Overall a good experience for the money. Walking distance to a lot of local places. Very busy area.

Small hotel. Staff onsite

Seemed some remodeling was taking place so a few issues came up- staff took care of it once we notified them

Comfotable and Great!!

The arrival was excelent . The reception guy was very atentive and very Kind person . I d ask for a iPhone charger and inmediatly give me one. In general was a realy Good stay !!! Highly recomend … thanks soo much for that.!!!

Interior room with windows facing hallway, but it was near a highway so this made sense.

Cost friendly rooms

It was sufficient for what we needed, clean and comfy. Wifi was better than another place we stayed at. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The location is not within walking distance of downtown so you'll be paying for ubers back and forth, but they're pretty cheap so its not too bad.

would not return based on mould and uncleanliness. this place needs to be refurbished or closed.

staff was friendly.

room was so filthy. mould all over the bathroom. floors were filthy. shower hardly worked. super unclean. i'm all for budget options but this was not acceptable.

This is a great little hotel for the price.

There was no breakfast served but I just needed my morning cup of coffee. The OXO next door wasn't open at 7 am and I was jonesing for my caffeine which I mentioned to Maria at the desk. A couple minutes later there was a knock at my door and Maria was standing there with a steaming cup of coffee. That was very much appreciated! Salvador was great too. He rounded me up an extension cord to plug in my shaver because there was no plug in the bathroom. All the staff were very friendly, clean room, enough hot water for a good shower and the bed was comfortable.

The TV wasn't great. It was just one or two channels in Spanish and reception was poor.

Staff were helpful and friendly, broken toilet seat and low water pressure.

Saff were very nice

room was very basic, broken toilet seat and low water pressure as well as noisy late into the night. I would not stay here again and would have moved if it weren't that I paid upfront for 4 nights during a busy holiday period.

Great overnight rest stop for budget travelers passing through Cabo.

for me, one night it is fine. Nice outdoor patio seating area with occasional breeze. Staff is excellent: friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying in downtown Cabo San Lucas Area (room is upstairs). They serve food and coffee in a.m at additional charge but I need coffee earlier and there's a convenience store across street. Staff were very friendly, helpful. If I needed to stay for an overnight in Cabo San Lucas prior to airport connection, I would stay there again.

Some odor in room especially from bathroom, but for one night it is a good resting place before heading on. Noisy and in a heavily trafficed area, but air conditioner and fan and ear plugs blocked out most of noise.

Music during the night😅

The cleaning old lady was super nice.

During every night of our staying a woman was singing in her room really loudly. You could't sleep anymore since 1am.
