The villa is big and spacious like one on the images. We received a message that we will get the Dimitra villa, after doing the booking but we were not exactly sure which one we will receive. The area where it is situated, looks elite and amazing, with lots of villas in the middle of a forest of pine trees and palms. The villa had a big garden with two sitting points in it, so there is always shadow from the sun every part of the day. Being with a small baby that likes sleeping outside, this was key for us. It has various trees in it, big palm trees and pine trees. The weather is colder as you seem to be in a forest. Due to it being in a forest be prepared for insects, bees, mosquitoes etc. The villa had lots of anti mosquito plus though. Note that there is sea view from the villa.
They arranged a baby cot and a chair which made us really happy.
The whole area is very quiet to a point of amazement, no crowd, no parties, so a good rest is inevitable. I enjoyed riding my son in the cart every morning.
For COVID it is really good prepared, so it is highly recommended.
The area is completely safe, and we were leaving the villa open and not locked most of the time.
It had a big kitchen with everything you would need to cook anything you want. Coffee machine, toaster, oven, stove etc. Barbeque was not allowed in July August, due to fires, so I had to use the kitchen stuff.
It has an air conditioning for every room, so this exceeds expectations.
There are two beaches near, prior and after the property, which you can go to by car. The area is on a hill so expect uphill walking. Before the villas there is the Sani beach which has bars and lots of people. After the property there is a "wild" beach which we enjoyed as it was never crowded and the sunsets were fabulous. The road to it doesn't have asphalt so prepare to dirty the car.
The property was not responding to my viber messages, so I had to do a roaming call that had extra costs, on arrival.
There was no hot water the first night which we needed for our baby bath. The manager responded right away the same night, but it took several hours to fix it the next day. I wish we had avoided this considering how much the cost of the villa is per night.
The grass in the garden was dried out, which was not the case for other near by villas. The pool was a bit far and looked dirty and not usable, so we didn't enter.
The fridge was not cooling enough and our baby milk got spoiled :(, as well as some yogurt. The beds are not comfortable.
TV stations were not working so I couldn't watch football, and internet was slow so streaming was not possible. Both the villa internet and the mobile I had was not working properly around the area, so be aware if you want to work at the location.
The bathroom was too small and the bathroom door was not closing.

Beautifully kept, very clean, in the woods, like a small chalet. The Josie had all the modern amenities one wants and needs. The hostess Ageliki was wonderful, courteous, kind and very helpful.
Cannot think of anything.

The case when reality exceeds expectations! Perhaps the best vacation of my life. First of all, many thanks to the hostess of the Muses Villas Resort, Angeliki Papasotiriou.
- a round-trip transfer was organized. Angeliki personally met at the villa
- thorough cleaning every day with a change of linen and towels, and cleaning is included in the price
- car rental is included in the price
- location near hiking trail. Enjoyed hiking in the forest with sea views.
