Gerne wieder, aber bitte mehr Hygiene - hier fehlt in solchen Momenten eine Ansprechperson vor Ort

Lage, Ausstattung, Einrichtungsstil, Einfaches Check -In. Ich bin bereits min 10 mal hier zu Gast gewesen und immer zufrieden!

Dieses Mal roch das Zimmer nicht sauber. Besonders das Bett hatte einen sehr starken und unangenehmen Eigengeruch gehabt. Bettwäsche war zwar frisch, die Matratze/die Kissen rochen jedoch so unanagenehm, dass ich kaum in den Schlaf fand.

The location is good, there are many restaurants around the place. The facilities in the room are quite considerate. Check-in is also easy, no need to contact the staff.

Wenn auch mit Zugangshürden verbunden, ist der Aufenthalt im Herzen Darmstadts zu empfehlen.

Wenn man es über die Türschwelle geschafft hat, erwartet die Gäste eine modern ausgestattete Wohneinheit auf Zeit im Herzen Darmstadts.

Der Aufenthalt im Limehome kann sehr herausfordernd sein, wenn man mehr als eine Unterkunft mit einer Buchung verknüpft. Neben der Authentifizierung mit hoch sensiblen personenbezogenen Daten ist man sehr auf den telefonischen Support angewiesen, der aber sehr unterstützend war.

Very very good apartment

My main problem / shock with this apartment was that the day I checked out , by coincidence, I left very valuable and very important medicines and other valuable foods in the refrigerator, and when I called the Managment one hour later, they replied that the housekeeping lady said there was nothing in the refrigerator. I insisted and called again and again, because I really needed the medicines from the refrigerator, but they insisted that when I left the apartment, there was nothing in the refrigerator. This is the first time I have this kind of serious problem, although since many years, I spend most of my days traveling around the world and staying in hotel rooms or apartments. I was really shocked and very disappointed to lose those things so easily. The location of the apartment was perfect and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Checking in was not easy: my local taxi driver and many other people I asked, all could not find the apartment entrance easily. There is a bit of confusion , mainly because there is more than one apartment, having exactly the same full code number, but different blocks.

Everything was perfect except the housekeeping incident the last day

Apartamento bastante nuevo, céntrico y con olores (una pena)

La ubicación es excelente. La estancia es espaciosa y cómoda. El baño está bien. Los muebles son bastante nuevos. Tiene un pequeño frigorífico y cafetera.

El olor de la habitación fue desagradable. Tiene restaurantes alrededor de la zona y hay muchos olores a la comida de esos restaurantes, particularmente a cocina asiática. Las toallas son pequeñas y el agua de la ducha tiene poca presión. Es una pena, porque el resto está muy bien.

großzügiges Apartment in zentraler Lage

Zentrale Lage der Unterkunft, Restaurants, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe; 30m² Apartment schön groß für 2 Personen, sehr gute Ausstattung der Küchenzeile; Infos für digitalen Zugang zum Apartment hat auch gut geklappt, keine Rezeption Vorort, aber immer telefonische Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen

Da das Apartment recht groß war, hätte vielleicht noch eine kleine Sitzecke reingepasst (nur ein Sessel war nicht genug), Apartment hätte damit auch ein bisschen wohnlicher gewirkt. Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit für Koffer am Abreisetag wär schön gewesen.

Nice, calm and spacious appartment

The apartment was spacious and clean. I was worried about finding the apartment as it was self-check-in but everything was marked very well. It was easy to find it, and codes to doors worked correctly and quickly. I was satisfied with the quality of the equipment. I can fully recommend this place. Sourrinding was calm.

Entspannend und zentral. Genau richtig!

Bei Problemen wurde sofort eine kurzfristige Lösung gefunden. Die Fenster sind super schalldicht, trotz Ausrichtung zur Straße hat man bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts vom Verkehr gehört.

Nur 1 Kaffeebecher (Geschenk) für 3 Personen war schade. Außerdem war die Kaffeemaschine frisch entkalkt, es gab aber nicht genug Kapseln, um die Maschine ein paar mal durch zu spülen. Generell sind 4 Kapseln für 3 Personen und 2 Nächte wirklich knapp kalkuliert.

Gutes Grundkonzept, aber stark ausbaufähig

Gemütliches Bett und es gab ein Welcome Goodie (wiederverwendbarer Kaffeebecher).

Es gab einen komischen Eigengeruch in dem Zimmer, was mich unwohl fühlen lassen hat. Dann war auf meinem Bett unter meinem Handtuch ein langes dunkles Haar. An der Wand war eine FRITZ!Box, wo alle Kabel drum herum wollt rumlagen und die Steckdose halb offen aussah. Im Bad waren Schuhabdrücke auf dem Boden, viel Kalk und an der obersten Fliese standen noch Kritzeleien (Maßangaben) mit Bleistift, die vermutlich noch aus der Bauzeit stammen. Vermutlich wurde nach dem Bau an der Stelle gar nicht mehr geputzt. Es würde helfen, wenn der Putzkolonne mal auf die Finger geschaut wird. In einem Hotel wo ich über 100 Euro die Nacht zahle, erwarte ich mehr. Zum Beispiel auch, dass das Besteck sauber ist und nicht zusammenklebt, als wäre da noch Honig dazwischen, dass kein Putzlappen unter dem Tisch rumliegt usw.

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung und schönes Design.

Schönes Design, gute Matratze, problemloser Check-In. Kurz vor dem Aufenthalt haben wir noch ein Upgrade erhalten.

Ambiente von außen (Parkhaus und Hausflur). Ziemlich laut und auch keine schöne Aussicht.

Konzept ist sehr gut. Zimmer zu früh vermietet. Nach Störung nicht mehr gut geschlafen.

Lage und Zimmer waren sehr gut. Man ist im Zentrum von Darmstadt und kann alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Nahverkehr erreichen.

Da die Unterkunft noch sehr neu ist, war auf dem Stockwerk, in dem das Zimmer lag, der Zugang auf den Gang noch nicht durch ein Zahlenschloss gesichert und von der Straße ungehindert zugänglich. Gegen 2:30 Uhr hat jemand vor der Zimmertür stehend geklingelt. So etwas sollte unbedingt viermieden werden. Nach dem geweckt werden aus dem TIefschlaf, war es mir nicht mehr möglich, entspannt weiter zu schlafen.

Großartig

Super Lage. Zentral, gut isoliert, geräumig und modern. Sogar ein extra Babybett wurde ins Zimmer gestellt. Stabiles Internet, bequemes Bett und gut eingerichtete Küchenzeile. Tolle give aways:) merci

Für eine Übernachtung top, aber länger nicht.

Lime Hotel in gewohnter Qualität und Ausstattung. Gibts nicht viel zu erzählen. Wie immer 10/10 für Preis-Leistung

Die Lage ist schrecklich. Unter uns war eine gruselige Garage/Abfertigungshalle. Alle 5 Minuten knallte ein schrecklich lautes Metalltor. In unserem Zimmer war die Welt heil, aber das war die hässligste Aussicht in ganz Darmstadt.

Gute Unterkunft, check-in Bezug auf Datenweitergabe gewöhnungsbedürftig

Die Lage war sehr zentral, mitten in der Stadt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Theater. Das Apartment ist modern und entspricht den Fotos. Es gibt eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher. Ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden. Trotz Citylage war es sehr ruhig, ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Ich fand die Beschilderung zur Unterkunft und auch die Wegbeschreibung nicht so toll. Die beschriebenen Codes für Zwischentüren wurden nicht mehr benötigt, die Türen waren offen. Und auch der Online Checkin, bei dem man den eigenen Personalausweis fotografieren und diese Bilder hochladen muss! fand ich befremdlich. Hier würde ja die Ausweisnummer reichen. Man kann als Konsument nur hoffen, dass der Datentransfer dieser Fotos sicher war, denn unmittelbar vor der Anreise erhielt ich vom Anbieter eine Warnung vor gefälschten Mails…Das hat dem Ganzen einen ziemlich schalen Beigeschmack zugefügt.

Es war für unser Vorhaben ( Theaterbesuch) eine optimale Unterkunft!

Gute Lage: Staatstheater Darmstadt sehr Nahe und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Abflüsse im Bad sowie Küche hatten einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch. Haben nirgends den W- Lan Code gefunden.

schönes großes Zimmer. mit Küche. Mitten in der Innenstadt von Darmstadt.

Obwohl bei Booking angegeben gab es keine Parkplätze, die Parkmöglichkeiten die es gab sind äußerst teuer. Wir haben für drei Personen gebucht aber es gab nur für zwei Personen Bettzeug und Handtücher.

Convenient, overpriced and not clean.

The location of the property was really good. Pretty central and easy to get around.

The hotel didn’t have any staff on and when requesting new toilet paper from the cleaners this wasn’t provided. The hotel itself was very dirty, including the wash room on level 4. We also left a bag of rubbish at the door thinking cleaners would remove and then got a message saying to remove ourselves. For what you pay you would think they could remove the rubbish. There also wasn’t any air conditioning and air vents in the toilet/bathroom.

Clean, good location, good value for money

Building location was excellent, well organized check-in, well equipped kitchen, spacy bathroom. Globally, we were satisfied and happy.

There are not enough shelves or other facilities to put your clothes, only 2 hangers in the closet. Our apartment was on the first floor just above the entry and there was a lot of noise, also from garbage pickup and delivery. We had to keep the window closed. We did not find any way to start airco or ventilation.

Great modern apartment in the city centre with all the comfort

It was much better than expected. The apartment was very spacious and modern with all the comfort for one night or for a long term stay. It was well equipped with even salt and pepper in the kitchen and everything was extremely clean
