One of the stuff take 500Us from my wallet, when i ask for camera footage, no camera forcus on that room, no safety box in the room.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Personal hat sich Mühe gegeben, uns vor ihrer normalen Frühstückszeit schon behilflich zu sein, da wir schon sehr früh zum Flughafen mussten. Die Lage ist nicht so gut, da man sehr laut den Fluglärm hört. Manchmal hatte man das Gefühl, das Flugzeug fliegt direkt durchs Zimmer. Leider haben wir das nicht so bedacht. Gut war auch, dass man für das Abendessen nicht weit fahren musste.

Hope to never stay there again

There was a security gate

See description below Aircon didn’t work, it was freezing. Even after asking for help. No extra bedding in the room POP was not communicated between staff This meant that I need to send it again to a personal number and email address keeping me awake for another hour after coming in late the night. All though I sent this 24hrs before arriving Breakfast was included, but every morning I didn’t get as promised. Every night before I asked to assist me with an earlier breakfast and nothing happened. One couple stayed one night and got early breakfast. But not when I asked First morning looked very unneat There’s a lot of stuff in the room that is broken or loose I have photos

The location and the staff, the mattress is also good.

The bedding wasn't clean, the blanket had a funny smell. We only got 2 teabags. The place is cold, no sunlight. Th shower was overflowing, the bath is deep into the floor very awkward to get in and out. The bathroom door handle was not there. The breakfast was VERY basic and cold, need to put in more effort. The staff was nice though

Breakfast was ok, staff members were polite

The pillows were smelling sweat, not sure if beddings were changed especially on the double bed, hence I used the single bed. The teaspoons were dirty 🙁
