We booked this stay as part of a family trip. The house was well-stocked--better than most--with enough trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dishwasher and laundry detergent to last for our whole stay! The 3-bedroom setup worked great for our group. The living area was cozy (although the couch frame could have used a little padding), and the table was the perfect size for eating together and playing games. While we did appreciate the close proximity to all the places we wanted to go (Bricktown, OKC Memorial, and a darling cat cafe!), we didn't love that it was on the corner of a very busy street , and across the street from the fire station (which was punctuated by our being there over July 4th, so we heard LOTS of loud sirens). It is also worth noting that there is an abandoned church across the street and we saw lots of foot traffic (many of whom appeared to be homeless) on 2 sides of the house, so we didn't feel very insulated. The house was mostly clean (curtains and fans were a bit dusty). The fridge/freezer doors didn't seal well, but had an alarm to let us know if we didn't close them fully. One shower was pretty small, so we all used the larger one) When we arrived (with cold groceries!)our check in code didn't work, But the property manager was quick to send us a new code. I didn't love that we had to communicate through the VRBO message app, as opposed to having a cell number for texting, but they were at least very responsive for the duration of our stay.

The house was clean and updated. The check in and out process was very easy and we would get a quick response.

This house worked great for our weekend in Oklahoma City with a convenient location and comfortable accommodations. Staying with another couple, we liked that 2 of the rooms had comfortable king size beds and we each had our own bathroom with shower. Communication was great throughout the rental process and our stay.

If it weren’t for all the 5 star reviews I wouldn’t have been disappointed but I was expecting nicer. It was fine but just not great. The area is sketchy and there’s a prominent old-house smell (or at least I hope that’s what the smell was). I wanted an early check in but had to pay for an extra night instead. No cable, no games, just ok.

The house was nice on the inside. But the cleaning product was overwhelming. Had to open the door just to get the smell out. To the point it gave us headaches. Did not like how it was on a busy street and how people were constantly walking by especially late at night.

#1- The door code they sent me was incorrect, it took almost an hour yo get a correct code and it was cold out. #2- I think the thermostat is there just to placate the customer. We kept turning up the furnance and it never got off of 65°. We about froze. #3- The outside doors do not fit properly and they dont have any weather stripping around them. Again, about froze. #4- Across the street from a fire department, do i need to say anymore there. In conclusion, i will never book another Vrbo to where you cannot contact the owner or property manager by phone. It was all thru e-mails, which takes forever when you need to have a question answered. I would NOT recommend this Vrbo to anyone.

The house is older but very nicely remodeled with granite countertops, fresh paint and nice appliances. Included a washer and dryer with laundry soap which was a huge blessing since my grand babies were with me. Communication was clear and timely. The house has an alarm which gave me an added sense of security. Location was perfect for our needs. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.
