About this apartment rental
Beautiful duplex loft of 127m² 4 stars classified, ideally located in the hyper-center between the cathedral and the Petite France, in an old building renovated. (2 Rue Salzmann)
Quiet, design, and comfortable, perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated, quality French bedding.
Perfect for a stay with friends, family or for a business trip.
Each of the 2 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom.
Wi-Fi internet connection.
- On the ground floor:

. kitchen area: 4 induction hobs, oven, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils

This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees.
Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. Very spacious place in a cute area.

This is a very large two bath, two-bedroom unit, with a large modern kitchen. We did not expect the crowds of tourists visiting Strasbourg. Actually, it was quite a shock. This apartment is on a very quiet street (no car traffic), very quiet at night, or during the day for that matter. However, walk 100 meters up the street, and you could get trampled. Shops of every description are a short walk away. Martin, the agent from the rental agency, could not have been any nicer, helpful, or more informative. No problems whatsoever with the French rental agency.

The property manager, Martin, was completely responsive to our needs and questions. He met us as we walked with our rolling bags and backpacks from the train and brought us to the house. The house/loft is steps away from fantastic sights and sites. The loft is part of a remodeled bank building. The walls were very thick and the apartment very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very updated and nice. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. Truly, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Close to the canal, close to wonderful restaurants, right in the historic heart of Strasbourg. An added bonus was the foosball table, which was the perfect way to let off a little steam after a big day of sightseeing and delicious dinner. We were glad the walls were thick since we laughed loudly and heartily!

Our séjour at the Lokhas was perfect. My first time to Strasbourg and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Despite this being in a touristy part of town, the house is very quite. My only wish was that there were two sets of keys as shown in the instructions as we had to super-coordinate when we did différèrent things. Minus the key issue, a postcard perfect logement à Strasbourg.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Martin and the team provided am everything we needed for our visit. The apartment was clean, modern and everything was in excellent working condition. We would definitely recommend this property.

1). La coordination entre les services Cotoon. Trois contacts différents qui me posent les mêmes questions, alors que mon mail répond à chacune des questions.
2). l'adresse donnée ne correspond pas au lieu de rendez-vous avec la personne chargée de nous remettre les clés. Nous avons attendu patiemment dans le froid intense.

Great location for this roomy lovely townhome.
The location is perfect for going everywhere in Strasbourg.
We found it to be clean, comfortable and convenient.
I would definitely go there again.

Beautiful apartment, minimalistic but with great modern feel and artwork.
We would have appreciated some more cooking utensils - but we are older and more inclined to want to cook.
Loved it all.
