Modern and clean hotel with self-check in

Directly in the city center. Nice view on the curch. Nice and modern. Very clean and the personell did speak english very well. They were very nice. Availability of automatic self check in is very smart.

The wifi was not working for Apple Devices. To plan the trip through the city this was a bit unfortunate.

Great Hotel

Everything - lovely large room, nice decor, huge powerful shower, very large bed, double glazed balcony doors meant no noise from outside. Central location with great view of the church and busy square. 10 mins in a taxi to the airport.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of Reus

The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent.

The breakfast was ok, but slightly minimalist. However, the bread was fresh and the orange juice cold. You have to go outside to get to the breakfast room, which was fine as the sun was shining, but on a rainy day you would have to remember your umbrella!

Good location, comfortable room with a good size bed, & Smart TV., Nice view on to the square. Complimentary water was appreciated & fridge.

No kettle or cups. You had to request Nespresso pod & you only got one free one.

Stay in Reus

Check in was smooth and fast. Friendly staff. Proper sound proof and amazing location.

The room had some chips and nicks. Dead bugs. And the mattres was a little soft.

Clean and comfortabel and also nice location in old town.

Very poor Internet even if you want to browse website and chat and the hotel only offers a coffeemaker I can understand that we should buy capsules by ourselves but there is no cup for coffee in the room. This is so strange.

Very convenient comfortable hotel to spend a night in Reus going out.

Very central and the room had two balcony windows with views of the cathedral. It was near a shopping centre with underground parking around the corner, only 150 metres from the hotel entrance in a pedestrian area. This was very near the central square and restaurants.

It was a minimal reception. The lady was very helpful once we figured out how to get in. There were many signs and an equipment which seemed to be for late check-in. The bell itself did not have any sign so it wasn't obvious at first to try it.

Terrible no staff there to help it's a rip off 😥

The bathroom was big.we

We had to check in outside the building at 8.30 at night because there was no reception staff on duty, and aircon wasn't working

Fabulous location, great staff, clean and comfortable

location was perfect

There was an issue with air circulation in the room die to change of seasons, they changed from air conditioning to heat and then it warmed up. They did their best to correct it, but with windows closed, it got stuffy.

Modern hotel in a great location. Many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

Excellent location. Helpful and welcoming staff who assisted with check in. Given an upgraded room. Tasteful decor. Would love to have stayed longer.

The automated check in machine that seems to becoming popular in many hotels. There were no staff in the hotel after 23.00.

Very good value for money

The location was amazing, right in the center of Reus. We had a double room with a little balcony that had the view of the beautiful church. The room was clean, had air conditioning, and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly.
