The Boot Shop was a nice central location for our visits to Bryce Canyon and Zion. Orderville itself is pretty lacking for services but we were able to find everything we needed up the road in Kanab.
The owners provided all the necessary check in and check out info well in advance of our visit. The Boot Shop was well stocked with everything we needed.
I'd stay there again if we're ever back in the area.

Very cool property with unique details. The house was very clean and the amenities were good.
Some small remarks/suggestions:
-add an ambient light in the living room. It was either very bright or too dark
-the washing machine was very noisy, maybe a cabinet in front of it
-not all windows in the master bedroom had curtains or could be seen trough. Therefore waking up very early

We had a wonderful three nights staying at the Cowboy Boot Shop. The owners were great communicators from the very beginning and were quick to respond to questions. The house was very clean. It is on a busy road, which made getting places fast but could be loud at night. They did provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to the noise. It was a great spot if visiting Bryce Canyon and/or Zion. We would stay there again in a heart beat!

This Vrbo is the absolute CUTEST little home, tucked right at the perfect location in Utah for hitting the National Parks like Zion and Bryce Canyon. The place was extremely clean, cozy, and just adorable. The theme of on the ranch, was spot on. I loved my stay at this place. I will look into rebooking for another trip to Utah at the Cowboy Boot Shop! So above and beyond what I expected.

Property sits on a state highway and vehicles/trucks are noisy when they come by at night.

The Cowboy Boot Shop proved to be a very welcome "home" on the second half of our stay in Utah. Not only was it immaculately clean and comfortable, it exuded a "being out West" aura. Even our host's communications, which were accurate, prompt, and welcoming, heightened our sense that we were no longer back East.
We took advantage of the Boot Shop's proximity to hike in Bryce and Zion NP's and also Red Canyon and Cedar Breaks. After a long day on these dusty trails it was comforting to have such a homey atmosphere to return to and comfy beds to soothe our aching muscles.
Not sure when we might get another opportunity to visit southern Utah but we are sure to stay at the Boot Shop if it is available.

This was one of the best stays we have had! So clean and we loved how it was decorated and all of the other touches that were so thoughtful. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Thank you for all the effort put in to make it so welcoming. 🙂

This was a great place for my family as we explored Zion and Bryce National Parks. It was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was set up well. Only thing that was a bit of an issue was the noise from the highway early in the morning.

We had a really nice stay at this lovely renovated cabin. The place was clean, well stocked, and had lots of nice western details. The location is ideal for visits to Bryce and Zion and there is also local area attractions. Check in was super easy and I would recommend this place.

Great little place with access to Zion and Bryce. The owners are VERY accommodating with all the information you could want. I do design work for The Four Seasons hotels and I am very fussy. Will definitely stay again if we are anywhere close.

My adult daughter and I took a trip to see all canyons and chose to stay at the cowboy boot shop as it is centrally located between Zion and Bryce. The house is super cute with the cowboy theme. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was awesome. We brought all of our food and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect location for visits to Bryce and Zion National parks, and if you have time, there is the Red Hollow Slot Canyon within a couple minutes of the property. The Cowboy Boot Shop is nicely decorated in a southwest theme, and we found it very comfortable for our 2 night stay of 2 people. There is not an abundance of restaurants close by, but a small market and breakfast spot just down the street suited our needs just fine.

Clean and comfortable. Hosts were responsive to emails. Convenient location with easy access and off street parking. Highly recommend this property.

We stopped here after a day in Zion on our way to Kanab. Everything was very easy, lots of communication from the owner, and the house had everything we needed including kitchen items and laundry.

Awesome property. Stocked with essentials! A lot of character. Great location between the three parks. Local grocery had all we needed and the thunderbird restaurant for dinner after hikes was SO GOOD.

The cowboy theme was great!
Only drawback was a lack of useable mirrors outside of the bathroom.

The cabin is adorable, and the attention to detail is fantastic! It was just as advertised. It was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Our kids loved the loft area! This cabin is exactly in the middle between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. Our drives to each were easy! The cutest coffee shop (with breakfast and lunch) is almost across the street and it was the best! We would stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay here! It was a great location halfway between Bryce and Zion. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everyday items! There was some noise from traffic being on the main drag; however, we didn’t have any issues since we travel with a white noise machine. We’d come back here again for sure!
Tip: If you do laundry, it does make a lot of noise and echoes into the upper loft, so I’d avoid it while sleeping.

We loved our time at the boot shop!! It was just perfect. Everything was clean, very nice, fully stocked kitchen. It was a great in-between for Bryce Canyon and Zion. As others have stated, the road traffic was noticeable, but it didn’t keep us from sleeping well. And we were up early to get started anyway.

Perfect place if you're looking to go to multiple parks. The house was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. Soap, shampoo, paper towels, detergent were provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Very solid little place in somewhat close proximity to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Brian Head, Lake Powell, Cedar City, St. George, Dixie National forest . Great hiking and a fantastic restaurant/diner named Thunderbird 7 mins away in Mount Carmel. About the perfect spot if you want to explore more than just one place.

this property was spotless! communication was great with the host as well. i couldn’t figure out how to close the portable crib that they provided and the host was so kind about it and told me not to worry about it:)

Great central location. Passed wife's cleanliness standards with flying colors! Good value too.
We visited Zion, Bryce Canyon, North Rim Grand Canyon, Antelop Canyon and Horseshoe Bend in 4 days. Awesome drives between all points.

The house is clean, has comfortable beds, a great shower and everything you need to cook your meals. Orderville is small, but this location is pretty good/centralized to see all the National Parks. It’s an hour from Bryce and the Visitor Center at Zion and about 1.75 hours to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

We really enjoyed staying here, although it was only for one night while we drove through Zion National park, we would love to have stayed longer. Every detail in the house was so awesome! Thanks for sharing your boot shop with us!
