**Optional pool and spa heat is available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**
Reminisce about the day’s fun in the comfortable living room. The couches provide ample seating and the flat-screen TV offers entertainment options. Lights, camera, action! It’s movie time up in the loft where you can watch your favorite films on the projection screen TV.
The game room is every kid’s dream, boasting a pool table, skeeball and old-school arcade games.
The sleek black and white kitchen comes with everything you need. It has stainless matte appliances, pantry and peninsula that seats four at barstools. The 8-person dining table offers another option for sit-down meals.
Posh touches give the first bedroom a sophisticated feel; it has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks. Bedroom #2 with a king bed carries on the modern feel with its avante garde accent wall, while right across the hall bedroom #3 also has a king bed and cool décor. The fourth bedroom, which has a king bed, shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the fifth bedroom, which offers a full and a twin beds.
Kids will love the whimsy of bedroom #6 with its twin and queen beds and feel the magic in the seventh bedroom, offering three full beds. The eighth bedroom comes with a king bed, while bedroom #9 rounds out the sleeping space with a twin bed and full bed.
Storey Lake is just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and all the best sites in Orlando. You don't have to leave the resort though to find plenty to do - Storey Lake offers a swimming pool with lazy river, two water slides, splash pad, beach area, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and other outdoor sports. Guests also have access to the poolside café, clubhouse, fitness facility and business center.

The bad - the house is very worn and does not live up to the pictures online. The game room was in terrible shape....several holes in the tile floor which was a safety hazard for kids...the skeeball board was broken, the pool table is very worn with 1 pocket that continuously falls out...several others scrapes on walls
Kitchen - lack of supplies/utensils - no oven mit, lack of tongs, whisk, etc. One of the recessed lights was dangling from the ceiling.
Upstairs couch(movie area) was broken so we couldn’t sit on it. Couch looked as though it was broken into two pieces, with one side sagging to the floor.
Pool - took 3 days to get pool heat turned on, also found SEVERAL large joints left sitting on the patio, presumably from a previous renter or staff. Fortunately we found these and were able to throw them away before our small children picked them up.
Distance - the ‘minutes away’ from Disney is a little misleading. We went to Magic Kindgom and Animal Kindgom and both are 18-20 minutes drive each way with normal traffic.
Overall, I expected much more from this house based on the price and online pictures - not worth the money. I have rented houses previously in the Orlando/Kissimmee area which were much nicer with better upkeep at a lower price.
