Well landscaped front and backyard. Dog friendly. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking gear, utensils, pot pans, coffee. Gas fireplace. Spacious backyard with furniture and barbecue. Three bedrooms with adequate sized and comfortable mattresses. Guitars and cajon were great having around as a number of us knew how to play.

Wasn’t sure how to operate TV and cable. Bathroom shower curtain put off odor of mildew which I ended up washing myself. Also bathroom fan looked quite dirty and needs cleaning. More conveniently placed electrical outlets to charge mobile devices ie bedside and living room would be nice. A larger bottle of dishwashing soap would have been nicer as we prefer washing dishes by hand. Wood pile for backyard fireplace was nearly depleted - wasn’t sure if this was included.
