Excellent stay.
Prior warning that the stairways were being painted - difficult to carry up bags. We had an allergy to the feather/down duvet so lucky there was a polyester one we could change over.

Lovely peaceful, relaxing stay! What more could you ask for xx
The property is in excellent condition, there are stairs to get to property but we had no trouble getting up there and we are in our 70’s, would definitely recommend and hope to back next year.
There’s nothing bad to say about this property in our view.

A beautiful place to stay even better with the great weather experienced
Awesome location, feels like you're living in the sky above South Sands bay. Consequently, view is really good. Really good facilities in the flat, lovely balcony. Loads of kitchen equipment. Very powerful high quality shower. Good utility room on the ground floor for clothes washing. Parking was a breeze outside the house in front of the garages. Incredibly clean, credit to the cleaners. Both bedrooms were a good size with very comfy mattresses.
Very minor but like others say, it is up two flights of stairs so that could be a problem for some (doesn't bother us) and the house itself is up a steel hill from South Sands or North Sands (again no bother to us but might be for others).

Enjoyed many beautiful walks and pubs in the area. Apartment very comfortable.
Location had excellent views from the property but rather cut off from any facillities. Very steep narrow bendy roads to access apartment. Not suitable for anyone who is not fit and does not have a car
The 3 fights of stairs to the property with no lift

The view is incredible!
It was perfect, the location was great and the view was stunning! It felt cosy and we had everything we needed. We went to sunny cove beach and Overbecks.
Nothing it was perfect!
