About this house rental

Open floor plan with stone flooring - Game table - Library - Large circular sofa seats 1-dozen - Wood burning Cowboy Cauldron (great for making S'mores Yummy), Spa, Grass for croquet in rear yard - Covered Patios - Built-in patio misting system (seasonal) - nearby park and walking trails - Sunset Station Casino 1.4 miles away with bowling, movie theater, arcade and restaurants (Recommend the Oyster Bar - Cajun Cuisine).

For larger groups (over 6-guests) there is an additional nightly fee, applied only to the seventh through tenth guest, i.e. a group of 7-guests is charged the regular rate plus $25/night. For more than (8) and up to (10) guests, please inquire with owner.

The garage is locked-off, however there is plenty of outside parking, including 3-spaces in the driveway and a quite, wide street perfect for overflow/boat/RV parking.

Two noise level monitors are installed at the property, one is in the interior common area and the other is on the rear patio. This is a requirement for all short term rental properties within the city municipality for the purpose of addressing potential noise complaints from neighbors and is for everyone's benefit. Refer to House Rules for more information.

There is a security camera at the exterior entry area, as required by city municipality for security purposes. For security purposes only there is a camera located on the rear yard patio cover near and pointing away from the covered spa.

We were in Las Vegas for a family weekend, and we booked this property. Linda and Cindy were an absolute pleasure to work with! The house more than met our expectations, plenty of room and it was spotless! Plenty of little amenities (games, hot tub, coffee, BBQ grill). For our group of eight adults it was perfect, can't recommend it enough. Thank You Linda, and Cindy!

Property very nice, had family from around world stayed a couple nights, close to Vegas strip 15/20 min. 30 minutes to Hoover Damn, market and outlets close vicinity. House had everything that posted. Only one down , other than main bath other two baths outdated and one bath valve for hot cold not work.

This is one of the BEST houses we have stayed in. Beautiful and roomy. There were six adults and plenty of space. The house has everything you could need. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Linda is a great host. Very quick with her responses and easily available. I would definitely stay here again.

Although we were in town for a family memorial service, being able to have this rental for our family stay made our time extra special. We are looking forward to having another visit under happier circumstances, and would luv to stay here again.

The house was 5 star, came with everything we needed including outside fireplace, hot tub and ping pong table. Linda was a wonderful host who communicated immediately to any questions I had. We plan on returning next year for sure. Ralph P

Home was perfect for 8 adults! Plenty of room to visit and yet not feel crowded. Home was clean and convenient to access the Strip as well as travel to Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire. Had a wonderful time.

Many in our group remarked on how clean the house was. In a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and the coffee and sugar was a welcome comfort. On suggestion: put together a “how to” binder for directions on operating items or other more nuanced things. Hope to stay here again!

These accommodations were perfect! We had our daughter's wedding nearby, and this was a big, clean and comfortable spot for us to hang out. It is close to everything Vegas. The rooms are separated enough for privacy, and the outdoor area is a welcome retreat! Thank you, we will be back!!

We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament that was close to the home. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and having 3 bathrooms was nice! Extra towels, extra blankets, most things that no all rentals have enough of. The property had a ping pong table, hot tub and a great yard. The property manager was super helpful. Highly recommend.

This home was beautiful with every essential needed and more. Comfortable and warm- just as a home (away from home) should feel. My family and I had a remarkable stay. The caretakers were available day and night and went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable. The rooms were all spacious, had tvs and beautiful antiques. The kitchen had everything we could ever need on vacation including childrens silverware, mixer, coffee and coffee maker, and a cauldron. The community was quiet and peaceful. Perfect place to rest after a long day or night on the strip! What are you waiting for.. book now! You will not regret it!

This house had everything we needed. They even had zip lock bags and all the little details that any home has. We loved the big living room and there were more than enough places to sit for everyone. Really great for families. We also loved that this house was 1 story. It made it easy for our toddler daughter and we did not have to worry about stairs. The master bathroom was incredible. Location was great! Very close to everything and that was a lifesaver with a toddler. The only thing we could not figure out was how to log into/use apps on the living room tv. Not a major issue at all and probably our fault more than anything. The house has direct tv and that worked perfectly fine. Overall this was a great stay and one of the best vrbo’s we have ever stayed in.

This vacation home was more than perfect. As soon as you walk in, you’ll be wowed! It was exceptionally clean and well-kept. Linda was very responsive and went above and beyond. I left a couple of items and she mailed them to me. Thank you, Linda, for a great stay.

The home was just as described and the host and caretaker were great with communication. We loved everything about the home and the host had even left a bowl of home-grown grapes in the fridge for us. They truly love the home and having guests and it showd with all the little details to ensure your comfort. 10/10 recommend and will definitely want to stay again

Perfect location for what we were doing: helping Favor City Church with their Spring Fling located in Henderson. The house was spacious and kitchen was better equipped than my own!! (There was a fondu pot). Lots of interesting books to read. Towels were fabulous. The back patio was very thoughtfully designed and well maintained. Some in our group used the hot tub and it was wonderful. Is about 15 minutes to the strip area. We had a TURO rental, found reasonably priced parking close and didn’t mind that at all. I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you Linda for this amazing home away from home!

Wonderfully stocked home that felt like a home, not a stripped down rental. The location for us was perfect and our entire stay was very comfortable and fun. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the beautifully outfitted kitchen - the best we've seen and this is our third year in a VRBO for a joint golf vacation with friends. The area is also quiet and seems friendly, a plus for relaxing and sleeping. Highly recommend to any who are interested in feeling at home and comfy when not at home.

Learned 30 minutes before arriving that the hot tub and fireplace weren't working, which was a disappointment, but did detract from a near-perfect weekend. This was without doubt the best equipped rental we've stayed in (out of a few dozen) . . . utensils, spices, plastic bags, towels, cleaning supplies, bath accessories . . . really amazing. Wish the fireplace and hottub had been usable, though.

Beautiful and clean property with excellent communication. Great place to stay if you plan to hang out in the Henderson, Nevada area which is about 20 minutes southwest of the Vegas Strip. Very quiet and nice neighborhood with a great backyard set up with a hot tub and burn pit. Highly recommend!
