Superb

This was my second time stay in this property. Room is spacious and clean with good view. Hot water is available always. Host Jacob also a very friendly man. Always prefer this property when ever I come to Ooty.

Stay at ooty honey huts

View from the location, information for sight seeing shared by hotel owner, polite staff. Owner provided us with bigger room with extra bed for 1 additional guest at reasonable cost. Value for money at 1500 per day for 2 people.

There were voltage fluctuations and loose electrical sockets which could have been repaired. Geyser took too long to heat 5 ltrs of water.

Poor experience. They could do better.

The host was a little helpful in giving information on what to see and planning our days based on distance and crowd. He gave a good picture of the weather and places to see. There was a good service of morning milk and coffee.

The images of the property on the website were very deceiving. It was not like the pictures shown at all. The corridors and rooms had a funny smell. The room was small and not kept well. The sheets and curtains were not very clean. The water was not draining in the bathroom. The wash basin tap was not fixed. The furniture was broken and about to detach from its place. No heater was provided even though the temperatures were low. The name says "Huts" but it was nowhere like one. It's a building with rooms, that's all. The location is very difficult to find. The approach road was narrow with no sign boards to navigate. The road is extremely narrow - just 1 vehicle at a time. It was pitch dark in the night.

Superb

The host was polite and welcomed with a smiley face. Al the facilities were good and the complementary breakfast was tasty.

I felt the price is bit High. Especially when we booked through booking.com. it includes extra taxes but the actual price or stay is less. Since the breakfast was tasty,we asked for dinner to be prepared for us. Though the dinner was very tasty, we felt the cost is too High.

We had a very pleasant stay at Honey Huts. The staff was very friendly, gave us tips on where to go during our stay and helped us out with additional blankets and hot water for tea. The room was clean, there was hot water and the location was good. 40mins by foot to the main bus stand and the train station. Thanks for the nice time:)

Value for money stay.

Tasty breakfast. Good and caring staffs. Helpful. Value for money.

Optional night lamps and warm white lights needed. Smoking should not be allowed inside the rooms. Bedsheets should ve been more clean.

Nice one. Would recommend to others.

Owner made all necessary arrangements especially a good taxi with a friendly driver. Breakfast was fine. Only small negative was location which was little far away from the centre and it made commuting little difficult and little expensive.

Budget room which I booked earlier was way too small. Can't fit two persons. Owner could have informed me about this in advance.

One of the best stays you'll get in Nilgiris District, Warm Hospitality, Cosy room, balcony in every room, 24hrs hot water, calm environment.

Great stay, clean sanitized rooms

Clean, sanitized spacious rooms with balcony, hot water facilities, homely prepared food, great view, parking spaces, clam place for relax stay, very cooperative staff, hot water for drinking provided regularly when asked for, more than they treated us as family guest, travel guidence about places in and around ooty

Everything was perfect,there was nothing to dislike anything. Good stay

Staffs are very polite. I like the way they interacted since checked IN. Food was really great, especially very soft idly and sambar for my daughter. we didn't get this kind of idly anywhere in Ooty during our 3 days stay.
