About this bed and breakfast
We are on a large parcel of land sitting back off the road with peace and quite, yet great conveniences. Easy drive to Tampa or Orlando but just a few blocks away from Wal-Mart and Publixs.
Private guest suite attached off of the end of our house with it own porch and private entrance. Out the back door of the suite is a pool and screened in patio you're welcome to use. High speed internet, washer and dryer, stocked kitchen with a nice King size bed along with a large bathroom with a walk in shower.

The guesthouse was very nice! It had everything we needed and was close to town. The owner was very helpful and we enjoyed watching the chickens every morning. We would stay here again!

Tammy was wonderful, shes a great host, shes there when you need her, but gives you privacy to enjoy your stay with your family. She brought us fresh eggs from her chickens to enjoy for breakfast. The rental was very clean inside, and pool was always ready to be used. It is screened in which is great to keep extra bugs out and help you enjoy late evening swims. Would definitely stay again.

This stay was a guest house and owner in front and I was aware of this. Beginning process was nice until I got there. I didn’t feel comfortable with my stay. From seeing one of the host and he didn’t speak at all once we spoke. I was messaging the host about the chickens, washer and the pool. No response the rest of my stay Felt like it was a race thing and me and my husband our black. When we first arrived we wasn’t greeted or even looked at when we ran into one of the owners. Seem to not be friendly at all and stand offish. I do understand we want a private stay but it doesn’t hurt to greet your guess when you’re face to face with your guess. Bad enough we are way in the back house and the outside is like a Forrest scary movie 🌳. Seems like they will try to make their guess comfortable but I guess not. Speaking and replying back only takes 1 second. I left one day early due to not being comfortable but it was what it is. I want be back. But the property was overall clean and nice.

This property is a "must-stay" if you are looking to make the Zephyrhills area your home base while visiting Florida. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. Tammy is a lovely host and made sure we were comfortably settled in upon our arrival. The guest suite is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully furnished. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Tammy's hospitality and responsiveness throughout our stay helped to make our vacation so relaxing and enjoyable. Being able to swim each morning in the beautiful backyard pool was incredible and having the chicken coop on the property provided us with the most delicious eggs we’ve ever tasted!
Our experience at this VRBO met our expectations in every way, and we would not hesitate to give it a glowing 10 out of 10. Thank you once again, Tammy, for sharing your home with us and for making our trip to Florida the mini-vacation we were hoping for. We look forward to returning in the future!

This was such a lovely stay for my family and I. The rental was very clean and well stocked. As many others before have mentioned, the host was extremely kind and generous even going so far as to offer us eggs from the chickens on the property. The location is just outside of town but close enough you can pop in for anything you may need. The pool was clean and we had a wonderful stay!

This is such a cute guess house. Property owner is super sweet and greeted us upon arrival. She gave us fresh eggs from her chickens on site as well as great advice about the area and places to shop and eat.

Guest house was very comfortable with everything you need. Tammy, the host was very nice and available if you needed something. Property is set back on a large lot, so everything is very quiet. We would love to stay there again if we’re in the area.

My family of 4 stayed here while we visited family and made a trip to Legoland (which is only an hour drive). Tammy is an amazing host who was happy to help us in any way. The bed was extremely comfortable and new curtains blocked out any light from the outside that previous guests had commented on. The kitchen is stocked with all the things needed to cook and if you need something else, Tammy is happy to bring it over. The location of the property is in a nice little area that is down the road from shopping. Tammy has a beautiful property for guests to enjoy along with the pool off the back of the house. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing property. Very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The property is not in the greatest neighborhood, but is on a large parcel of land that separates you. Owner has incredible security on the property and we felt very safe. Owner/host was very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here while visiting with my parents. It’s a lovely guesthouse with spacious rooms. The kitchen had tea & cocoa which was nice for cool mornings. The water was hot for morning showers but never warmed up for evening showers. Their was plenty of room inside for our dog’s crates & to walk them outside. We would stay here again.

I am so very thankful that I found this location, as it couldn't have been more perfect. Everything about the house was excellent; it was immaculately clean, well stocked with everything you could need, so comfortable you feel like you're at home, and the host was so very welcoming and friendly. Super convenient location as well. I will most definitely be returning to stay again!

Most everything was great about this rental property, size, comfort, cleanliness and the mattress was wonderful as well. Tammy the host was very accommodating and pleasant and provided us with appreciated restaurant recommendations. The only disconcerting item was the security cameras everywhere and LED spotlights blanketing the property. We just aren't used to that level of coverage. Tammy did turn off the spotlights upon request so the guest house and bed room wouldn't be infiltrated with bright light. I would recommend the guest porch security camera be relocated to afford guests some small amount of privacy. We completely understand the need for security lighting and video.

This place is great. The rooms were very large and clean. I was traveling with 2 large dogs and my senior mom. So much space inside, but equally fabulous was the outside. I was in town visiting friends, and they came over and we were able to hang out on the porch in the evening, and in the yard during the day. My dogs were able to run freely in the amazing yard that had huge live oaks that created a beautiful canopy of shade. I loved staying there and highly recommend the place!! The owner is very friendly and on site to answer any questions. She gave my dogs toys and treats. Again, this bungalow is great and I highly recommend planning your stay there.

This guesthouse is so cute and clean. The bed is super comfy. You have your own private front porch and access to the pool. Tammy is so nice and helpful. You feel like you are far from everything because it is so peaceful but very close to stores and resteraunts. It exceeded our expectations and we will return.

Lovely quiet space, beautifully decorated inside and out, and spotlessly clean. All of the furniture, right down to the dining chairs, was very comfortable. We had a very relaxing stay in a stressful week. The host is super nice, friendly and helpful. My one caveat is that there is some light leakage from security lighting on the property; if you need it very dark to sleep consider bringing a sleep mask.

Nice place, and the owner was super friendly. We stayed two weeks and it was never cleaned. (We didn’t have access to vacuum, etc.) Washer was unavailable as owner was waiting for parts.

I loved everything about this property. It is beautiful, clean, and located in a great and safe neighborhood near shopping malls, restaurants, hospitals, and principal roads to Tampa or Orlando. I recommend this place to everyone. The host is super friendly and is excellent at communicating. I am looking forward to staying here again . Pool was a plus! Super clean and private. I felt I was at my house.

Comfortable clean & quiet stay in Zephyrhills Florida
Cant say enough about how awesome this rental is! So clean and comfortable and just perfect! I was traveling to attend an agility competition with my husband and dogs. Hubby had to fly home so i was there alone but i felt totally safe and secure with the owners who absolutely could not be a nicer couple. Plenty of room to walk the dogs too. I highly recommend this property!!!! Bed is pretty awesome!

Very clean, comfortable, spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Hostess was friendly and was kind enough to offer freshly picked homegrown fruits & veggies in addition to extra coffees, bottled water, fresh towels, etc. Only complaint is shower water was tepid & never very warm or hot. Otherwise a lovely place to stay!
