About this house rental

Modern, open concept living area. Charming private patio with chiminea. Roomy master suite with a walk-in closet. Great home for entertaining or just relaxing and watching your favorite movies. Minutes from the University of Arizona, fabulous shopping and restaurants. Very secure gated neighborhood with a 2-car carport and ample parking if needed for guests. A Queen bed in each room and the large sectional in living room can also accommodate one or two persons if needed. The kitchen was just remodeled and has granite countertops, brand new appliances, stainless steel backsplash and new tile floors. No carpeting. No Pets. NO Smoking

Quiet, gated neighborhood with a community pool. The central location made it easy to get to many things. We would stay here again for sure.

The property was close to everything which was great! The host was very nice and said she would be available at anytime. It is a relief to know there is someone dependable to contact in case of an emergency (even though we didnt have an emergency of any kind). Kind of gives you a peace of mind esp when traveling! Overall we had a great time!

Very clean and quiet in secure gated community. Central location convenient to everything. Home kitchen and baths are well stocked. Laundry (washer/dryer) a big added convenience. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

This property was better than expected as listed. We wish we planned a longer stay. Easy to locate, clean, a beautiful modern home away from home in a safe environment. The neighbors we happened to see were friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the peacefulness and the mountain view from rear patio. The location was close to quality restaurants and stores. Highly recommended.

My son had a College Soccer Showcase and the location was perfect. We loved the open floor plan and convenience to get anywhere we wanted. Communication, cleanliness and ease of check in was 5 star.

This was a perfect location and size for us. The unit has two comfortable bedrooms, a large living/eating area, and a wonderful kitchen. The gated community made us feel very secure. We took advantage of the nearby walking/biking trails, local stores and restaurants and the community farmers market. This unit made our first visit to Tucson memorable.

This townhouse is a wonderful find in Tucson! Spacious open floorpan, well-stocked, attentive owner. We chose because of the easy access to The Loop Trail.

Our stay was wonderful! Sara’s home made for a comfortable stay & the community is a very quiet one. My only suggestion is to have felt pads under the dining room chairs & bed frames. Without them it made for a interrrupted nights sleep on those wood floors & screaching sound in the dining room. Other than that it was perfect stay. Thank you very much for the opportunity!

Exceeded expectations. This place was in the perfect location for access to the Loop. Everything in the home was very nice. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Sandra was attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this rental !

This is our second time staying at this location and was as perfect as last time. House is spacious and beautiful. Feels like a home away from home. Owner has great communication and home is always super clean has everything you would need for any length of stay. This is our go to Tucson rental and we will be booking again in the future!

We appreciated plenty of hot water for showers/baths and extra-large fluffy towels. Enjoyed quiet evenings on the patio, listening to and watching the birds. Discovered Rio Vista Park, a short walk north, on our final day there.

Sandra provided excellent directions to the condo that is in a gated Tucson community. A binder with detailed instructions for using and taking care of the property was very complete. If we had any questions, it was very easy to contact Sandra. The community pool was a nice feature although it was smaller than we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again on a future visit. We highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: the unit is nice, clean and spacious. Appliances are new and great. Gated community is safe and quiet. Cons: pool was cold because it was not heated at the time. We could not use the backyard because of the mosquitos or flies. Neighborhood is old.

Everything about this townhome is top-notch! We absolutely loved spending the month of March in this quiet, gated community! The home is beautifully decorated and was spotless when we arrived. The large kitchen is well-equipped and the living area is exactly as pictured in the listing. The beds are comfortable as well. But the best thing for us was it’s location only a half-mile from The Rillito River bike/walking trail! On our non-hiking days we loved walking that trail. We definitely hope to return at a later date!

Location is next to wonderful biking trail and lovely birding park. Close to shopping and other amenities. Easy access to all the parks around Tucson. Very responsive host and condo met all our needs with nice outdoor space. Would definitely book again.
