One floor plan with 22 foot cypress ceilings. Direct access to the deck from the living room and master bedrooms. Views of the ocean from each master suite and the living area. The Villa has over 3400 square feet of living space, that can sleep 10-12 people.
Open concept Living, Dining and Kitchen. Living room with 58" inch Flat screen Smart Samsung Television, DVD and access to Netflix. Kitchen with 2 refrigerators, stove, microwave, island and bar stools to accommodate 3. Decorated with restoration hardware furniture and the island feel.
The kitchen contains a Keurig, percolating coffee and a Breville Barista espresso machine. Kitchen contains everything you need to cook during your stay. Dining room table along with a round table with seating for 12 in total.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! Everything about our week in this spectacular slice of paradise was perfect!
Melanie and Jay were so helpful before the trip with recommendations and advice, and they were super quick to respond to any questions or communications. They also provided lots of info in a handy binder in the house itself. Ms. Lynda was a doll and gave us such a warm welcome on arrival. The house itself is very spacious, bright, and well-appointed. We had two families of 4 staying for the week and there was more than enough room for us all. It was clear that no expense has been spared in stocking this home, which makes it such an easy stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need (and more), and the BEDS were SO comfortable - we slept like babies!
As if the house wasn't enough to make us swoon, the outdoor space truly took our breath away. The views from this home are unreal and mesmerized us from the moment we walked through the front door. The deck area is HUGE with tons of seating options (shaded and otherwise). We took full advantage of the kayaks and the swimming pool. The beach is pristine - we only saw one other person when we were there! And, as a bonus, we took a fishing charter and were able to cook our catches on the grill that night, which was the perfect ending to our week of relaxation in paradise!
We will definitely be back again! Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us!

Villa Oceania was a fantastic place to stay for our family trip. We enjoyed the amenities of the house and enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks on the beach. I would highly recommend this house for your next trip to the beautiful Exumas!

We just spent the most amazing week at Villa Oceania! We had a group of 10, which included 3 families total (youngest was 16) and I think we enjoyed everything the house, and our hosts and sweet Lynda, had to offer. The villa was beautiful, the pool was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and the views were amazing! Our boys loved the kayaks, paddleboards, and cornhole. We used the pool floats, beach chairs & umbrellas & several nights played giant jenga, uno & poker. The poker chips were a special bonus for the boys who had nightly poker games! We enjoyed walking down to Tim’s several times for a quick bite or a great specialty drink. Otherwise, the house is stocked with anything you might need. The hosts & Lynda truly have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, even putting the house literally within a couple of minutes from the airport. They also checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything and their communication and response was always immediate to any questions we had. It was a great week and we loved our trip to the island thanks to Jay, Melanie and Lynda and our stay at Villa Oceania!

We were a group of 10 adults getting together for a group birthday party. The house was in a perfect location on the island, only a few minutes from the airport. Georgetown was a short 15 minute drive and there are many restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores all very close to the house. Prime Meats and Smitty’s were the best places to get groceries and there is a liquor store next to Smitty’s. The property is beautiful and we had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, loungers, etc., the house had everything!!!! There was plenty of space in the house for all 10 of us and we never felt cramped. Lynda, the house manager was always available and communication was amazing. She can answer any question you have. We have stayed at many different VRBOs in many different locations and my wife and I agree this was the best stay we have ever had at a VRBO. Do not hesitate to book this property it is perfect, and the island is beautiful.

We stayed at Villa Oceana last week and had the best time. We were celebrating my 50th birthday. Lynda was wonderful in helping us find a restaurant for my birthday dinner and helping us get a cake and gluten free cupcakes (my daughter is GF) delivered for my birthday. The beach was very relaxing. We did some excursions on the island as well and had a great time. We loved the Villa and hope to be back one day!

My husband and I took our two daughters, 19m and 3yrs old along with both sets of my parents for the week. The house was perfect for our group, we could have had more people come there was so much room! Plenty of pool floats, sand toys, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, lounge chairs and umbrellas to really enjoy the beach and the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and dishes, yeti cups for the beach, spices to cook. The owners and the house manager were very responsive and helpful in making sure our trip was flawless. Highly recommend and might even come back!

We arrived on the island early and learned the house was ready for us to get settled and start our vacation. We were so excited because after getting up at 2:00 am to fly from Detroit we were ready to take our shoes off and relax. Lynda was in touch with us weeks before we arrived, checking in and making sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. She even reached out the night before to wish us safe travels. We frequent Exuma often and have stayed at several homes on the island and Lynda hands down has been the best PM we have encountered. By the time we arrived, she felt like family. Lynda also reached out to us throughout the week and if we had questions she was very quick to respond. The homeowners were just as fabulous, great communication prior to arrival and reached out mid-stay as well to make sure we didn’t need anything. The house itself was absolutely as described. The amount of seating areas is fantastic inside and out, plenty of space for everyone. We loved the number of lounge chairs and how there were plenty to shift around as the sun moved. Jimmy Hill is beautiful and we loved being able to walk to Tim’s on the Bay. The beds in the home were so comfortable and we loved the little touches like robes and slippers. The kitchen is fully stocked and we had everything we could possibly need to get us through the week. Definitely a great stay and we would recommend the home to others! Villa Oceania is an amazing property. From the moment we drove into the driveway the stress of everday life just faded away. The grounds are lovely and the villa exceptional. It is everything as stated in the listing and more. We are a family of 12, 7 adults and 5 young children. The villa and amenities were extremely accomodating. Too numerous to list. Anyone that has visited The Exuma's knows the water/beaches are absolutely stunning. The Oceania did not disappoint. The beach is absoluetly gorgeous!! It is long in either direction. Great for walking, running or simply hanging out. Jay & Melanie were very informative prior to our arrival and available at any time if we needed to contact them. Lynda the property manager introduced herself about a month prior to our arrival. She too was very informative. Also available to help at any time if we needed someting. Quick response time. Very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Jay & Melanie for sharing your home with us. Your attentention to detail shows through out. It is quite obvious that you take great pride in your vacation home. When you walk into the house all your stress and worry just goes away. Starting with the view that meets you at the door to all the space you have in the house. Whether you are going out to dinner or using the fully stocked kitchen you will not be disappointed. Julisa (staff) was a great help in assisting with recommendations around town. And you would want Dena’s Donuts to make your breakfast for arrival. I would highly recommend.

Best trip ever. I don’t even know where to start because everything was perfect!! The house has EVERYTHING. We were even able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal as the kitchen is stocked. The owners and house manager Lynda were so helpful and communicated with us every step of the way. Exuma beaches and water is unbelievable. We can’t thank you enough for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely be back!!

This house is exactly how you see it in the pics and how its described. AND, it has the best amenities of any house I've ever stayed in...including Yeti's!!! I highly recommend this home, and the location was superb, especially with the new Tim's on The Bay just a short 4 minute walk away!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Oceania! The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything we could have wanted for our stay. The kids loved all the pool floats and paddle boards. The adults loved all the extras in the kitchen like the Panini press, ice maker, and all the cooking utensils. The bedding was so luxurious and comfortable. The house is exactly as pictured on VRBO and such a lovely home for our stay. We will definitely be back for another visit!

One of the best views you could ask for. Close to the airport, too. The property manager was very accommodating. Home was very well laid out. A lot of thought went into this property and it shows. This trip was a guys trip for 50th birthday.

We absolutely loved our time at Villa Oceania! The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 9. It was super clean and well stocked. There were so many great “extras”- kayaks, paddle boards, towels, spices, coffee, ice maker…the list goes on. Here are our suggestions for the next guests: bring laundry pods, bug spray, and any food you can bring from home. The groceries on the island are expensive, and a taxi into town will run $40 each way. Our group bought a week’s worth of meat (steaks, chicken, hamburger, lunch meat, etc) and packed it frozen into a checked suitcase. When we arrived, everything was still frozen, and it saved us a ton of money. Next time, I’d bring even more groceries from home if possible. You can also use Lynda to shop for you, but we didn’t know exactly what we were going to want until we were there. Overall our trip was fabulous and I’d go back in a heartbeat! I’d recommend Villa Oceania to anyone interested in staying on the island. Can’t wait to come back!

Just an AMAZING property in a great location, on a great beach (one of the best in Exuma), with great amenities, and plenty of toys. Kick back and relax or play outside. The only problem you’ll have is leaving!

We had the best week in Exuma! First of all, the pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the home is! The view from the living area out to the pool and beach is amazing. The location was central to many restaurants, stores and activities on the island. We couldn’t get over how private the beach was. We only saw a handful of people the whole week.
The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need and more. There was also an abundance of floats, beach chairs, sand toys, and water activities to keep everyone entertained.
Jay, Melanie and Lynda were all very responsive and helpful during booking and our stay on the island.
We are already planning our return!

Villa Oceania was amazing!! The location is so convenient on the island. It’s a short drive from the airport, but we never once heard a plane. Being directly on the beach was a treat! We only saw a couple of other families on the beach the entire week! The house is stocked with kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, and lots of floaties! An outdoor shower made cleaning up after the beach so easy! Amazing pool with lots of outdoor seating. House is perfect for 2 families with 2 master suites and 2 rooms with 2 queens, also another private queen room! Kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials and there are leftover spices for you to use. Beds and bedding were so luxurious!
The owners were amazing to work with! Excellent communication prior to our stay and were very responsive to any requests we had! They even went above and beyond to have the property sprayed for mosquitos prior to our arrival!
We can not be happier with our stay at Villa Oceana and hope to return again in the future!

Villa oceania is perfection in paradise. Everything from communication, to accomodations, the view, the pool and even little touches like bandaids and slippers in the bathroom.
This was our 3rd time in exuma and i ann confidently say I will never stay anywhere else.

Villa Oceania was simply perfect for our family. It is a beautiful home on the most beautiful beach that we pretty much had all to ourselves. The kids loved the infinity pool. The house was very well appointed, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. We did not want for anything! The beds and bedding are super comfortable. The location is only a few minutes from the airport and conveniently right in the middle of the island which made it easy to get around. The power went out a few times so we were grateful for the generator - it didn't miss a beat. Lynda the house manager was lovely and took the best care of us. She met us at the airport, arranged grocery delivery and gave us a ton of great local recommendations. The owners were kind enough to check in on us during our stay. We all agreed this house was perfection!

This was our 2nd stay at Villa Oceania. The pictures just dont do it justice. The most beautiful and quiet beach, the view on the deck is amazing! The house comes complete with amenities so there is plenty to do!

My sister and my family had an amazing time. The house was perfect, the beach was gorgeous and private (there is an empty lot beside the house where some people use as beach access but not many so didn’t bother us). So many beach chairs, floats, etc…. We even walked about 30ish mins south on the beach and found the beach snorkeling spot with fish, conchs, shells, etc….Lynda was the perfect house manager and helped so much.

This was our third stay at Villa Oceania and it was just as perfect as our previous visits. From check in to check out everything was seamless. Being the third time we have visited Exuma we have had plenty of opportunity to explore the island. The location of the house and the beach cannot be more perfect than Villa Oceania. My wife and I recently spent a truly memorable week at Villa Oceania. When taking a trip to a tropical paradise like Great Exuma, the weather can make or break the trip and we were blessed with incredible weather the entire week, which allowed us to fully experience all the amazing amenities the villa offers.
Communication with caretaker Lynda leading up to the trip was fantastic as she promptly answered every email sent to her. Because of our early arrival on island, Lynda was kind enough to not only let us drop off our bags but also set us up with beach chairs and an umbrella so we could enjoy the beach in front of the villa while her team completed turnaround, giving us bonus beach time on our day one. We also took advantage of the offer to have her shop for a few essentials so we would have supplies on hand for breakfast on day two. Also, due to a long travel day, we didn’t want to cook or go out for dinner. Lynda sent us the menu for Da’ Kitchen, a local restaurant that would deliver dinner to the villa. The food was excellent and we had plenty of leftovers for additional meals throughout the week.
The villa is truly spectacular. Whatever you need, it is there and then some, like a natural gas-powered generator that keeps the lights and the AC on during power outages that can occur on an island. We had two outages while we were there and the generator fired up promptly. The bottled water was another feature we loved and we kept the two plastic pitchers we found filled and chilled all week. The deck that runs the length of the villa is amazing, with multiple comfortable seating areas to relax and take in the views. The beds are comfortable and the bath towels soft and fluffy. The walk-in showers in the master bedrooms are lovely. The only negative issue we encountered was the inability to get hot water in the kitchen, which made clean up a bit more difficult but nothing that could not be overcome.
The beach is, quite simply, one of the best we have ever been on, including Grace Bay, Providenciales and Tortola, BVI. We saw maybe a total of 25 people on the beach during our stay. The pool is another element of the villa we loved and the berm in front of it provides plenty of privacy.

We stayed at Villa Oceania for 6 nights in April 2023. Everything about our stay was amazing! The house, the beach, the pool….everything is just top notch. When you throw in owners who are great communicators and Lynda who is a fabulous house manager, Vill Oceania is as good as it gets. We are looking forward to returning in the future!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The beach is very private and gorgeous. The home was ideal for 3 couples! Lynda (our host) was especially helpful and responsive. We explored parts of the island , north and south, and found many beautiful beaches and eateries. Lots of fried food … my only complaint is that I found the food to be mediocre..

I can't say enough good things about Villa Oceania!! This was by far one of the best vacation homes I've ever rented. The owners, as well as the house manager, were so incredibly accessible and accommodating!!! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is so well laid out, down to every last detail. Then there's the island... Great Exuma is heaven on earth. So much beauty to get out and explore... the beaches might be the best on the planet (in my opinion!) Very few people, not packed and touristy!!! A couple of must see places like Chat & Chill were busy, but well worth it!!! Local food is amazing, although we did enjoy shopping at the market and cooking at home some! Our private excursion with Sugar Adventure Company was epic. Several bucket list items checked off on this trip... swimming with pigs, sharks, stingrays, and Thunderball Grotto were so much fun!!The water color is better than any picture you'll ever see... so clear and full of life! If you're even considering a vacation to Great Exuma, book this house and don't wait! I can't wait to go back... it was just the reset I needed!! We had an amazing vacation in Exuma. The house was absolutely perfect in every way. It had everything we needed and it was super comfortable. We enjoyed walking out to the beach every day and relaxing by the pool. With small children it was difficult to explore restaurants in the area so we cooked most of the time we were there. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Lynda was so warm and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She had lots of helpful information about the area and she arrived on our last day to wish us well on our trip home. I would highly recommend the Beachfront Villa to other guests. You will not be disappointed.

Villa Oceania was everything and more. Lynda is awesome and super attentive. She was very patient with us while creating our grocery list. I highly recommend having her shop for you before you arrive. Things can be hard to find or they’re out of it. The boat comes in on Tuesday’s I believe. This was a family vacation. My Dad, my sister and her family of 4 and our family of 4. The layout was perfect!! Each family had a side(beds very comfortable) bathrooms were beautiful. My Dad took queen bedroom in front of the house which was perfect for him. We each brought one suitcase of non perishable foods which was a huge savings. Much of the food at restaurants we found to be fried or many restaurants were out of things. It didn’t matter if on the menu.We ran into this a lot. If you pick a first choice on a menu have a 2nd or 3rd because usually they’re out of things. We mostly cooked in. Kitchen was stocked. Vitamamix, 2 coffee makers, kuerig and regular as well as an expresso maker. Tons of plates, knives, pots and pans, spices and things left from previous renters. No ice maker though so you’ll needs bags of ice. 2 bags of reg. Ice at island prime was $25). We booked a tour through Aquaquest. Amazing day, they do an awesome job! We saw everything and swam with pigs, iguanas, they dive for conch and made conch salad on a sandbar. Such a great day! We did pig roast at chat n chill. $20pp for water taxi.. we used Elvis. If you have a car go to hoopers bay( little parking lot right after Island Prime on right. Beach entrance across from lot. Access to the beach is a bit treacherous for anyone having trouble with balance. The beach is gorgeous!! Walk to your right and walk down to the dock. Bring lettuce and you can feed the turtles and swim with them. They’re awesome!! The kayaks and paddle board were great! The sunrise is Amazing and the view from the deck is just unreal. We loved having morning coffee watching the sun rise. If having dinner at Blu, go for lunch. The views are amazing. Once sunsets… no view. Also, they close 4-6pm we didn’t realize and went too early. There are only a few things I’d recommend at house, ice cube trays and paint a yellow line on step on boardwalk leading down to beach. That step is easy to miss. My Dad took a bad fall because he missed it. He also thought a hand rail in hall shower and pool steps for people who need assistance. Thank you for bug spray!
