This property lives up to the description and more. There was plenty of space for our family, 4 couples in all. The ping pong table in the basement made for some fun family competition. We had everything we needed for some memorable family meals. The location was excellent for easy day trips exploring the surrounding areas. We would definitely book again if our travels bring us back to Kentucky.

This was our first time to Lexington and I've never had a host go so above and beyond in letting us know all of the great options of things to do along with making sure all of our needs were met! The home is so charming and comfortable from the high-quality beds, the well appointed kitchen, the outstanding back porch to the awesome game room downstairs! It’s three floors of comfy accommodations! We especially loved the back porch and a highlight for me was watching the fireflies at dusk overlooking a gorgeous backyard. The location can't be beat and Seth is definitely an awesome host! I highly recommend this property!

It worked for us, we had small children all the way to senior citizen. It was clean, nice furniture, lovely deck with gas fire pit. Quiet neighborhood. We would all recommend it.

The home is lovely as is the neighborhood where it is located. It is ideally located to shopping, a park, and interstate access. The back deck and yard are great. The beds and bedding are first rate. Seth, the Host, was outstanding with communication before and during our stay. I highly recommend this VRBO because you will feel right at home.

Seth (host) was very helpful with information about the house as well as great restaurants and sites to visit. Home was very spacious and well laid out, extremely clean and inviting. Seth was quick to reply to emails with questions we had during our stay.

This was perfect for our UK moms weekend getaway. Check in and communication was very easy & prompt responses from Seth. Comfortably slept 6 (if you shared beds could even be more). Great/ safe location, easy to Uber or Lyft to Campus. Would definitely stay again when in town with a group for a UK event!!

The house was everything and more. My fiancé and I stayed for 6 nights for an event at the Kentucky Horse Park. The drive back and forth was not bad at all and took about 15-20 mins. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood. The basement was a nice addition during the evens to watch March Madness and play a little ping pong. Seth was a GREAT communicator, and we will defiantly be staying here again!!

This home was perfect for our weeklong stay in Lexington. It is centrally located to many popular locations. The neighborhood was quiet and a great area to walk our dogs! The house was wonderful! The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the water pressure for showers was amazing! Tons of room with a nice additional rec space in the basement. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Seth was really friendly and responsive to all of our questions and needs. This house was very clean, comfortable, plenty roomy for six male family members who all wanted their own beds and fun with the ping pong table. It was a perfect location for getting to/from the airport and for all of the sightseeing that we did in and around Lexington and the neighborhood was nice and safe. Having a great home to unwind in every night after long and full days out sightseeing definitely made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you, Seth!

This home was perfect for our friends gathering. The only issue was parking. 4 vehicles in the single lane drive was a small issue. Allowing street parking in front of the home would have solved the car jockeying issue. Thanks Seth for the use of your rental. You will be contacted in the future to rent again.

House was perfect for our family of 5 (and perfect for larger groups as well). Plenty of rooms to accommodate all of us perfectly and plenty of space to spread out! The basement was an added bonus as it had a living room area and a ping pong table. The back yard had lots of space for the kids to run around.

The host also recommended an ice cream shop and it was DELICIOUS!

A cozy, comfortable & well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood just off of downtown Lexington. Its location gave us easy routes & access to all the places we wanted to visit. The backyard was a haven for different species of birds which I had a field day photographing from the comfort of the rear deck. Highly recommended. Thanks for the stay!

The host Seth was wonderful. His communication was amazing he did all his best to meet all of our needs. This place was really really nice. Very nice. It was just the location we weren't that thrilled about. It's in the middle of a neighborhood. We really would have liked so much more to have been out a little bit in more of a nicer area. But it all worked out great because we headed into town a few times and we went to a couple attractions that weren't too far away. The hot tub was wonderful. Overall really nice!

We sponsored the Kentucky Bourbon Festival, and after 3 longs days at the event this home was perfect! The home was immaculate and cozy. The host was extremely helpful with suggestions for the town and where to eat. We could not have asked for a better stay for the team. I would give this property 10 stars if I could. 80th Birthday Trip
Traveled to Lexington to take my MIL to the Ark Encounter and other places around Lexington for her 80th birthday. The house was perfect! Clean and well appointed. My kids had so much fun playing ping pong in the basement. Neighborhood is quiet. Great place and highly recommend. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Lexington!

Had a wonderful stay. House was perfect for our group of 8. Seth was very easy to work with, responsive when asking questions, and a really nice person. Property was comfortable, clean and right in the middle of everything in Lexington we wanted to do. Thank you for the hospitality! Would stay again for sure.

Excellent stay!
Seth was a great property manager with excellent communication. He was so organized, giving us lots of ideas on places to go and restaurants to try.
He immediately contacted us after checking in to make sure everything was fine.
The main AC unit was having issues during our stay. When I emailed Seth he called me within 15 minutes to tell me he was working on it and contacted his HVAC person to resolve it. Unfortunately they couldn’t come out right away, but Seth brought two window AC units out right away so we were comfortable.
The place was tastefully decorated and clean. Our kids loved the ping pong table.
Stay here- you won’t regret it!
