When we arrived there was glass all over the rug from something that had shattered. We were with young children and we were concerned there was a piece of glass hidden in the rug that was not cleaned. The rugs clearly had not been cleaned when we arrived.
The toilet paper holder fell off the wall, chips of paint are coming off from various areas. The place is in need of TLC.
Advertised as having a/c and the window units were in the closet and not connected. It was very hot at night.
The location is the best part of the place. Management said they would be in touch and we are waiting to hear from them.

Loved this place. Didn't feel cookie cutter. Lots of room. Nice location. Easy to get to park city by bus.

Had to book last minute due to plumbing problems at other vrbo. Easy to book, easy to get settled and check out. Close to the mountain and garage available if it snows which it did. Had everything you could want. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Park City 2022
We very much enjoyed our stay at this cute little condo. The location is excellent and right on the Park City bus line. There was a heat wave during our state and the rental company was kind enough to provide portable AC units for the bedrooms. This unit is very well equipped and perfect for a couple or small family.

Ski vacation
Property was in excellent condition and very clean. The only down fall was that the water pressure was low. But would come back again.

Good overall
The property is fine in comparison to other much more expensive ski condos. It is a 10 minute bus ride to mountain to ski with bus stop 2 minutes from door. Property itself was fine. Nothing fancy, beds were fine. The condo needs new pans and more dishes but otherwise was just fine.

2nd Time at This Property - Still Very Good
We stayed at this same property (unit) last year, so we were already familiar with the unit and surroundings. Obviously we were very happy last year, so we came back again. We appreciate that this was a dog-friendly condo. As a result, we took extra care to clean up the condo prior to departing to ensure it looked like it was when we arrived. Staying on that theme, on arrival, the condo was very clean and "homey". The location is great, just a few hundred feet to the free city bus stop. I'm hopeful, to rent this unit again next year.

Bumpy start but was great overall
Well, the original property was unavailable at the last minute due to a pipe break and the substituted property was never vetted with us (we didnt know about any change). Could not stay at that property due to allergies (too many rugs). Contacted management service Brian and they substituted another property. When we arrived the property had not been cleaned yet. We contacted the manager again and he was very gracious and got the cleaners out there right away while we went to grab a bite to eat. They also graciously offered us a discount for the inconvenience . Overall turned out to be an awesome experience and the substituted property was great. This should explain my initial lower stars and also how the overall experience was 4 stars (really great)!!!

Quiet, Clean Place
This location is a great place to stay away from the noise of the city. Only drawback is that the local city bus system has 1 Green Bus that stops every 30 minutes instead of options for the other bus lines. That being said, I believe that to be the only downfall.

Comfortable and cozy home in a nice quiet neighborhood
The home was very clean and nicely furnished, and the beds were were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and serving. Neighborhood was quiet, and it was nice to have a garage with all the snow that we had. It was a quick drive to PC Mountain, DV, and town. The property manager was very responsive to all of our inquiries.

Great little Condo with 2 Bedrooms
We very much enjoyed our stay. 2 week stay. Our initial plan was for my wife and I to share with a single adult, with whom we ski every year. Due to an injury, she dropped out last minute so we had this unit to ourselves. After 5 days, another couple with a large home in Park City unexpectedly joined us for 4 nights to avoid contact with family members (COVID concerns), previously invited to stay at their home. With 2 adult couples, this little condo was crowded. The upstairs bath is shared between the two bedrooms (no private bath for the master bedroom), with limited countertop space. Access to the loft is through the 2nd bedroom, so consider this is privacy is needed. Like most listings in ski areas, the number of beds is greater than what most older adults would prefer to have occupy the space. Carefully consider how much privacy you desire. I would consider this condo again next year, if our adult friend wants to share this unit with ourselves (total of 3 adults).

Perfect for September
The property fulfilled all my needs while visiting friends in PC. The weather was sunny and warm so I lived on the huge deck. Highly recommend !!

Afternoon sun heats up unit to an uncomfortable range
Unit was fine but outdoor furniture could use a bit of updating. Lounge chair was broken/. Otherwise, generally very nice and comfortable unit.
