Location is 100 with parking being easily accessible. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance and its location in the Arts District means there is probably some kind of event going on during the weekend. This property is definitely better than renting an Airbnb property as it is managed by professionals. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Pretty much had everything we needed or even more than what we needed (thankful for a washer, dryer and free and clear unscented detergent!) Our small dog was welcome as well and she much preferred it to a hotel. Clear instructions for check out as well. We were also so thankful there weren't any scented sheets, candles and air fresheners.
I'm sharing these as being super nitpicky so take with a grain of salt: Locking the door as you go in and out was a bit challenging. Love the keyless entry but this particular lock is confusing. I finally figured it out but every time had a wee bit of an uneasy feeling that it didn't work. We did use the washer and dryer but the liquid detergent (it's container) available was a bit of a mess, one of the irons has mineral deposits so when you iron, it flakes off on to your dark clothing and one of the hair dryers was not working (thankfully there was a back up). Tip for older people and people who pack heavy: The stairs (two sets) can be risky especially the ones upon entering so bring slippers and be prepared to walk-up your luggage — foyer to main level and main level to bedrooms.
