You could not be in a better, more central and convenient location to hit up some of Paso's most prestigious wineries on the famed Westside. You are just 3 minutes to downtown Templeton, 5 minutes to downtown Paso and 30 minutes to other Central Coast destinations: Cambria, Pismo Beach, and downtown San Luis Obispo. There is easy access to 101, which makes your day trips a breeze.

To start your day, you can't go wrong with Joe's for an All-American breakfast or The Kitchenette for a bit more gourmet breakfast or lunch delicacies.
After you've exhausted the Templeton restaurants, the Paso restaurants are also outstanding. What's your pleasure: Italian, Irish, French, Mexican, Asian, Argentinean, Organic or Seafood? Paso has them all and more. There's even a new Speakeasy in town, called Eleven Twenty-Two. You're in wine and foodie heaven.
ACTIVITIES
You truly don't even need to leave the home with all the activities you can do there. But, there is so much to do and explore on the Central Coast. Of course there is wine tasting and wine events. But once the taste buds need a break, there are so many other activities near by. Golf anyone? Paso Robles Golf Course is a great course for the novice. The more serious golfer might try Hunter Ranch. There are dozen other courses around the area as well. While the guys are golfing there are plenty of spas for the ladies for a day of beauty treatments. Take in a concert at the Vina Robles Amphitheater. There is not a bad seat in the gorgeous 2500 seat music venue. For the more adventurous types, there are plenty of hiking trails and a zip line to amp up the adrenaline. If boating is your choice of relaxation...the Lake Nacimiento boat launch is just 35 minutes away.
Venture out to the local towns. Go antiquing in Cambria. Visit the Elephant Seals and Hearst Castle in San Simeon. Collect shells on Moonstone Beach. Drive an ATV on the beach at the Oceano Dunes. Loved the location, central to everything. Easy access and communication with owner fast and easy. Only thing was spider webs and the biggest black widow spider on the hot tub cover was not my wife’s favorite. Besides that loved it. Thanks again!

My husband and I went for our 40th anniversary. It was just what we wanted. Beautiful scenery, quiet and private, and a jacuzzi! We enjoyed a day in Morro Bay just 35 minutes away. I would highly recommend for couples.

My wife and I loved the place - the view from the patio and hot tub as well as walking around the picturesque surrounding neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and we recommend sipping a cup of coffee on the patio as you watch the sunrise over the green pastures while listening to the birds.

We had a great stay. It is set up for visiting wineries on e-bikes, or riding to Main st in Templeton. The place is very nice and clean. Would rent again.

Great visit. The actual room is very large and spacious. Well appointed. Love the tall ceilings/ high doors. Hot tub was great. Bed was comfortable. Very nice being in a gated property out in the peace and quiet of the country. I didn't know much about Templeton CA before but it a great town with some great places to eat. Very close to Paso and wineries. Highly recommend.

House was wonderful. The house is private with a nice sunrise view. Perfectly located for access to tons of restaurants and wineries. Bed was comfortable and rules were in line with other VRBOs I have stayed in.
Note for the owners, the hot water was turned off in the kitchen sink. We didnt want to touch it, because we figured there must be a reason.

It was my wife's birthday weekend and I wanted to provide her with a nice getaway in the Paso Robles wine region. We were very impressed with the location -- right on the edge of Templeton with views for miles and short drives to lots of wineries. The suite was unique as well! It's built on the end of a very large modern barn, is open plan and really well equipped. First of all the soaring ceiling height and wood beams set the standard for this very appealing space. At one end there's a very well equipped kitchen in the middle of the space is a large living room area with the slider out to deck, and then at the other end of the spaces is a king size bed and a large bathroom. The experience was enhanced by super soft towels, high quality bedding and in the kitchen, there's everything you could need for preparing a meal. The beautiful patio area features lots of seating and a spotless hot tub with lots of privacy. Everything worked perfectly so we are very happy to give this a wholehearted 5 star rating!

This place was quiet, romantic, convenient, clean and beautiful! We really enjoyed bbqing and hot tubbing watching the sunset, and enjoying the morning coffee looking at the fields. The amenities were great as well. Definitely recommend!

I would love to give this property a one star so it's always available when I want to use it, but I would be lying. It's an incredible place with a gorgeous setting: great neighborhood, super close to 46W and wineries but easy to get to, and lots of privacy. We cancelled our dinner reservations for both nights so we could eat on the patio, use the jacuzzi, and enjoy the view. The bed is really comfortable and no outside noise to interrupt our sleep. Great walk-in shower, lots of overall room but also felt intimate. We could have easily stayed another week.

Gorgeous property! I highly recommend. Unfortunately the hot tub broke when we were there but I’m sure it will be fixed quickly based on how well kept the property is.

Great Location. Amazing views. Great host.
This location was the perfect spot my wife and I were looking for to escape from the bay area for a week and recharge our batteries. We both work from home, and were able to connect and work without interruption from the property due to the excellent internet and WiFi connectivity.
The property itself is situated in front of a sweeping view of the hills, which was a serious bonus. We were able to work outside with our laptops and enjoy the great view. There are also multiple wineries within walking distance, which we took full advantage of.
Kathy is a great host and was super responsive to all our inquiries.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Property; Prime Location
We had such an amazing stay here for a long weekend.
The entire process was smooth, from reservation confirmation to check-in/checkout. The property itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, peaceful, and has everything you need. We immediately felt at home here and can't wait to stay here again.
As for the location, it is minutes away from wineries on the 46, and minutes away to downtown Paso. We also enjoyed a 30 min drive to the coast. Couldn't ask for a better location! Thank you!
