanliness could be better, especially in the bathroom.
The place is very close to the village making it easy to move around without having to bother about parking.

Overall 3 out of 5 stars.
Pros:
-Proximity to Blue Mountain.
Cons:
-AC was not strong enough to cool the entire place. Especially the main bedrooms were extremely warm
-Beds/mattress were extremely soft.
-Dining room window did not have blinds and it got very hot and sunny
2.0
The property was in a great location to the Village. There could be some more detail to the cleaning as there was dust, cobwebs throughout the facility. It worked for what we needed but I rated this lower due to the cleaning details.
3.0
Pros:
-Proximity to Blue mountain
Cons:
-WiFi unstable
-Unit was warm upstairs in the bedrooms as AC was not strong enough to circulate to the second level
-Beds were very soft

Clean & game for kids and adults & you don't need anything for cooking and fully kitchen stuff & and more....

Location and spacious condo.

It's quite disappointing as the property management could at least have some contingency plan to support customers during the power outrage. No flashlight, nor candle available. We could not prepare dinner until 10pm.

Loved the location and space. Had everything I needed. Only downfall was tv wasn’t working properly and with limited channels and we couldn’t control the temperature in the fridge or in the house! Somethings could of cleaned better like under the couch and the dusted/washed more (but I have children who are all over the floor)! Other than that a fabulous place to stay!

Cleaning could have been better. The TV did not work and kept saying uploading. DVD remote has no batteries. Need to add more shampoo for families. The AC is under capacity. The house is spacious and equipped.
1.5
I loved that:
1. the spacious kitchen which comes with all the cooking equipment and utensils, cups and plates
2. Large master bedroom with big king size bed and nice shower head
3. The apartment looks exactly like on the pictures
4. Many sets of game for kids to play
5. Large dining room which can easily fit 10 people
6. Nice space on 2nd floor for kids to set up games and play
What I didn't like about:
1. Mattresses were way too soft and killed my back
2. Dishwasher didn't work :(
3. Floor was dirty when we checked in
4. None of the washroom doors could be locked (not sure why, feeling uncomfortable taking shower)
5. Couches look old and dirty
6. Entrance staircases look dirty with carpet
7. Staircase railing/handles were way too dirty (I had to use Lysol hand sanitizer to wipe them 3 times at least)
For the price $1000.00/day including taxes, I would expect something to be a bit better.
I wish I could give 3.5 stars

Very spacious, clean and close to village.
Perfect getaway for our family. Looking forward to booking again in the future

Cute and great place to get away from the city with the village only 8 mins walk and a pool. Only thing I recommend is to, bring or buy groceries to make food. As the restaurants in the village don’t have great ratings and tourist priced. Other then that the apartment was clean and beautiful all around

Nicely equipped cottage with modern decor. Great BBQ grill. Close to Blue Mountain base camp.

Recommend but bring your own kitchen essentials
The location of this condo is amazing! Overall, we had a great stay. There were some essentials missing from the kitchen, like salt and pepper, cling film, foil, etc. that would have made our stay much easier had it been available. Overall cleanliness was good, but the carpet on the stairs to the place was quite dirty. All beds were made except for top bunks which was a disappointment. The overflow parking is quite a distance; to our surprise there was visitor parking spots right in the lot (first come first serve) which was much easier! If you want a place walking distance to the Blue Mountain Village, I highly recommend. Very spacious living area and close to the pool as well!

Nice getaway
Unit was large and close to Blue Mountain village. Disappointed in the condition of the furniture and no TV instructions in the unit. Be aware there are many stairs (one set to get up to the unit and another set to get up to the bedrooms.

Great place
Love how clean the place was. This unit was really close to the pool. The pool was nice too and it was heated which made it even better. Everything in this home was there and expected.

Christine
My husband, myself and son’s family spent two nights here Aug 9-11/2021, the unit was very spacious and beautifully decorated, had everything you could need except not enough towels for our group, the location was perfect and view from balcony was awesome, enjoyed the pool and the grounds were very well maintained, felt very much like home, correspondence regarding unit and info very well organized, just a suggestion carpet is in bad need of cleaning.

Great location, but dusty
Amazing location, great space. Kitchen well stocked if you plan to cook. But was VERY dusty. Could use more detailed cleaning. No iron which we surprisingly missed a lot. Also TV was difficult to figure out and no one could help over the phone. If you plan to swim make sure the pool form is figured out. Seems to be confusion between property and Vacasa about who is to submit what and we had some very upset kids on our hands when we couldn’t swim right away when they got ready. Took half a day for them to figure that out.

A solid rental property
Loved the layout and kitchen was extremely well stocked. A super size and location for our family (2 kids plus a grandma and parents). Pool was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Areas to note would be the unit has quite a lot of wear, there was one terrible mattress one one of the bunks and the property was not well dusted so more attention to cleaning would be appreciated. Check-in was a breeze and overall a positive experience for our week stay.

We love it
Pretty nice place, very clean, spacious and the location is close to the village. The kitchen was equipped and very functional, maybe just add more garbage bags, besides that everything was excellent.

Better than expected!
Wonderful property to experience Blue Mountain and surrounding areas. There are beaches within a 5-10 min drive, the village is a 5 min walk. The condo couldn’t have been better situated to the village. The pool was good, and covid protocol was fair and well run. The layout of the condo was great for two families and especially for kids. The kitchen had everything we need and more, and the linens were great!

Great Staycation
Loved this rental! It was perfect for out group! Had EVERYTHING you need!!!! The only suggestion would be a bit more attention to cleanliness considering the situation of COVID. There was tooth paste on the glass on the shower, we were also not told to bring our own hand soap which we thankfully found at a gas station!!!! But would definitely book again!!!

Outdated.
Place was slightly outdated. Home with very very very poor lighting. It was ALWAYS dark. Furniture is old. Lots of things broken. Wall hangings falling out. Bathroom fixtures falling out. And this is the first time I rent a place to stay and they have no kitchen essentials. No coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. We always end up bringing some, but homes at least have you starting up for the first day. They had NOTHING! Cheap!
