Great vacation spot! This cozy eclectic apartment is a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and workspace. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes from Petoskey's gas light district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market. The space Our rental is found in an attractive ranch-style apartment building. There is an on-site laundry room located in the central hallway of the apartments. In bedroom the offer a queen-size bed, desk, and closet with an oscillating fan. The unit includes a full kitchen with a dining room table for four. The living room has Roku T.V., WiFi, and a ceiling fan. We have a large parking area if you are bringing a boat or a trailer.

The location is great. We walked to a restaurant and grocery store. We spent a day skiing at Nubs Nob. We had a great time. The price is comparable to a hotel, but you get more room and a kitchen. We will definitely use the place again.

Cute cozy stay. Super clean. 10 mins from Boyne Mountain and 10 mins from Petoskey made it the perfect location for a weekend get away.

The apartment was pretty easy to get to and in a decent enough location. The apartment itself was very cozy and the furniture was comfortable. I was thrown off by all of the religious decoration that covered the home, but to each their own.

We came into town for a long weekend and the place was just right! Easy to get in and out of and has everything you need for a long weekend. Highly recommend and would rebook if we are ever in the area again!

Comfortable little apartment! Leather recliner is lovely, and the sofa is very cushy yet firm. Very quiet neighborhood, and you can park right in front of the apartment door so unloading luggage is easy. Overhead fan in living room does a pretty good job of keeping cool, and there's a fan in the bedroom too. Convenient location just a few miles south of Petoskey, which is less than ten minutes drive.

Overall a sweet place, the only issue was the shower…it would not have a steady control temperature…a couple of times it got hot very fast or cold very fast…and it was not because someone in the house was using a faucet.

Loved the place. The host was very understanding when there was a misunderstanding about the check out date. We forgot our beach towels. Wish they could have been available.

Very clean and affordable space! Also very quiet. It is just as advertised. A very close drive or a pretty close walk to Walloon Lake. Owners were helpful and communicative. We will stay here again. One tip: Cell service around Walloon Lake can be spotty - so just screen shot all check in instructions when you have good service before going. I could not get the Vrbo site to load to see my messages to check in, so I called the owner and she was very helpful. Wifi in the unit was great. We had a battery issue with the door lock, but the owner's husband fixed it. It now has a new lock and worked fine the rest of our stay. It was a little warm in the unit, no A/C, but there are fans and you have a couple of screened windows you can open.

My wife and I book this for a wedding in Petoskey. A great very clean and nicely decorated accommodation. If we ever need to stay in the area again will definitely book this quaint room again.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend for a wedding on Walloon Lake and it was perfect for us. It was clean and well-stocked and Heather was super responsive and kind. The laundry is practically right next door, but just make sure to have coins. We wanted to do a load before leaving, but had a hard time finding a place that had change for us. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This place would be perfect for a couple or a young family of four. Bring a fan or two. No a/c. But overall a great value and a great location!

Nice little place
Cozy little apartment, close to town! Everything was clean and as described.
Getting there was a little difficult as the instructions in the listing say to turn at State Street which is across from a Marathon. The street was a little hard to find as it’s a smaller street and we were looking for the gas station. There is no gas station there. So we had to do some turning around. And the wifi password was incorrect in the app, so just some minor frustrations.
There is no air conditioning and the apartment was very hot. There was a nice fan, and we had the door and window open. Still it was much hotter inside than out. Everyone else staying in the complex also had there door open, so it seems to be a building issue that it’s very humid inside and warm.

A perfect weekend getaway!
We loved the location. The apartment is within walking distance of Barrel Back restaurant and the beach. The sunset on Walloon Lake is stunning! Wifi is great (we had to work a little bit) and the space is much bigger than expected! It was nice not needing to drive everywhere and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend!

Lovely unit, cozy and cute, very well equipped, About 20 min from Boyne Mtn ski slopes. The only complain is the the snow removal people came around 3am and made noise outside our bedroom, not sure if the owner can do anything about it...

We had a great time staying here. Everything was clean & tidy. Its a quick walk into town for coffee or to look out at the water. Its also a short drive to petoskey or harbor springs. We can’t wait to come back!
