Memorable place

Its modern and stylish. In a good day the view of Mt. Fuji is spectacular, but in most day it was cloudy. A very big supermarket is not too far away (Watahan) and the bike rental is very cheap at the hotel.

The hotel did not provide enough information about what to do in this area and most restaurant are open around 5 PM.

Highly recommend. Such a great place.

Perfect and highly recommend. Totally meet my expectation, great & stunning view, very clean, very spacious plus great location and very helpful staff. Very convenient for calling taxi get around, only few min wait which is very acceptable. I plan to stay longer but they re fully booked.

來河口湖為了一睹富士山的風采，入住這裡真的是太適合不過了！

看富士山真的是超棒的！！！耳機遺漏在飯店裡，飯店人員願意幫我保管到下次到日本再寄送給我，真的是太貼心

雖沒有room service，但是房內的小廚房和公共設施的洗衣空間都好棒

I would stay here again just for more than 1 night!

This hotel is gorgeous! And has stunning views right of Mt. Fuji - unfortunately we only stayed one night and wasn’t very visible in the morning however it cleared up during the day as we explored the town and I can only imagine the view you’d actually have if it was clear during your stay. It’s only a short walk from the station and a few near by restaurants. The rooms are quite big - biggest ones we’ve stayed in while travelling Japan. Staff are lovely and check in and out is very easy.

大きな窓からの富士山ビュー、親切なスタッフ、無料のランドリー

一泊ごとにゴミ袋を回収していただける（廊下に出せるor集積場がある）などあったら良かったのかなと思いました

The room is not clean enough, not sure is it every room be like this, but there are visible stains on the walls in my room. And for someone travel alone it might be a little bit scared,because after 12am the reception are no one in here. And the room are no headlights in the center of the room, only small desk lamps (I think maybe they do this for the convenience of customers to see the night view? Whether it is good or bad depends on the individual)

Place was clean and quiet. The view of Mt Fuji was promising as we could see the mountain fully if it weren't for the partial clouds. Free usage of laundry machine and dryer is a plus

Amazing, worth the money

Everything. Emaculate and clean, Heated floors, bathroom amazing. The location was next to everything. I loved staying here and I definetly recommend to anyone staying next ro Mt. Fuji.

Grret view, the room is nice and well equipped. however, need to prepare to walk a lot.

provided small kitchen area, all utensils are provided and clean! the bed is clean and big. the view is nice, can see the Mount Fuji clearly!

the location need to pass by neighbourhood, not so convenient to find and reach to other places. Roadside has limited light, it will be quite dark in the evening.
