This unassuming three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse provides upscale living right next to Canterbury University. With access to the sparkling Waimairi stream down the side of the house, this deluxe townhouse is perfect for families, couples, and friends.
- The house includes three bedrooms and five beds (including a luxury King), sleeping 7 people altogether in absolutely supreme comfort.
- Two lavish bathrooms are included in the accommodation, an ensuite and a main bathroom – spacious, contemporary, sleek, and clean, the bathrooms will make you swoon.
- For an extra-comfortable stay, the house includes two different living areas: a media room, with a deluxe flat-screen TV, and open plan living space, with the lounge, dining and kitchen flowing into each other.
- The gorgeous kitchen is decked-out with cooking equipment and utensils, free for you to use during your stay.
- Finally, the outdoor deck gets warm all-afternoon sun and has access to the sparkling emerald stream next to the house. The perfect spot for a summer BBQ!

There are various local landmarks within walking distance surrounding the property; including the fabulous Ilam Homestead and Gardens, the historical Riccarton House and Bush, Westfield Riccarton, and Jellie Park Recreation Centre. The house is also very handy to the City, just a four minute drive to Hagley Park.

My husband and I traveled with my 81 year old father who has always wanted to see New Zealand. The property was spacious and has everything we needed.
It was also in an excellent location. We loved our stay at this propery. VRBO is just as easy to use abroad as in the US. Do not hesitate to book.

The home is clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood near the University of Caterbury. It is only a few minutes from downtown Christchurch. We really enjoyed staying there.

We loved the location, with great walks all around. The City is very close and full of great eating and recreation experiences. We joined the NYE free concert and fire works a great way to see in 2023.

This house was very clean and comfortable which was great. But it was also like a motel with brochures and no soul to the place. And it definitely not feel like what we would class as a holiday home. In the online ad the front had two beautiful chairs with cushions. What we arrived to was a rough, ugly outdoor table and old chairs scattered around. Our recommendation is to give it some individuality, add more towel rails as there were definitely not enough. Having the dish washer in the laundry is a real pain. And too many don'ts on the list. But as I say very clean and comfortable in a sterile way. Not really what the ad says

Lovely spot to explore Christchurch from. Clean, well equipped, comfy beds, quiet (despite being on a busy road), great living areas that enabled us to spread out. Excellent location. Very accommodating hosts. We had a wonderful stay and will be returning. Thanks so much.

Wonderful weekend, beautiful comfortable accommodation, so close and handy to many different area's. Fabulous area and house.

Great Location - clean and well appointed accommodation. Supportive owners/company. We'd stay again.
Well appointed, very comfortable, clean, bed linen very good standard as were the towels, good collection of platters.
For next time I would suggest stainless steel bowls, more crockery for times when you have guests, there were lots of glasses and mugs but not so generous with the crockery.

Good location and property
The house was clean and functional. Some of the fittings a bit tired but bathrooms great and bedrooms big with good storage and comfortable beds. Appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped.
Would have been nice to have Sky TV for the sport.
