Nice hotel in the city center

Nice hotel with really good rooms - everything needed is there. Location close to the center. Nice friendly staff.

Had problems with locating the hotel :) we do not have car, and business center where the hotel is doesn't have enough marks how to find the hotel/

Overall, Soho Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

Soho Boutique Hotel is hands down the best hotel I've ever experienced in Ukraine. Trust me, I've stayed at numerous European hotels, but none have come close to the level of service and quality that Soho Boutique Hotel offers. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff, who took the time to acquaint me with all the fantastic amenities the hotel had to offer. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality. One delightful surprise was that the room rate included access to their well-equipped gym. As a fitness enthusiast, this was a huge plus for me. It's rare to find such a comprehensive package at such a reasonable price. All in all, I highly recommend Soho Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Ukraine. Whether it's for business or leisure, this hotel will undoubtedly exceed your expectations and make your stay an unforgettable one.

Room was clean, spacious, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. By far the best hotel in Dnipro and I will be staying there again.

It was my first time at the hotel, and it was as better than expected.

All of the staff was very friendly and professional. The location was perfect. The wifi was excellent. The shower was fabulous. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The location of Soho Hotel is very convenient because it is incorporated in a huge shopping complex and in your absolute reach of restaurants, cafes, stores and so on. As for the location of the hotel in my opinion called Catherine Boulevard (I'm the first time in Dnepr can be wrong), the pre-New Year's decoration is above all praise, very beautiful and atmospheric. As for breakfast, I can say that I ordered cheesecakes, and they were delicious.

Great place for a short stay

Hotel is very modern and located in the city center. It has great rooms with new furniture and comfortable beds. Soho restaurant has an excellent verity of food. They offer a mix of European and Asian cuisines. Hotel staff was great too. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I would really recommend this place if you travel for a couple of days for business.

The rooms are very small 23 sqm and 30 sqm, located on the second floor only. Our room was located above the Soho restaurant which has Karaoke nights from Thursday to Saturday from 8:30 pm- 3:00 am. You can definitely hear the beat. When we complained, the restaurant management said that they will try to keep the noise down, but they can’t deny customer requests during Karaoke nights. Which makes it not ideal, especially when we tried to get some sleep after midnight. However, the biggest problem was the AC in our room. It was very noisy even when turned off. Apparently the hotel has centralized AC system, meaning that if the guest in other room turns on the AC, the air goes through our unit and creates equal amount of noise. The staff tried their best to solve the issue by calling the AC maintenance company and offering us to switch rooms, unfortunately the problem couldn’t be solved and there was equal amount of noise in all rooms. We staid for 9 nights and it was pretty challenging in terms of getting a good night sleep. We couldn’t wait to get back home. It is not a hotel for a long stay.

I would have given this hotel a much higher rating if it were not for the behaviour of the manager after my last night staying in the hotel. Unfortunately they booked a wedding in the hotel restaurant which was directly below my room. I have nothing against weddings, or couples celebrating their happy day but the hotel must have known this well in advance and gave me no warning of this. Now, Ukrainian culture is very rich, very 'spirited' (vodka I think :))), traditional and it is lovely to participate in. If you are in your room above it though it is a a nightmare. The noise which was extremely loud went on from 3pm in the day until 2pm at night. I left and went for dinner at 6pm and when I returned the party had gone up a few gears and was in full swing!!! The night manager was kind but it came late. I complained about the noise several times and then she offered me another room on the other side of the corridor, not directly over the restaurant. However, it was now midnight and within 2 hours the party began to fizzle out!!! The following morning when I saw the manager who checked me in he just smiled and said "sorry" but there was no attempt by the hotel to make any gesture. To be honest, I thought they would have cancelled my bill for the last night as it was pretty clear I could not enjoy my room at all, but no such offer was made. It is a pity because the facilities in the hotel are first class. It is well decorated, has a great gym and spa and the location is perfect. Incidentally I thought for a regional hotel in Dnipro the room prices seem high, but the hotel is clearly a high standard. I will think about whether to stay at this establishment again, purely because of my last night experience and the response of the hotel.

Perfect mini stay for a night in town

From check in till check out, there was nothing less than perfect.

If i have to be picky, having to pay for parking is not normal for top end hotels like this one, but at UAH 300 to ensure your car is safe and secure, its not an issue

The best located, best hotel in Dnipro

This hotel is located in the best location in dnipro, next to the best shopping mall, surrounded by great restaurants, easy parking, and adjacent to the Soho restaurant and bar, one of my favourites. I have stayed here a few times, and have always found one or two little things that werent ideal, but this visit was perfect, from check in, to check out. I have previously noted the toilet paper wasnt of a standard a hotel like this should use, the receptionist noted my previous comment, and said the hotel had now changed supplier. little things like listening to guests differentiate a good hotel to a great hotel. Likes, location, parking, staff efficiency, cleanliness, restaurant and overall service. great value, great location, great hotel.

I generally like a couple of little things to complain about, but this time there was absolutely nothing short of perfect :)
