Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr viek Platz für eine 6 köpfige Familie

Sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir hatten ein Babybett bestellt, welches schon aufgebaut da stand und sogar kinderbettwäsche da war :)

Im Bad hat es sehr stark aus dem Abfluss gerochen. Ein Sonnenschirm auf der großen Terrasse hätte es noch gemütlicher gemacht und was noch nice to habe gewesen wäre, ein Schneidebrett und etwas Gewürze in der tollen Küche

Poor and disappointing customer service.

The location is great, surrounded by the calm forest, with a nice view.

The cleaning of the room was half-done and there were missing sheets and cushions on both the double bed and the sofa bed. I informed them by phone about the situation and was asked to look for the missing cushions and sheets in the basement, but they were not there neither. The person said they would get back to me with a solution, but none ever called back.

Mooi rustig appartementje met super uitzicht

perfecte rustige ligging met mooi uitzicht op de lange dennenbomen met gratis parking voor de deur. Mooi ingericht interieur met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf van enkele dagen. Handig in en uitchecken online. ideaal gelegen op wandelafstand van het stadscentrum.

Schön, tolle Lage, zweckmäßig, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet

Tolle Lage in einem idyllischen Seitental, Parkplätze direkt am Haus, stylische Ausstattung in skandinavischem Stil, tolle Dusche. Haus scheint erst vor Kurzem renoviert worden zu sein

Pünktlich ab 10.00 bei der Abreise wird der Zimmerzugang abgeschaltet, man sollte also auf die Minute draußen sein, Gleiches gilt für die Anreise, da alles Computergesteuert ist.

Although it is written that there is a view bit there is non!! It was dirty with few spiders in the corners and towels smelled like industrial chemical! Totally disaster!

Don't book the top room if you are more than 3'6" tall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Accomodation was new and clean.

We had the room in the roof and spent the whole time bent over or stooping or banging your head!! Didn't like the complexity of "checking in" using a tablet and having to code our own keys!!

The apartments are just like the pictures, very beautiful and clean. The balcony really makes a difference, to seat outside in the sun listening to the sound of the river was amazing.

I like the interior of the flat. Everything was well organised in the shower and in the kitchen to be able to live like at home.

I booked apartment with the forest view, but unfortunately we got roof flat, and for the three rainy days we could see only sky view from our windows. This was very disappointing.

Quiet location, spacious, modern apartment.

Clean and spacious apartment. The apartment was clean and quite large with a big balcony looking into the woods. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and cooking utensils needed for cooking in.

The room was a bit cold on arrival and took several hours to warm up after turning up the radiators. Also, communication on parking location would be nice as there is only space for approx 4 cars at the front of the apartment building. There is an additional parking lot below the building but no directions or signs posted on how to drive to the additional parking.

The place was nice and beautiful view outside. The kitchen was very comfortable and the facility was great.

We stay for 8 days. I expected at least for changing towel with no extra charges. This was not so good experience.

Big, cosy, complete apartment suitable for many families.

We got free upgrade to slight bigger apartment (different building, but close by). That apartment was perfect for our big family trip (6 adults, 2 kids) very much. Quiet. Fast WIFI. Complete kitchen. Spacious. Have many rooms and 2 separate shower/ toilet which helped as we were with 3 families as a whole. Location was quite scenic in the Black Forest. Host was friendly. Plenty free parking in front of the building. BBQ place and ping pong table available at our ground floor balcony (but we didn't use them due to wintery weather).

Slightly pricey but I guess that comes with any big and multi-family apartment.

Location was fabulous

We didn't get the accommodation originally booked as a cracking in the wall made the apartment unsafe. The replacement apartment was further out about 4 km but stunning views. Apartment itself wasn't very clean floors dirty oven greased up and the smelll of stale smoke was in the woodcladding

Studio appartment for hotel price, few shortcomings

Studio appartment with kitchen for the price of a hotel room, quiet but central location in Schwarzwald, parking included, nice view, hochschwarzwald card included, well equipped kitchen. Modern interior. Double doors to terrace.

Air circulation of bathroom was broken, and the shower was open, so everything got wet and stayed damp all day. No towel change. Only one comfy chair. Creaky bed. No broom, no squeegee, no cleaning cloth. No bedside lamp or nightstand.

Avoid booking the top floor, it's much lower than expected, no value for money.

The location was nice, and the full kitchen was a nice touch, plus the place had a washing machine and dryer!

The check-in process was completely broken, and we were stuck with 2 small kids unable to enter the room, or use the bathroom, etc. We had to go through multiple calls with Stuub to even enter the room. The washing machine has a 2 Euro charge to use, it was absolutely ridiculous (try getting enough coins for it in a small city), and the electricity cut off mid-wash, leaving our clothes completely wet. That wasn't the worst part. The ceiling was extremely low and sloped, leaving most of the rooms unusable. We hit out head on the roof multiple times, and instead of just enjoying our stay, had to constantly worry about standing up, or reaching for something, for fear of hitting our head on the low and sloped ceiling. I wouldn't recommend the top floor stay to anyone expecting to be able to walk around, I think they would have been better either offering an extremely discounted rate for it, or just not placing guests there at all.

The modern interior, the balcony, the location and the kitchen. I have also one suggestion: I would have really loved it if the kitchen was also equipped with some sugar, oil and vinegar.

It's pretty expensive in my opinion.

it was nice but it could be perfect if you change some thinking

it was nice, we like the location and the concept.

we didn’t liked that they didn’t have fans at all and when we asked for they gave us only one for 3 bedrooms. also, we came and in the bathroom was a used toilet paper that didn’t even was enough for one day.. also, the shutter in the bathroom didn’t closed and we needed to put towels on the window so the neighbors around won’t see us taking shower.

Great location, trails right outside the property. Great for family with dog. Large, comfortable, modern apartment.

Large terrace could use a bbq and sitting area, only table and chairs. Shower floods sink area. Either provide a squeegee or add a door. Means your feet get wet when all you want to do is wash your hands. Tv limited. Cannot cast from phone as no Bluetooth. No vacuum only broom. No microwave but otherwise full kitchen.

Clean, beautiful view. Electronic check in needs work.

It was clean with a beautiful view.

The electronic check in failed and we had to wait for an employee to come check us in. We also couldn’t check out electronically. These were the only downsides to our stay. But battling with the tablet for 45 minutes and then waiting for someone to help us check in in person was a major frustration.
