Average, it was ok, however in my opinion the appearance of the hotel enhances it's appeal.

The hotel has a lovely smell, the decor was very classical. The location is good.

In comparison to other hotels that I've stayed in, in Accra this would have to be my least favourite. The hotel appears to be clean and nicely decorated but it lacks comfort. The Wi-Fi signal was quite low, the TV in the bedroom wasn't smart. There was no hot water running from the sink, the shower did dispense hot water, but the main shower head wasn't working, only the hand held part of the shower. The lady who checked us in, was reluctant to give us two room keys as she said the hotel was 'full' and there weren't many key cards left. I had to remind her that I am one of two adults staying in the room and we needed two room keys, I informed her that this is the first hotel I've ever stayed in, in Accra that didn't provide two rooms keys for two adult guests. The room keys are used to keep the electricity running in the bedrooms so this is perhaps the reason why, she was reluctant to give us a second key? As for the food, we went to the restaurant, the food was decent, however on the first trip to the restaurant one of us found a strand of hair in our food. The staff were apologetic and reduced our meal price. We did go for breakfast the next morning which was pleasant. The hotel is alright, but as paying customer I'd be looking to stay elsewhere for a place better suited to my personal needs.

Beautiful Hotel, Not quite family friendly

Tang Palace is a beautiful, well designed, luxury hotel with advanced technology. The pool area is beautiful and the continental breakfast was pretty decent. Philipa, Paul were amazing and made my stay quite enjoyable. The hotel is well secured.

-Wait staff is professional but not the friendliest. -My view was horrific and should have been discounted. -Tour company within the hotel charges $100 US to rent a car for the day plus customer is obligated to fill tank. That’s ridiculous! Wonder what the price is for non-Americans? -Staff informed a local whom was stalking me that I was staying at the hotel. -Food and drinks are heavily inflated. Prices changed all throughout room service menu up to 4x the original cost. -Spa has been closed for three years but still advertised.

Nonsense place they have fallen since my visit before to the hotel. It's a very useless place

They ruined my few days in the hotel

The location is very good

The bathrooms and the carpet in the rooms are not very clean. The dry cleaning service is very very poor. They damaged my shirts and two of my wife’s dresses

Wouldn’t stay there again but nice to visit.

The rooms were clean. What I like about my stay is the Chinese restaurant ( that’s it) !

Too much noise, customer service from the reception needs massive improvement in terms of service delivery and ethics. Customer service seems more robotic than ever.

Rooms good, eat elsewhere if you like good service

Good choice of buffet food available at all mealtimes. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. House keepers do a great job

SOME of the Staff in both restaurants were extremely rude and actually lied to me, when i reported her to here manager he didnt care less. I ate out after that and took my table of 10 guests to the Golden Tulip the following night. Staff in the Chinese restaurant ignore what you say ! I got the wrong food, it was cold and even missed the soup starter altogether !!

Lovely.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The facilities were clean and very well kept, the environment was friendly and the staff were amazing.

They were restoring the floors in the entry and that was a bit loud and dusty but other than that everything was wonderful.
