Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, value for money

The behavior of the front desk lady could be corrected for hospitality business. She needs coaching on how to communicate and behave with customers. Otherwise, I liked every other staff with whom I interacted.

# Value for money property for business travelers. # Friendly staff and 24x7 front desk. # The room is good and the size is standard but enough for a double room. # Property staff need to correct the property location in google maps. They should mention "above Swain Wines shop" in the property location.

# The property doesn't have a dine-in facility and offers only room service. # Location: Google Maps is showing the wrong location like 500-800 meters away. Property staff needs to correct the property location on google maps. They should mention "above Swain Wines shop" in the property location. Locals don't know about the property and I had to spend almost an hour on a hot summer mid-day to find out the property. # The lift was noisy and a little difficult to use. Felt a little risky to operate. Need maintenance. # Bathroom should be a little cleaner and spot/stain free.

Location in the map isn't correct, when tried reaching the property, we were connected to an automated call , that again sent us a link with wrong location. AC went on and off. Found few bugs and lizard in the room.

I took dinner package but they have restaurant serving good food. so breakfast and lunch available in the hotel room. so you don't have to check elsewhere for food. Great

Everything was nice except the full payment was taken at the time of we checked in and we were really tired as we came from Puri and was travelling the whole day.

Liked nothing. They did not honour your agreement for providing suite which was my booking from 05/03/2022 to 09/03/2022

Booked suite but offered small room initially and given another room with little spacious. They refused to honour your agreement for suite. Travelled many places in India but I never come across worst service provided by them. The bed was skidding from the iron cot in sitting position. Really, it was torture to adjust the bed for every 5 minutes. Rooms service was worst. Morning tea was available only around 8 am and evening tea was available only after 6 pm. Despite having the own restaurant, no in time service was available. Staff were neither non-responsive nor supporting for provision of any info.
