Prima für 3 Nächte

Die Nähe zum Hafen und den Hafenrestaurants und zum Strand ist schön. Die Nähe zu den Redwoods (rd. 40 Autominuten) ist schön. Das Zimmer (Nr.23) ist groß. Die Parkplätze sind überdacht.

Es gibt keine Laundry.

Good value, no frills hotel. We had an extra room attached which was great for child.

Close to downtown Crescent City and Jedediah Smith State Park.

We could hear the noise from people going up and down the stairs.

Gotta see this lodge

This room is awesome, huge is better. It has nice redwood paneling. The outside is beautiful, The story is that the lodge was built using 1 curly Redwood Tree. It's beautiful

Nice, older motel.

Clean, comfortable beds, loved the classic wood work.

Shower drain was slow, backed up quickly. Limited counter space in bathroom. Unit 6.

Nice Value Stay

The entire grounds is created from one single ‘curly redwood’, years ago. The grounds were very quiet, even though it was along a highway.

The smell of the older carpet mixed with high end type cleaners (bleach, etc) never went away all night or morning. The room took many hours to warm up.

Good Access to Redwood NP

It's an easy lodge for not to much money. From this point, you get quiet fast in den Redwood Nationalpark.

Good location to explore the Redwoods. Great Jambalaya restaurant close by.

Good location on 101 just outside the main town.

Clean with helpful staff, some would say the property to have character whilst others would see it as outdated.

Absolutely would recommend!

We really loved all the character! It's a peice of motoring Americana history! So fun! I suggest selling t-shirts, towels and items like the penholders at the front desk that rem8nd travelors to call home and let friends/family know they arrived safely.

We needed an iron and a board- and there wasn't one in the room. I am not sure if it is because its a fire risk? Also, there weren't any bibles in the rooms- a bible in the room would make it a more authentic experience.

Adequate accommodations for the price, nice staff clean room but too noisy

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the size was great.

Other guests are loud, disrespectful and the lighting outside is so bright it kept my room to light all night. Guest should be given a quiet hour because some people have to rise early for travel.

Got by

The room was stuffy, tried opening the window and slammed my thumb nail in the process. Still bruised. It’s been almost a month, looking at it reminds me of a place that I was glad I only stayed one night. The bathroom floor had a puddle that looked like urine. Had to keep my shoes on and not walk in my socks:/

Spacious room and clean property, inside and out. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful hosts. Close to the beach and restaurants. Will be back.
