Lindo resort cafetero

Las instalaciones son muy lindas y bien cuidadas, mezclan una arquitectura de finca cafetera con buenas amenidades. El personal del hotel es muy amable, desde que llegas te hacen sentir bienvenido y las actividades nocturnas fueron excelentes para adultos y niños.

Podrían mejorar el menú incluido en los planes de media pensión para las cenas, no hay mucha variedad en Buffett y Restaurante’s especializados, se nota cierta vigilancia en el consumo de las familias por parte de los empleados que no es de buen gusto para un resort de este tipo. Adicionalmente, las asoleadoras y cubiertas en piscina y zonas húmedas no son suficientes para cubrir la demanda de visitantes en temporada alta. Falta alguna variedad de parque acuático para los niños dentro de las instalaciones.

Calidad, confort y buena alimentación en un sólo lugar

Las instalaciones en general. Muy lindo el hotel. Muy buena alimentación. La habitación impecable. Amabilidad del personal.

La música en vivo frente a las habitaciones ya que no pudimos descansar muy bien. Falta personal en la piscina pues solo había un mesero para una piscina full y el pobre recibió insultos por demora.

Muy rica estadía, pasamos delicioso.

Me encantaron los jardines, la arquitectura, el staff. Todos muy amables y muy rica la estadía.

Un poco el ruido de la calle, deberían ser antiruido las puertas de los balcones. Sobre todo nosotros que viajamos con bebé.

Nice installations

Waiter/waitress services were very deficient, bad attitude and poorly trained. Food quality and variety left a lot to be desired for.

mokawa can do better. staff were accommodating to get me a room before check in but kind of distracted. I called the front desk 12 times the next day and no answer. there was a lump of hair in my bathroom.

Colorful beautiful hotel

Super nice Decorated Hotel, Awesome green areas and concept. very nice large pool for the kids and adults with a bar. Super clean in the common areas. The rooms were excellent for the style of hotel. Nothing fancy but very pleasant to stay in.

Food was not good, Had to book dinner via an app that was not working properly, Pool hours are limited open very little. Pool service was not its best and size of the plate was very small for the price.

Beautiful, relatively new facilities. large kids friendly pool. very friendly staff. buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of options when it comes to regional cuisine. close to the airport, tourist's attractions and Armenia (state's capital).

check in and check out process was very slow. just one person at the front desk taking care of large groups of people. the restaurant service was extremely slow, it took over an hour for our dinner to be served. hotel is placed in a secluded area with no good signs to get to it, actually the exit from the main road has a sign for another hotel located 8 miles away.

A great place to rest in family, great location

Breakfast was great, staff all friendly and attentive. In the nights there was music by a small fire, great to share with friends or family

The comfort of the rooms could be improved, however internet tv and aircon worked perfectly

Horrible and not worried for the price. Booking should not recommend this hotel

The staff is 5 starts, the hotel managment, the rooms, the extremely high noise from outdoors events didn’t allow us to sleep. The room lights are a mess. The towels are worst quality that I ever saw in any hotel. I will never come back to this hotel unless the change the administration.

The soaps, the towels, (no hand towels), the room lights, the windows allows the light come in since the daybreak, the music from outdoor events. The water pressure and temperature is very poor The bar service is awful, so slow that two simple cocktails took a couple of times more than 15 minutes.
