Un havre de paix

Le patron nous a accompagné à notre chambre avec une bouteille de Prosecco,assiette de fruits frais et sa bonne humeur. La chambre est spacieuse, propre, lumineuse, donnant sur une terrasse verdoyante de cactus, sièges d'extérieur et d'arbres très jolis. Le lit couple est très grand. Nous avons apprécié trouver de l'eau fraîche à disposition dans un petit frigo, une machine à café, et du thé. La climatisation. Le logement est nettoyé tous les jours. Le quartier est calme, reposant. Plein de restaurants dont le leur et commerces à proximité. La mer est face à la Villa juste en traversant la route. Le détail le plus aimé a été le petit déjeuner, copieux, délicieux et de qualité, avec vue sur la mer. On s'est régalé. Le patron était rigolo il parlait bien Français, et aime discuter avec ses invités. Deux gérants sympathiques et souriants, hospitaliers et raffinés, ils donnent de leur personne et de leur compétence pour rendre le séjour des vacanciers inoubliable. Le pincement au cœur de partir, Puglia est une région belle et chaleureuse, c'était magnifique, je retournerai ici c'est une certitude. Mille mercis❤️💐

Szkoda,ze bylismy tak krótko, ale na pewno tutaj wrócimy.

Gospodarz zapewnił najwyższy poziom serwisu, zaskoczył nas na powitanie butelką proseco i owocami. Śniadania podane po królewsku, wszystko smaczne i świeże. Położenie restauracji, gdzie jedliśmy śniadania z pięknym widokiem na morze. Pokoje modnie i gustownie urządzone, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Czuliśmy się fantastycznie. Dziękujemy za gościnność i przemiłą atmosferę. Z przyjemnością wrócimy. To jest wyjątkowe miejsce, w pełni zasługuje na 10 punktów. Serdecznie polecamy.

The location directly over the sea, the fasionable interior, with beautifully selected elements, the reception with some fresh fruits and a bottle of brut, the friendly and professional owners, and their fantastic restaurant, like a boat on the waves, made an authentic and unique experience in our trip around Apulia. Sea-view location, breakfast at the beachfront restaurant with exclusive service, daily room cleaning, and fresh amenities. The owner places special emphasis on the guests. On the last day, we had to leave the accommodation early, and they also assisted with breakfast and taxi availability. We had a wonderful vacation.

It's a very beautiful place with a great host. You'll enjoy this.

Breakfast was very filling. There was a lot of seafood and I really enjoyed it. It was all really delicious. It's conveniently close from Bari if travelled by train (takes only~20min) which is quite cheap.

Overall, very nice stay with great amenities and location.

The location of the accommodation was very good, the room was cleaned daily and amenities like coffee and water were added every day. The breakfast at the restaurant was terrific, really high praise for everything there.

We did wait for about 15 minutes to be let in the room even though they knew our arrival time. Other guests let us in the yard, which was a bit uncomfortable since we woke them up by ringing on the door bell. Also, the bathroom door was see through glass in the type of swinging saloon doors, so can be uncomfortable.

Excellent can not fault it. The owner goes above and beyond to make your stay so nice. Breakfast is in the restaurant and it was so lovely. We ate diner in the restaurant and it was amazing. Our room had a bottle of fizz and fruit in it. The next day the owner even took us to the airport. What an amazing B&B. Thank you so much. Steve and Christine fron uk.

absolutely stunning with a balcony and view of the ocean. The owner Emmanuel was fantastic giving me a outstanding breakfast, so knowledgeable of Bari and was always there to help you. nothing was a trouble. Perfect stay in Bari!

Amazing breakfast in the restaurant with sea bear in front of the accommodation. You can park your car near the entrance. The owner is very hospitable!

Fantastic location, host and breakfast!

Well located B&B with four rooms. We had it all to ourselves and could enjoy the roof terrace with deckchairs and a view over the water. The host is extremely helpful and when we arrived we were served two bottles of champagne in the fridge, a plate of fruit and Coke for the children. The host also runs a fantastic fish restaurant just across the road where we enjoyed an unbeatable breakfast with fresh salmon from his fish restaurant, freshly squeezed juice, everything in fresh bread, yougurt, ect.

Everything incredible! Romms super clean and very well equipped. Bed was incredibly comfortable, Really close to the beach in a quiet area. The place is equipped like a 5 star hotel, I would not have changed a thing The host is VERY welcoming and friendly, he speaks English and not only, he always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and accommodated. He had prepared a bottle of prosecco and freshly cut fruits at our arrival, which was a very special gesture especially after a long journey. The yard is big with multiple places you can enjoy a coffee or some drinks with the sounds of waves in the background. The room is being cleaned every morning. He has a restaurant across the street from the B&B where you serve breakfast each morning. The food and service is incredible! very fresh food and staff is very professional. Breakfast is amazing, all you can eat freshly cooked food with freshly squeezed orange juice, at the border of the sea. I don't usually go back to the same places I stayed in, in order to visit as many places as I can, but here is a place I cannot wait to come back to! Highly recommend!!

Amazing "secret" place...

The staff is amazing. They are so helpful!!. . The breakfast is to die for, served with care on beautifully ironed white cotton table cloth, looking at the Adriatic Sea... Our bedroom had an ample terrace looking directly into the sea. On arrival we drank a bottle of cold Prosecco accompanied by fresh fruit provided by our host....It made our stay very special. We will be back...

Perfection in every way!

Together with my girlfriend, we had the best holidays in our lives. Mostly because of the fantastic stay in the hotel. Everything in there was perfect - clean apartment, delicious breakfast, kind personnel. The manager of the property was incredibly helpful in every way. There are no such words that can describe our satisfaction. After the whole visit owner of the hotel said: This is your home now in Italy, come whenever you want. This sentence is actually a perfect summary of our stay.

Exceptional stay with amazing breakfast by the sea

This stay exceeded our expectations! The b&b is across the road from the sea and the owner has a fish restaurant on the seafront where he serves breakfast. The breakfast was incredible, fresh salmon , eggs, pastries, yoghurt and coffee. When we arrived there was a bottle of prosecco and fresh fruit in the room. The bed is really comfortable, good aircon, spacious bathroom and a tv with netflix. We travelled from here to Bari Centrale by train each day. The train station is a 10-15 minute walk and the journey to Bari Centrale is another 15 minutes.

Clean Cool Comfortable

Breakfast was excellent ( eggs, fresh lox, yogudry, croissant, 2 cappuccino fresh squeezed orange juice etc) excellent location right opposite to the beach and perfect spot for sunset. Breakfast is in adjacent restaurant overlooking the sea and it is reserved to B&B guests only. I booked it for my friend and this is what he told me.

Five star quality Bed and Breakfast

We loved everything about our stay. Our host Emanuel and his family were warm and consummate hosts. Our hosts greeted us upon arrival and showed us our room. Fresh fruit and iced Prosecco were awaiting us. The Prosecco was excellent! No request was unfulfilled. We loved the cleanliness of the room (my wife used to be a housekeeper, so she notices everything...it was spotless and looked brand new, although it had been refurbished four years earlier). We loved the comfort of the bed, the rain-like shower, the terrace, the sound of the waves and the smell of the sea on the wind. The highlight of our stay there was the breakfast. Emanuel's restaurant is across the street right on the sea. Our breakfast was made to order, fresh juice, scrambled eggs, smoke salmon, fresh fruit, and lovely crispy, crunchy pastries. Really unlike any breakfast we had ever had in Italy.

Nothing could have been better. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful, wonderful stay!

Everything was exceptional! The room was lovely, and the hosts were incredibly kind. We were met with sparkling wine and fresh fruit. The breakfast was also wonderful. I would recommend B&B Villa S. Anna to everyone!

Bari - B&B Santa Ana (Santo Spirito), L'Incanto restaurant,

Please count with a welcome sparkling wine bottle! The room was perfect in every aspect! The adjacent restaurant - L'Incanto - raw red shrimps (not talking about other dishes)- EXCELLENT!

Difference between actual and Booking's price. Really not important given the quality of the room and the meals in the restaurant.

Great place near Airport(10min rose)/Bari! Extra clean apartament with amazing terrace (see view) and garden. Friendly and helpful hosts (we even got a welcome bottle od prosseco :)). What need to be pointed out is food - delicious and big breakfast (scrambled eggs/salmon/youghurt/sides) and of course freshly baked croissants with tasty coffe (hosts own very good fish restaurant next to the Villa). We left this place happy and sure that we'll visit them again when we visit Bari
